Personality: Cheerful, happy and completely dishonest, Lissica is the type of person who you should never trust, if only because she would be stealing from your wallet even as she hugged you. Not afraid to take any advantage that's offered to her, she was pleased when she grew up and filled out in the right places, happily using her looks to get what she wants, with practically little or no limit to what she can do for what she desires. Like the fire that she so often uses, Lissica is more then happy to feed off and destroy anything that gets in her way, implacably and almost unstoppably.
What the most important thing is however is that she hides it fairly well, as the majority of people consider her to be a fire ninjutsu specialist because of her bloodline, without realizing that shes far more subtle then she appears, frequently using the genjutsu which is her true specialty without people ever realizing that shes done something or even intervened, such as in the case of her parent's being sent to a specialty constructed psych ward, one that she happened to have donated money to even as her parents began to 'spiral down' not that they had really been all that sane to begin with.
Her favorite guise is that of a musician, to which end shes carefully developed her voice, with people often commenting on how lovely it is, even as she wove a spell of deceit around them. What she wants exactly is unknown, with it changing when ever people ask, as she seemingly tries to fit into whatever people expect of her.. or at least what she thinks they do, which has gotten her into trouble before.

Description: A primary offensive ninjutsu for any fire user, it requires few hand seals and not much chakra. The user will take a breath and exhale a ball or stream of fire. In the former case, it can be launched in any direction, but its speed is not very impressive. In the latter case, it must be aimed at an opponent on the ground within twenty feet of the user, but is executed much faster.
Bloodline jutsus:
Green fire of Cleansing: Originally used to clear away bodies on the battlefield after major offensives, this flame type has begun to find usage on the battlefield itself, due to its ability to hurt and even kill opponents with risking the damage or destruction of anything valuable or mission targets that they might have on their person. This fire only burns things that are currently living or recently living (within an hour or so), and will stick to things that don't burn without doing any damage to them.

Background: Born into a 'noble' family, Lissica didn't exactly have what could be considered the most normal or sane childhood. Her father and mother had gotten together one night on a whim, him being a chunin ranked ninja of the Pyra clan, and her being the daughter of a not so minor family, and due to alcohol and various other mind altering substances the two of them had been experimenting with ended up spending the night together, waking up the next morning and basically just forgetting the entire experience. Or at least until 3 or 4 months later, when her mother had discovered that she was with child, and she had the ninja brought back from the front lines so that she could tell him.
Rather then one of the various reactions that she had been expecting (love, anger, joy or sorrow ) he laughed in her face, and basically told her that it wasn't his problem and that it 'sucks to be you. Now a traditional female would have likely cried about this among a couple of girlfriends, before settling down to either have an abortion, or raise the kid amongst family. However being of a noble clan, an abortion was out of the question, and talking about the problem with her friends would have likely lead to the clans disgrace, especially since the father had no intention of looking after the brat.
So she did what any other Noble Matriach in training would do, smiled made sure that he returned to his front line post safely, kissed him on the cheek, and hired a trio of missing-nin assassins to bring her his head. After fighting off the assassins and learning who had hired them, he returned back to the castle and asked politely to have them called off, only for her to laugh in his face, and told him it wasn't her problem and that it sucked to be him. Leaving the castle, he hunted down and killed the assassins while they were still recovering from the latest battle between them, then set her families home on fire.
This kicked off a low grade feud between her family and the ninja's clan, with the first thing that her mother did after childbirth was to pay off the clans chief to dose all of the ninja's food and tea with drugs that caused erectile dysfunction, which was in turn caused a couple of the ninja to kidnap one of the Family elders and tie him to an experimental flying device, launching him over the sea.
This was the type of environment that Lissica was brought up into, with her her spending plenty of time with both families, usually being transferred from one to another via a kidnapping or other similar type of thing. From each family she learned something different, with the nobles teaching her about manners and grace, and all the small and subtle things that made up a well bred lady, while from the clan she got more useful and down to earthy things, like how to act like a proper kunoichi.
What she finds extremely funny about the whole thing however, (in retrospect), is that a lot of the stuff she learned in ninja seduction classes, was actually far tamer and less useful in comparison to the noble stuff about tracking and catching the right husband (she excelled at both). But one of the sides put a seal on her undergarments that replicated the effect of poison ivy, she figured that she would have to find a way to put a stop to it, though every attempt that she tried usually ended up backfiring, such as the time she tried to have her parents met and apologize, or when she hoped that forcing them together under a burning branch of mistletoe would get them together (she ended up learning that she was an accident.)
Thinking that she had nothing else to lose, she tried to use a genjutsu to force them to fall in love with each other, hopefully uniting the two clans, or at least getting the fighting to stop. It worked but not quite the way that she had wanted. While they did stop fighting, the strain of getting along after hating each other so long ended up driving them crazy, leading to her having to commit them to one of the asylums that she had donated some money to (so she could pretend a good noble image).
