Clan Name: Daruga

Village: Kumogakure

Clan Description:
Before the first great ninja war, the Daruga had an infamous reputation. The men of the clan were all Con men, helping the universal goal of the clan, of achieving riches beyond their wildest dreams. To Daruga, more money meant more power. The women ran businesses that ranged from the distribution of weaponry, to selling fruits and other groceries. The men of the clan earned money through transporting goods to other countries. Only the best trained, most powerful Daruga were approached with assassination and guardian requests by close villages due to the fact that most Daruga would gladly accept a mission for a lot less money then the village of the requestor. The Daruga clans top-notch shinobi were involved in many dark deeds through the ages, kept secret with no records, no evidence of what they had done. They were quick, and swift when completing a task like that. This was the way the clan was run, living on their own in prosperity.
When the era of the first Great Ninja War began to ensue, they began losing business as most of their neighboring villages needed the wealth to spend on war. Realizing this chain of monopoly, many of the Daruga gladly gave up their day to day jobs to earn money a different way. Some Daruga leaned towards traveling and settling in a new spot where their business could prosper, some Daruga put faith in the war ending soon and stayed put even with their low amount of income, other Daruga made assassinations their specialty, and traveled out to nearby villages to offer their services seeing as less and less requests came in during that time. The first great affect on the Daruga because of the Great Ninja War was that it caused the Daruga to branch out.
One deadly silent night, The Daruga clans small village was infiltrated by a small army of Iwagakure. When the shinobi of Iwagakure started fire, Daruga were forced to defend themselves. The night was covered in a fog keeping the secrets of the battle solely to the Daruga. To the Iwagakure's suprise, the Daruga were able to defend themselves diligently, and eventually even began to push them back. The strength of the Daruga were great, the children and women were able to defend themselves, and the assassin's eventually began halting the attack. Each Daruga assassin was as strong as 3 to 4 of the Iwagakure shinobi, and because of them, many Iwagakure shinobi died that night, and others were forced to retreat. Not a single Daruga lost his or her life. But it wasn't over.
The sounds of the heated battle attracted a four man cell team from Kumogakure who decided to take the opportunity of the clan's weakened state to lead an attack. Calling for backup, they had a team of 12 shinobi made up of two other teams that were in close proximity. They began their attack on the Daruga, with intentions of destroying the whole village and clan. As they infiltrated, Daruga assassins stepped up, and fought back with the whole clan watching. After about five minutes, the Daruga's had the upperhand, and eventually began killing off the intruders one by one. One Daruga in particular stood out, with unrivaled mastery of the Kumo, his name was Daruga Miketsu. The last standing Kumogakure shinobi fell backwards and Miketsu approached him with a proposition, "I will let you live, if, and only if, you return to your village, and tell your leader that the Daruga want no part of this war!" Frightened, the Kumogakure shinobi retreated, and the sounds of cheers and celebration echoed for all the five countries to hear. There were casualties on Daruga's side, but no deaths. When the fires were put out, all the Daruga came together that night, the assassins were recognized as heroes. And in the midst of celebration, the Daruga decided to put Miketsu in the highest position, as clan leader. Although they made their money in different ways, the second major affect of the first Great ninja war, was that it brought closer the Daruga that stayed in the village, and they elected Miketsu as clan leader.
The night slipped away, and the sun was in the very top of the sky indicating it was close to noon. The Raikage himself had shown up to the village, along with two shinobi as guardians, the assassins jumped to the villages defense, showing up one by one. The Raikage's voice echoed through the uneasy silence, "I only wish to speak."
Miketsu stepped on the scene and gestured for the Raikage to follow him. Miketsu led him to a private hut, where they could sit down and negotiate. The Raikage's two guardians were outside of the hut looking out to the Daruga, the Daruga assassins watched them intently, ready to jump in battle any second. Inside the hut, Miketsu and Raikage talked. As time went on, quiet whispers could be heard by the Daruga whispering amongst themselves. After about an hour, the Raikage stepped out of the hut, with Miketsu calmly behind him. The Raikage and his two guardians began their path back home.
Daruga, Miketsu announced an alliance with the Lightning village. Most of the reactions were negative, shouting angry outburst, others yelling 'That was a mistake'. After Miketsu calmed down the crowd, he went into further detail. Along with Raikage's offer, they are allied with Kumogakure under strong conditions. First and foremost, every Daruga is allowed to run any business that he or she wants, with no circumstance or restrictions. Secondly, our clan is not a part of this war, they have been offered residency in Kumogakure as protection, so events like the night before wouldn't happen again, and if it did, they were not alone. Thirdly, every Daruga is given a choice of becoming a shinobi, or not. He offers all assassins who wish to purse money differently a guaranteed spot for ANBU, where their specialty to assassinate is best applied. Fourth, there was just one thing the Raikage asks. He knew there would be negative reactions, and he understands, but he asks that the Daruga clan do not provoke a civil war with any other clan of Kumogakure, and that if the Daruga gave it time, they will eventually enjoy their residency in Kumogakure. Seeing as a lot of businesses, and houses were burned down, a lot of Daruga agreed it would be a good chance to start over.
The Daruga's traveled to Kumogakure and was amazed at what they had seen. They already had a section of the villages to themselves, neatly decorated, and housing for every family, there were even empty stores where they could run their businesses. The Daruga didn't have any problems settling in and grew to enjoy their stay. Generations progressed, and eventually some Daruga were willing to work for Raikage as shinobi, although their ultimate allegiance was with Miketsu.

Clan Traits/Characteristics:
Most Daruga's have a lighter skin tone. There was never a documented Daruga with red hair. They wear standard shinobi attire equipped with whatever weapons they use. Other than that, Daruga's vary. Most have short black hair in an attractive, messy fashion.

Clan Personality:
Daruga still have their infamous business reputation as con men, and actually still are. The assassins still proceed with their dark practices. Although, they are quite friendly with people of Kumogakure and the families prefer to hide what they do and how they go about making money.

Bloodline Description:
The Daruga shinobi specialize in 'cloud' techniques, which is the lightning element contained by the wind element. The Daruga discovered how these techniques are especially useful for assassinations, thus the Daruga assassins were the best Kumoton users, although the cloud techniques are good in a lot of other situations. Not just a bloodline to battle, very well rounded, and with proper training very powerful.

Bloodline Limits:

Name: Cloud Creation
Requirements: Daruga Clan. Lightning primary element
Description: Cloud Creation is the basis of all Jutsu's used by the Daruga Clan. Cloud Creation allows a member of the Kumo Bloodline to combine Lightning and Wind, using Wind to contain the Lightning element, in result creates clouds.

Name: Kumoton: Kadou Kamen no jutsu (Cloud release: Mask Vortex Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Kumo boodline
Description: After the handseals rat, boar, dog, monkey, rabbit, dragon, monkey, horse, rat, the user puts the opponents face in his palm. Wind spins around the opponents face, forming a type of distorted cloud full of positively charged chakra which will then shock the opponent which he will feel throughout his whole body, an instant killing technique for the average shinobi (C-rank or lower) and causes immense damage towards the strongest of shinobi. Visually there is minimal scratches to the face, but the devastating effect is the shock to the organs. The damage can only be seen internally.

Name: Kumoton: Inperiaru Wake no jutsu (Cloud release: Imperial Divide Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Kumo bloodline
Description: By completing the handseals rat, boar, dog, monkey, horse, dragon, sheep, twice over, rapidly spinning cloud will surround the opponent, leaving an open area in the middle. The cloud is full of positively charged chakra, and will shock any metal the opponent has on him, destroying or severely damaging any weapons the opponent(s) has, and through the weapons send a weaker shot to the wielder(s).

Name: Kumoton: Ooi no jutsu (Cloud release: Shroud Technique)
Type: Ninjutus
Rank: B
Requirements: Kumo bloodline
Description: By holding the sheep seal, the user exhales a dark thunder cloud onto the battlefield. The cloud is thick and makes it hard to see. While in this cloud, a Daruga is virtually invisible. Any metal weapon that is thrown will be destroyed with a shock of electricity, and any metal weapon that is quickly stricken will be used as a passageway to shock the user, and every attack that connects or is blocked is followed by the deafening sound of thunder. In addition, a Daruga's speed and attack speed is two times faster. Last's for five posts before the cloud disperses.

Name: Darugaton: Sessen (Daruga Style: Close Combat)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Kumo bloodline
Description: After performing the seals rat, boar, dog, monkey, two dark small electrically charged clouds will form on the users hands. Lightning shocks are visible in these clouds, and everytime a punch connects, the opponent will get shocked as well. Doesn't do too much damage, and only last for 5 posts. Any weapon thrown while in this state is charged electrically. Can punch through and cancel certain water and earth elemented techniques. Can prove useful.

Name: Kumoton: Do-muzude- no jutsu (Cloud Release: Doomsday Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Kumo bloodline
Description: After performing the seals rat, boar, dog, monkey, dragon, rat, the user puts his hands together, cupped, with the palms facing the opponent. He then sends out a high number of clouds, or begins to create a large one. Once these clouds are out on the field, they can combine to make a large one, and vice-versa. When released in the form of smaller clouds, the wind that was containing the electricity is released and sends out a shocks in every direction. When released in the form of one large cloud, the shock is released inside the wind's (cloud's) perimeter, fatal to anyone in it.

Name: Kumoton: Kumomimi no jutsu (Cloud Release: Cloud's Ear Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: Kumo bloodline
Description: After performing rat, boar, dog, monkey, rabbit, a thunder cloud will form in the hands of the user while holding the rabbit seal. Another cloud will formed the same size off of the cloud in the user's hands and can be controlled and moved out up to half a mile. Any sound that the moving cloud hears can be heard in the cloud of the user's hands.

Name: Kumoton: Kawarimi no jutsu (Cloud Release: Substitution Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Kumo bloodline
Description: An electrically charged cloud is left in place of the user, in the same position as when he substituted. Can be used as a distraction to make an easier escape. If the attack was taijutsu, the opponent will get shocked.

Name: Kumoton: Daruga Nottori Shiyou (Cloud Release: Daruga Capture Method)
Type: Ninjutus
Rank: B
Requirements: Kumo Bloodline
Description: The user grabs the wrist of his dominant hand, and tiny clouds form at the fingers. With a charge of negatively charged chakra in the center of the dominant hand's palm, lightning is shot from the clouds to the negative charged chakra, forming a ball and a net of lightning. The clouds are shot out along with the negative ball in the middle. The clouds are spread out farther apart and the net gets bigger. If the center of the net connects with the opponent then it is a 100% catch. The momentum of the clouds will make them wrap around the opponent tight, rendering him useless. If the technique connects, but doesn't hit the center, then the the opponent will get shocked, and the clouds have a longer swing around the opponent giving him an additional second to escape. Can wrap around the opponent, or possible wrap around the opponent to am object, or if the opponent has his back against a wall then the clouds will attach themselves to the wall forcing the opponent back into the wall and helpless. After capture or containment, the net only lasts for two posts.

Name: Kumoton: Kousei no jutsu (Cloud Release: Rebirth Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Kumo bloodline, must be taught by clan leader Daruga, Miketsu
Description: After performing the seals rat, boar, dog, monkey, the user puts the palm over the dieing persons heart. A small cloud is formed around the heart, and the user can send shocks to bring him/her back to life, immense concentration needed. The user can change the voltages of the shock. This technique has a 50% success rate. Can not be used on self.

Name: Kumoton: Kaichou (Cloud Style: Melody)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Kumo bloodline, Melody Kanji character drawn on the ground 15 feet in diameter
Description: The Daruga and allies must be standing or sitting on the seal. When activated, the seal will turn gray. The lines of the kanji symbol will widen until the floor beneath them is covered completely covered gray. The gray will then raise the user and allies, revealing it to be one giant cloud. The cloud will keep rising until the seal closes itself out. The user can control this cloud, where it goes along with the elevation. Doesn't take chakra to maintain nor does it have a time limit since it was brought out of a seal. This certain cloud is named Melody because of the flute-like sound it makes as it is being produced. Solely used by Darugas as a transportation method, for obvious reasons.

Name: Darugaton: Shikaku Giman no jutsu (Daruga style: Assassin Deception Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C (Kin)
Requirements: Kumo bloodline
Description: This technique is especially dangerous and must be performed perfect every time, it has a devastating backfire. The user's body becomes an essence of wind, and by negatively charging his chakra the exact amount, the user becomes completely invisible, not even a sensor could sense his presence. Although in this form, the user can not move or perform jutsu in anyway, and it takes an admiral amount of concentration. If the chakra was charged incorrectly, the user will get a terrible C-ranked shock throughout his body. This technique was the reason a Daruga assassin had never been found after a murder.

Name: Kumoton: Jenosaido (Cloud release: Genocide)
Type: ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Kumo bloodline, must be taught by clan leader Miketsu
Description: After performing the handseals rat, boar, dog, monkey, dragon, horse, rabbit, dragon, sheep, dragon, rat, the user exhales a massive cloud in one direction that takes up 50 feet in diameter. When released, it sends out a life-threatening shock to everybody in the cloud.

**Note, any charged kunai or long weapon can be used as a pole to cancel lightning techniques, as the lightning will be diverted and directed to the charged object. Usually used defensively, but if smart can prove offensive.

Wind is a factor as well, but, yes, Fire and Lightning are the key Elements.

i have the jutsu ideas in my head
i juss didnt kno what to call the element...
...so.................until i find the proper name ill juss leave it at that haha

Basically, it's like this... NO! Only SS-Rank's can have 3 Elements, and, since this is going to take 3 Elements, it'll be almost impossible to unlock it anyway. I see no point here...

Wht not allow it to be two? I've heard plasma mentioned on here before and it was only two. Also, and E rank Hyouton can use ice and it requires two releases, so I'm sure some sort of exception that allows them to use it can be allowed as well.
