Name: Kouryuu [Rain Dragon]

Requirements: Kirigakure, Kuchiyose no Jutsu
Description: The legendary scroll to summon the great Kouryuu can only be found on lands far away. Training the technique is extremely hard considering the scroll isn't even kept on the same land as the shinobi nations. In another land, Kouryuu is a god, worshiped my many the scroll is kept safe and hidden so the the voyage and finding of this scroll is not only difficult but it takes a great deal of time.
Note: Tsun Mizu Hyuuga has ventured long by boat to these far-away lands and sought out the scroll. Now he must awaken the water serpent and master it's training. This explains him being away for so long.
Note: That was a long time ago back then this would have been ranked 'A' Tsun has ventured long by boat to another far away land returning with the long lost scroll, which has nothing to do with this scroll

Looks a bit strong. Seems that this would pretty much exhaust the user. It should at least be one time per battle. And maybe have an defensive opening.... I'm not too sure about this, but it seems I'm the only one who's going to look at this. And yet they jump all over the Backlash Wave, silly fanboys

Hmm, I like it, but the unavoidable things... yeah can't have that. Also once per battle, seems fine, unless you make it less devastating although I can't see how it could be less but still keep the goodness.

The Jutsu was originally designed for Jing Poe. However it seems I'm actually allowed to use my old Jounin who I much prefer. He did has a summoning contract already but it seems the record was deleted, this is the new one. (I never even got to use the old summon)
