Kogi, has thick dark blue hair and wears a vest with silk pockets attached to it, he also wears a pair of black pants with a symbol of his name going down the side, a pale white mask with red star on his eye and a black slash through his other eye, the mask was developed to relieve the stress and true pain of genjutsu.

Once lightning is drawn upon his body, a spinning current will occur affecting anyone or anything in the area, temporarily trapping them in a spiral-like vortex and causing great damage. This is a fairly destructive jutsu.

Description: In addition to the tenketsu, the chakra circulatory system houses eight valves responsible for regulating the flow of chakra. The Hachimon or eight gates are located along the spine, the heart and in the ninja's head. It is possible to force the body to open these gates, which allows the ninja to release ten times the usual amount of power. Unfortunately such power comes at a price, as each subsequent gate is opened, the ninja increases the damage to their body and comes closer to death. For this reason gate opening has been deemed Kinjutsu. If all eight gates are opened, the ninja gains power that surpasses the Hokage at the cost of their own life. Also even if the ninja opens fewer gates, if they do not strike a finishing blow against their opponent, they will be severely weakened and very defenseless to a counter attack. It is also unclear whether the ninja has to open all the gates in order, of if they can open a later gate and bypass the previous ones.

Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Description: This is a taijutsu technique where the ninja drives their fist into their opponent while they are on the ground, crushing and grinding them into the earth. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

Background:
Koji is a was a young man who spent most of his days with his best friend, Ballian Mizunaka, he met his older cousin (megume mizunaka) but she wasn't exactly the most friendly of all people, slowly ballian and koji rose up in the village from genin to chuunin.....it made him very annoyed that he was separated from ballian, but must of been for a good cause, as the village went on ballian and koji met back up into the jounin ranks.
They both were promoted the same week, Ballian was then promoted to kazekage, slowly the days before that he was promoted to anbu captain from gaara before gaara left, koji acts as Ballian's only family left, Koji follows ballian's orders very stricken to keep him from his friend being killed.
