Bloodline Name: Chimaera Formation
Clan Name: Kimera
Leader: Franken: Kimera Taika ( female npc), Grim: Kimera Solko ( Male npc)
Village:Kumogakure

Clan Description: In the early years of the Lightning country, a Sage accomplished with the medical arts began testing ways to manipulate bodily functions in order to combat widespread viruses. While trying to find ways to build a better human, one that was immune to most disease and better adept in ninja ways, he came across the scholarly records of an ancient teacher of the medical ways. The ancient records told of old methods of limb and organ transplants. Though the results of such surgeries often yielded more superior specimen, it stole from the essence of one's being. In order to utilize the strengths of said experiments, as well as to negate the side effects, the Sage began to use mediums in which he would empower, controlling the mediums for his own goals. Usually using medium-sized animals as test subjects, the sage created Chimera, beasts consisting of multiple species and utilizing imbued abilities. The surgeries often stole away from the beasts essences, allowing the creator to control the beings as if willing servants.

As the ages passed, the techniques of the medical sage were passed down through his own family, forging a powerful clan of mad scientists native to the Rai no kuni. When Kumogakure was founded, these ninja became great assets to the village, who employed them to begin the many experiments they conducted. The leader of their division was a man named Shimo, who was a genious behind the scalpel. The scientist clan began offshoots who specialized more in human modification, while others began to specialize in beast manipulation. Because they were so large in size, their ties and bonds were loose and fragile, causing the clan to eventually split apart, until only a few remained loyals to the way of old. When Shimo abandoned the village, many of his human experiments escaped and sought revenge on those who tested on them. Because of this, a large number of the clan got assasinated, with those who had strayed from the normal ways, returning back to the clan for safety. The scientists brought with them their acquired techniques, assimilating them into the clan's traditional jutsu, however with their small numbers, this only gave them a smaller chance at continuing their clan's unique styles.

Clan Traits/Characteristics:
Members of this clan commonly adorn special ninja coats that resemble scientists' lab coats. Each coat bears the clan's emblem. Those that do not wear the coat often have the emblem tatooed on them.

Clan Personality:
The Personality of someone in this clan is veried from person to person, though they usually strive for perfection, as well as have some obsession with the theories of Biology and Chemistry. Some of them have cold personalities from playing god, while others tend to be into trying to come up with ways to increase the ability of the human being.

Bloodline Description:
Members of the Kimera clan specialize in one of two scientific professions. Each profession has bloodline limits unique to its own style, meaning members can be of entirely different skill sets even though within the same clan. The three styles are known as the Franken (Fronk-en), and the Grim. The first of the styles, as well as the main style in which the clan is associated with is the Franken. The Franken use their special knowledge of biogenetic alteration to create and manipulate artificial beings, created from both living and dead bodies, and infused with the user's own life-force. These beings are created as pets, and have the characteristics of the creatures used to create them.This style is fueled by Ijutsu and medical knowledge, as well as focuses on ranged attacks utilizing their creations as the focus of their attacks. Members of this style must have Ijutsu as at least a secondary.

The second style of the Kimera clan, as well as a more rare one, is known as the Grim. Though not any more effective in combat than the Franken, the Grim utilize what is considered to be an abomination of a style, for their trade in their own humanity for power. The Grim style is fueled by physical capability and consists mostly of Taijutsu attacks. A Grim uses his knowledge of biogenetic alteration to alter his own body. Able to absorb the essence of creatures and beings that he touches, a user of the Grim can cause physical changes to his body that further his capabilities in taijutsu. Members of this style must have taijutsu as at least a secondary.

Bloodline Limits:

Franken SA

Name: Artificial Creation
Requirements: 6 Point Kinjutsu training, Kimera clan, Franken
Description: Through utilizing their Ijutsu talents, the user can form a Chimaera, or aritificial hybrid of creatures, from multiple subjects, living or deceased. This ability allows the user to create Chimaera pet nins, as well use collaberation and commanding jutsus. A Chimaera's rank determines the amount of beings it may be composed of, ultimately deciding its size and strength. For each normal chimaera pet created( not a human chimaera) the user must write a 2 point kinjutsu training in 1 post, RPing the formation and creation of that single entity. If failure to gain the points in 1 post, he must re-attempt the surgery, starting all over and writing sa new post worth 2 points.
E-C Rank- 3 beings
B-A Rank-4 beings
S-S+ Rank-6 beings
SS Rank-9 Beings
Name: Kimera Domination/Control
Requirements: 3 point Kinjutsu Training, Kimera clan, Franken
Description: Through utilizing their knowledge of organic constructs, the user can control Chimaera they have created or been given control of. The beasts obey their owner without hesitation.

At D rank, a shinobi has 3 Kimera slots

At A rank, a shinobi has 6 Kimera slots
At S rank, a shinobi has 7 kimera slots
At SS rank, a shinobi has 9 kimera slots
Name: Kimera Training
Requirements: Kimera Domination, 5 point Kinjutsu training. Franken
Description:Through utilizing their abilities to dominate Chimaera, the user can train his familiars, allowing them to increase in Rank. A user cannot train a Chimaera to a rank he is unable to control.

Grim:

Name: Essence Absorption
Requirements: 8 point Kinjutsu training, Kimera clan, Grim
Description: The user has the ability to absorb the DNA make up of a creature or being it has touched, storing its essence within its own body. As the user grows in rank, he is able store more essences within him. Bloodlines may only be stored by killing an RPC with that bloodline.

E-Rank: The essence of 3 creatures/beings can be stored.
D-Rank: The essence of 4 creatures/beings can be stored.
C-Rank: The essence of 5 creatures/beings can be stored.
B-Rank: The essence of 6 creatures/beings can be stored. Human Essences can be stored, The essence of a Human SA can be stored. This only applies to SA's that are passive in nature and can be used for taijutsu purposes, such as Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu - Chakra Absorption Technique, Nan Kaizou - Soften Modification etc.
A-Rank: The essence of 7 creatures/beings can be stored. Essences of a Bloodline that only affect the physical aspects of ones body can be stored, any taijutsu associated with such physical aspects can be learned.
S-Rank: The essence of 8 beings can be stored. The Essence of a Summon Creature can be stored, Essences of a bloodline that affects bodily organs, such as Doujutsu and the likes can be partially stored.
SS-Rank: The essence of 10 beings can be stored, a human's bloodline element can be gained, if the Grim in question has one of the elements that make up its composure.

* Only 2 Bloodline essences may be stored at one time, as well as 2 SA essences. These remain permanent until overwritten by another essence. All essences may be overwritten
Name: Manifest Destiny
Requirements: Essence Absorption/ 6 point Kinjutsu training.
Description: Through utilizing the essences absorbed by the Essence Absorption technique,
the user can shapeshift body parts to resemble the essence they have absorbed. Each shapeshifting essence must be posted as a jutsu application and approved by the staff of course, however this ability simply allows the user to be able to assume such partial transformations. All essence transformations are made to benefit taijutsu alone. Body part transformations can include multiple essences and attributes of multiple beings, however they will be of higher rank, of course. * When transforming a portion of the body to use an SA or bloodline, the body actually mimics that of the ninja it was absorbed from, meaning it is not recognized as another part of the user's body, and he loses any bonus his own body normally (SA, bloodline, Jutsu, whatever) recieves. Also, Only the transformed part of the body obtains that particular effects, meaning one arm may be water-disposable by suika no jutsu, but all other body parts are completely physical. Only one SA and one bloodline may be assumed at a time.

E-D Rank- 25% of the body may be transformed
C-B rank- 50% of the body may be transformed
A-S rank- 75% of the body may be transformed
S ranked ninja who acquire Ari's permission and SS rank ninja- 100% of the body may be transformed.

Clan Jutsus:

Franken: ( The majority of franken jutsus will need to be made custom by the user, for they will involve his individual pet)

Name: Chimaera Henge
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: Franken
Description: Performing this technique will allow your Chimaera to transform into either an animal or human shape. This allows for better camoflage within a city, for usually hybrid monsters attract attention. The Chimaera can hold such a form indefinitely, however physical damage causes the form to be dispersed.

Name: Chimaera Regeneration
Type: Ijutsu
Rank: C/A/S
Requirements: Franken All neccessary BL's
Description: By holding the tiger seal and focusing his chakra, the user can heal his pet from any distance as long as the beast is within sight.. This method of healing uses the chimaera's own chakra to heal itself, thus making it a form of initiated regeneration rather than actual healing. The healing rate is comparable to the Shousen Jutsu.
Note: One must only post the difference in posts between the previous form learned and next form learned if they are upgrading the Rank level, otherwise it can be learned entirely at once as an S rank jutsu.

Name: Chimaera Ressurection
Type: Ijutsu
Rank: S ( Kin)
Requirements: Franken. All neccessary BL's
Description: While normally Chimaera can always be ressurected outside of a battle topic at a Kimera clan's laboratory, a few, powerful members of the kimera clan can ressurect the beast with their own chakra, infusing half of their life force within it. Though their life force will replenish over time ( the end of the topic) it leaves the user drained of stamina and chakra, while the beast only recovers to half of its potential.

Name: Human Chimaera
Type: Ijutsu
Rank: S(Kin)
Requirements: Franken, permission from clan leader, May only have half the amount of human chimaera as your maximum chimaera count. Each human chimaera must be made in a seperate topic, where the user must rp the creation in a training as if a 5 point kinjutsu within 2 posts. If the user fails, he botches the surgery and the human used for the attempt becomes unusable. No chimaera will be made. If this jutsu is taken, the user may not have a Monstrocity of War.
Description: This technique allows the user to create a chimaera pet from the foe of someone he has killed. Human Chimaera possess some of the techniques (Up to as many as a pet of the user's rank can have) of the human host, as well as any bloodline or special ability. This cannot be done in battle however, thus a topic must be finished before the user can have changed the the fallen human into a chimaera.

Name: Monstrocity of War
Type: Ijutsu
Rank: S(Kin)
Requirements: Franken, permission from clan leader, May only have 1 Warbeast from ranks E-A, with an alottment of 2 Warbeasts to those Rank S-SS. Possession of a Warbeast takes up 2 Kimera slots. Any Kimera clan user who takes up this jutsu forfeits the right to having the ability to be signed to a summon contract. Alike the process of creating a Human Chimera, a Warbeast must be created in a seperate topic,where the user must rp the creation in a training as if a 5 point kinjutsu within 2 posts. If the user fails, he botches the surgery and no chimaera will be made. If this jutsu is Taken, the user may not have Human Chimera
Description: This technique allows the user to enhance an existing kimera or create a new kimera that is of significantly greater size and strength than that of normal kimera. Warbeast can be made from twice as many creatures as the highest rank Kimera the user can dominate for his rank. Each Standard Warbeast is equal in physical strength to a Major Summon, and is allowed to possess 1 Custom SA that may be learned for twice the amount of points it would take a ninja to learn it.

Grim: ( Due to custom nature of Grims, most jutsu will need to be made custom for their own character, or for other Grims that have absorbed the same type of creature)

Name: Body transformation
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: C/B/A
Requirements: Grim, All neccessaryu BL's
Description: A Grim can transform any portion of his body he has into a resemblance of a being whose essence he has absorbed. If he absorbed a human SA that has taijutsu purposes, it can be utilized form the transformed body portion as well. This means even if a SA has a ninjutsu focus, if it serves any purpose useful for taijutsu, the grim can assume that form, only using it for its taijutsu purpose. *This means even SAs like the suika no jutsu can be assumed on a limb, allowing objects to move through that limb at will, or for that limb to disperse into water. It of course, only is effective on the limb it is manifested in.

Name: Bloodline assimilation ( Organ based)
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: S ( Kin)
Requirements: Grim, A rank, All neccessary BL's
Description: Alike the Elemental Rasengan, this actually takes up two jutsu slots, one for this technique, and then one for the actual custom technique in which the bloodline is assimilated. Through killing a RPC opponent, the user gains the ability to manifest his bloodline partially. This means if the absorbed bloodline is the sharingan, it may not have access to mangyeko or sharingan copy, but may have access to the second stage or Sharingan hypnosis. Each RPC's absorbed bloodline is defined by themselves in their own custom jutsu, meaning that even if two Grims have an absorbed Hyuuga bloodline, their abilities gained from it may be vastly different. Bloodline assimilations can be performed on bodily organs as well, unlike SA assumilations.

Mkayyy updated the Grim clan to beign able to transform partial body rather than limbs, its more realistic. Also, updated the SA and Bloodline assimilation by increasing inhibiting factors and spreading out how its gained.

Also, gave the Franken an alternative to human chimera, and updated their Kimera slots, I had forgotten to state them before.
