Personality: A sweet humble young man who tends to stay on the quiet side although when he does speak it is usually somewhat witty and humorous. He holds a deep passion to everyone he chooses to befriend or love and is often left alone and vulnerable, he is rarely ever mean or rude to anyone. He is mainly this way because of his parent's teachings of equality that even the most humble peasant can grow to be a Kage in time.

Special Abilities:

The bloodline allows multiple elements to be combined faster than usual, although at a cost of more chakra. The bloodline takes the teachings of chakra and pushes them one more step, enabling the ones with the bloodline to control one more element than they would normally be able to. The bloodline forces the brain to open another part that would normally be closed, and allows the extra element to be learned and utilized.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Name: Suiton: Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique

Description: After the user forms the necessary hand seals, this technique creates a thick mist in the surrounding area. Said mist is used to block the sight of anyone and everyone in the target area. It can be useful if the user wants to make an escape or relies on senses other than sight in battle.

Name: Rapid-fire Element
Type: Nin
Rank: D
Requirements: Shiatamme Clan
Description: This jutsu requires only one handseal, the one to the element the user wants. For the best results, the user will generally choose one of their elements. What this is is a very small chakra ball filled with elemental power, and can be fired off in rapid succesion, or be charged up for a semi-strong bigger ball. This is not a Rasengan technique, but more of a release of chakra. The chakra in the ball is wild, so it has a chance of dissipating and wasting the chakra used. It also bleeds chakra when it is held for a charge. To use this in rapid succesion, one would need a good chakra pool, in order to keep using the chakra balls. At B-rank, the ball is a little more stable, but it still has some chakra bleed.

Background:

The story of the incredibly average peasant

Kenshin was born in Kirigakure, his birth right into Shiatamme clan. He was an average kid to all degree, never good nor bad he was simply the inbetween in everything. He had nothing big that happened in his early life he was simply your plain Jane ninja he was entered into the ninja academy by his parents to make him an exceptional ninja. They thought he would do good because of this he has always been calm and loving never really getting into any major issues. He passed the academy with flying colors, well not flying but pretty damn good none the less. This was the first time he had done something better than average which thrilled him to no end, now he's trying to do his job better than average, if he does this he'll die a happy person.

If not he'll simply die average.
