Kazuma is slightly above average height, slim and athletic looking with a slight tan. He wears his headband on his forehead, and it's partially covered by his hair. He has brown eyes that have a warm laughing quality about them. His usual attire consists of a light jacket that’s black with an orange decal of a dragon on the back and open at the front with a white shirt underneath, baggy torn pants with lots of pockets and his tanto and scabbard hanging from the side, and faded boots

Personality
Kazuma is very easygoing, and doesn’t take much seriously. He is always crakcking jokes and enjoys being with large groups of friends and having a good time. He gets along with most types of people, with the exception of the sullen, brooding, serious types who usually find him annoying; and he takes it as a personal challenge to try and cheer these types of people up. He Doesn’t like to talk about himself or his problems , but if someone comes to him with their own problems he usually gives good advice . He tends to be stubborn and is quick to make decisions. It takes a lot to get him angry, but when he is he losses all his joking mannerisms and becomes deadly serious. He rushes head on into a battle but becomes more tactical as it progresses. He aspires to be a high ranking Jonin so that he can protect his village and be an example for younger ninja. Kazuma uses fire and weapon jutsu in battle often combining the two for more powerful attacks. His battle style uses several weapons attacks in quick succession augmented by fire jutsu or a single powerful attack that comes from multiple directions. His main strengths are his agility and accuracy, he is good at long range surprise attacks and is competent at close range combat as well. He works well in a team and can use his as distractions or finishers depending on the his teammates. His major weaknesses are his tendencies to rush into a fight and to underestimate his opponents, he doesn't excel at mid-range combat and is particularly susceptible to genjutsu.

Background:
Kazuma had a good early childhood, his parents owned a fairly successful ramen shop, and his brother was a genin. Kazuma looked up to his brother and wanted to become a ninja just like him. His parents were very supportive and his brother would help him practice so he would have a headstart when he joined the academy. About halfway into Kazuma’s first year in the academy his brother died while taking the chunin exams. Not wanting to lose both of their sons Kazma’s parents tried to make him drop out of the academy, Kazuma refused, and from then on he argued bitterly with his parents at home. Because of the constant arguments Kazuma started staying away from home more and more often. It was at this point that he developed his humorous, take nothing serious, attitude to hide his troubles at home. It was also at this point that he started to assosciate with large groups, mainly because in big groups serious subjects don’t usually come up. He graduated in the lower portion of his class, not for lack of skill or practice, but because he found the tests unimportant and didn’t try at them. In his mind the only important test he would have to take was the chunin exams, he had to get there and pass, so he could prove his parents wrong and honor his brothers memory
