IC:Sitting in the sand in a meditation position, the kazekage sat as 4 jounin and 2 anbu were near by watching the kazekage, having the note in his lap as re-read it over and over, Sitting calmly also."Friendly spar? Fire country's leader and wind country's Leader?"he smiled as read it."never had the chance to fight another kage..."Smirk came across his face, Slowly as stood up and rubbed his shoulders and removed his robe again, Letting it fly in the wind behind him.
"He's Close..."thinking to himself being prepared, Having his golden sword pressed against his side with his burst knuckles already at hand."you guys can leave now...I am good."the anbu stayed put and didn't move, Ballian shook his head then took a deep breath, Then cracked his knuckles."Lets do this..."smiling off grinly. _________________

Renima watched the heat raise from the sun and seem to blur the air. It was something simple to most and few took notice, but he saw a greater use of it. That thought he would keep to himself as he activated the simplest of all genjutsus. "henge" He made himself appear to be like the heat waves that constantly stoped. It was in proportion of his mass, height, and weight. He could be seen but not very easily. Being a distance away still, his falcon flew up into the sky to take advantage of that while they still could. Then coming in close, He heared the voice of ballian. "Yes...Lets"
The Hokage Smiled as his teeth were shown but still unseen. "By the way Ballian, This may be a friendly fight, but anything goes, and the only way to loose is death, or surrender." Renima didnt care for his life much anymore. He knew the village was finally falling into good hands as he had hoped, Now he could earn his people more glory.

Description:the user jumps back /or throws smoke bombs creating a visabilty for themselves to run around and hear screams coming from direction but is able to see the enemy where hes moving except the sounds he isn't positive where his enemy will be coming from.

Description:The user molds his chakra into his weapon and the blades chakra Grows from Blue to a pure white and the user must be a good distance from his enemy to use this so he doesn't hurt himself in the process,Ill post description for the weapon types that used for it.
Kantana - The chakra is enforced on the blade and the user does a slashing motion Sending a white aura of chakra at the enemy Cutting but also creating a wind in the process incase they try to dodge it still get a sting of wind that pushes them backwards.
Dual weapons (Buster knuckles for example) - The user has his two weapons or (how many you have) ready and the chakra flows off them and then does a slashing motion (similar to the kantana's Style but slightly diffrent)as he cross the blades creates an x motion of white aura of chakra going directly in the direction pointing.
IC:Ballian smirked as the hokage finally showed himself to ballian."So, lets start...alright.."clapping his hands together then moving his hands as sand started to blow through the air and making the vision of the Hokage's blurry same for ballian, that was the one problem with his jutsu he made, running around where the hokage was."this technique is quite wonderful....Makes battles with genjutsu masters easier..."He said hinting all the sarcasm in his voice could be given away.
Jumping into the air after screaming couple moments, Spinning around and slashed in a X form of chakra that flew into the cloudy Dust of sand, making contact with the sand creating a large epic explosion That echoed sending large waves of wind in every direction."Couldn't of hit him that easily..."Smiling as scouting around watching from every angle that the hokage could come from at any position. _________________

"If you only knew everything about me, my poor sweet chocolate" Renima used his senses that were far superior to nearly every human being with out a bloodline He closed his eye's and borrowed a technique he learned from a student of his. By channeling Chakra to his ears, He could see the radio waves produced from sound and thus see the location of his opponet. "Dainamikku-Entori" The attack from a normal taijutsu user was quiet devestating but this was far more powerful. Requirements:Knuckle Busters, or Kaguya Bloodline to create the same weapon, but using bones
Description:The user, with his sharp brass knuckles will use a simple combo, possibly kicking the user in the air, or tripping them to the ground. The attacker will then jump up, and using huge force to drive their weapon into the chest of the opponent, possibly breaking sternum, or ribs and causing internal bleeding(only if you are an experienced taijutsu user, or atleast being a jounin/special jounin.

Chuunin and Up- Breaks bones/bleeding
IC:The wind didn't blow him off course, watching the hokage renima come from below, Looking at him."why that technique..."focusing his fist directly down at the body part (not sure never seen the technique before)sending his fist with large amount of power focusing into his blast of power, enough to shatter his Bones even make him bleed internally."this technique was made by the kaguya's its pretty good....can hurt a shinobi pretty bad."large smirk came across his face as his fist came down. _________________

occ: it's that kick Gai always does and sends people flying for miles on end.
"I figured you aim for something more than my leg, with it" The leg was the first part of the body to get near ballian, and Renima was spaced out from it and passed His target in the air. Landing behind him Renima Dropped something in the sand and then did a back flip to get a distance from ballian. Then a Multicolored gass came from the sand and quickly surronded ballian.

Description: Creates an identical copy of the user, except in sand form. When it is attacked, it does not disappear like other regular clone techniques. Instead, it can transform parts of itself back into sand in order to snag and attack the opponent. This makes it one of the strongest and most advanced types of clones. Watching as my attack dissipated before me. It wasn’t shocking at all but interesting. of coarse i hated wasting my weapons, but the point wasn’t to get my target with it, but to give me enough time for what I have planned. Sadly I have to get rid of this wind first, I really don’t like getting cut by my own element anyways.
Lifting my sword up and having its point go vertically in front of me, as i centered it in front of my chest. "Salamandra...." My fire chakra channeled into the blade to create a powerful and almost universal technique, that was designed to fight a rival, not a kage. However all great devices of destruction needed a test run before being used for the actual battle.
The serpent snarled as it flew into the sky, growing in strength and burning away the wind attack used by Ballian. I smiled as the air around us heated up and was consumed by my flame. Making it grow wider and longer all at one time. Under normal circumstances it's limited to fifteen feet but with such a powerful wind attack happening around it that limit was removed for the time being. (referring to this post)
Once reaching a distance above them and burning away the entire jutsu, the serpent like flame came crashing down into the area where ballian and his sand replica were standing. The serpent seemed to explode over that area as it made contact, burning everything their and heating up the sand to five times it's normal temperature underneath the dessert sun.

Making hand seals then putting his blades on the holy grail, Dropping the blade hard and fast on the ground, Large crater formed around the blade, the force of the blade made impact so unimaginable."rea-"Before even finishing his sentence, Firing the blade fast and upwards, Causing a large amount of damage to the sand as floated out, A powerful and extremely violent feeling Tornado appeared before the hokage's eyes."This is called 'The wind of a thousand dragons.' "Smirk came from the kazekage's face.
The large storm clashed towards the hokage."If that connects with him, he won't be able to move very well...." thinking to himself as watching his powerful Tornado swirl at his opponent.

Description:The user draws their weapon or weapons and Distance between the enemy and the felt of a current wind comes and the user puts Chakra into the blade of the weapon and puts it behind them and stares at the enemy then brings it forth creating a hurricane of a wind that feels like a thousand dragons swooped down and pushed the enemy away,Cutting the enemy inside of his body unless hitting a object thats outside of his body example (a tree or a scrub)the damage isnt very Well put but it makes it enough to feel pain inside the body.

"at least that stupid clone is gone" Satsifed by at least taking the clone down and watching as the Kazekage had to use a powerful attack to stop my own. I wondered how much Chakra he used up while in the midst of that, My only technique so far is a simple one, and requires a constant flow of chakra but i have my own reserves so it's like i've used nothing.
As his violent torando came towards me I smiled at the fact he was using wind when I had a fire technique still out, Sure it was pushed back but not dispelled by his rasengan. So instead of beating me, he use's another wind technique for my serpent to recharge with and cost me less chakra as it grows in strenth.
Poping my wip back to infrotn of me and then going foward it burned away the wind jutsu and grew in strength, to that of a mighty enferno and went straight forward at a much larger than it's normal size. Burning across the dessert sand with such force that the soil beneith it was being tossed out to the side.
