Uchiha Katsuga... A man who is a member of Konohagakure no Sato's prestigeous Uchiha Clan. A man who was originally born in the Village, which lies in Hi no Kuni, but moved to Kirigakure no Sato, which lies within Mizu no Kuni, with his parents when he was but a child, so he doesn't remember it all too much. A man that...faked his own death...to escape his true death from the Hokage, and his follower...
He walks along the coastline of Mizu no Kuni, in disguise of a typical fisherman, so's not to arrouse any suspicions that he's the former Mizukage that's supposed to be dead, minding his own business. Those who can see through simple Genjutsu, will see his real self, and battled-worned Mizukage Robes, and without the Nodachi-like sheath along his back. However, those that see him will clearly see that he has something on his mind, something deep and dark. He thinks back to those "last" moments of his life, of the time that he escaped from near-certain death from the Hokage, Ukyo, and his Otogakure no Sato follower, remembering it all too well, as it'll always be burned into his memory...
*to himself* That day... I should've died... I've made those close to me cry, suffer, and who knows what else...because of my actions... But... I felt that I still had a purpose in this world, so I don't feel that I should've died... Still... What will happen if someone finds out that I'm still alive...? What will those of the Village think of me...? What will my friends think of me...? I've been wandering around the outskirts of the Coastline since that time, and will never forget that day as long as I REALLY live...
[[Flasback!]]
As Katsuga leaps back from the attack, just barely, he knows that this will be his last attempt to save not only his Uchiha Bloodline, but his Village as well, or so he feels, he performs several Handsigns with a quickness, brings his left hand up to his mouth, takes a deep breath, to the point that he can't take anymore in, then exhales it all at once, turning his body around at the same time, and exhales a massive wall of White-hot flames all around him. However, as he closes his eyes, feeling the White-hot flames coming closer to him, he thinks of those closest to him, especially the ones that he said that he'd protect with his life. With that, he quickly, though unconsciously, performs a few quick handsigns... With that, he lets out his last words, saying that his Bloodline shall survive, and that no one shall have his powers, unsheaths his Ankoku, slices his right hand, spreads his blood around the area, so's to confuse any Medic Nins, sheaths it back, then he channels his Chakra around him, then disappears into the ground below him, but leaving no trace that he did so, and leaves behind his family heirloom: Ranpu and Ankoku. The one, or those, that come to find his body will only find many ashes, and his Twin Kodachis, in their sheath, and nothing more, other than scorched land.

Katon: Shirouka no Jutsu (Fire Release: White Flame Jutsu) [Rank: S; Type: Ninjutsu] -
This is considered as the most powerful Katon (Fire) Jutsu, next to the Amaterasu (Goddess of the Sun). This Jutsu requires the user to already know the "Karyuu Endan". It is called the "White Flame Jutsu" because the flames that come out of the user are literally white-hot, and it can melt even the strongest of metals, except for "Special items", but it requires a lot of Chakra usage to the point that even a Kage could only use it a few times before they're spent of their Chakra pool.
Requirements: Ninjutsu as main Style, Katon Element, must know "Karyuu Endan no Jutsu (Fire Dragon Missle Technique)", a lot of Chakra.
Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] - A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu normally used to catch the target by surprise. After performing a series of hand seals and raising his chakra, the user burrows underground using his Chakra. After the ninja feels he is below his opponent, he raises his hand and grabs his opponent's feet, then buries them underground, leaving only the target's head above the surface. This leaves the head open for attack.
Channeling his Chakra, using just enough to stay below ground, and not arrouse any suspicions, he continues to travel underground, up until his Chakra is nearly gone, so he resurfaces, and finds himself at the outskirts of Mizu no Kuni. Coming out from the hole, he covers it back up as good as he can, looks back at the Village, takes a deep sigh, turns away, and starts to walk away from the place he called his home, some tears strolling down his cheeks as he does, and just continues to walk as far as he can, until he collapses, so he drags himself to a cave, and just stays there until his strength comes back to him, which took at about three days. After this, he comes out of the cave, looks around, making sure that no one's around, even activating his Sharingan to Level Three, looks around still, then deactivates them, seeing no one around, then "zooms" throughout the area, getting all the way to the Coastline, where he looks around again, making sure no one's around, then uses "Henge no Jutsu", transforms into a typical, everday fisherman, and continues his from there as a normal civilian, though the thoughts still come back in his dreams, and mind, about going back to the Village, but knows that he'll be shunned upon by those who knew him, and even those who don't know him, for what he did.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjutsu] - Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
(Basic) Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjusu] - The basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. (Still using it as long as he can.)
[[Flashback to present time!]]
Katsuga feels his Chakra starting to near its limit, so he quickly goes back to his hideout, one that no one around him knows about, looks around quickly, then enters in just as the "Henge no Jutsu" disapates. When it does, he breathes heavily, as he's been keeping that Jutsu on him the entire day, but knows that it's helping him with his Chakra Pool and Control, so it's a "learning experience" for him. He takes a deep breath, relaxes, then goes over to couch, sits down, and starts to think of the past, present, and future, mostly about the Village that he was once a part of, and wondering what's going on inside of it now with Ozanaru, Syra controlling it (doesn't know if there is a Mizukage of the Village or not). With that, he lays down on the couch, and goes to sleep, dreaming about the Village, the last battle he was in, and his family.
[[Next day]]
When Katsuga wakes up, starts to get ready, then thinks for a bit before getting ready completely, gathering up his Shinobi weaponry, uses the "Henge no Jutsu", transforming himself into a typical civilian, and walks out of his house. Taking a deep breath of sigh, not looking like the typical fisherman that he's been looking like, he takes another deep breath of sigh, then proceeds towards Kirigakure no Sato, making sure that he's not being followed by anyone, knowing that it's going to take some time to get there, so he'll rest when it comes to it, and will make sure that no one's around him when he dispells the Jutsu, and when he uses it again. Looking back towards where he came from for a couple seconds, he sighs again, then continues along the path to Kirigakure no Sato, still in the disguise of a typical civilian, thinking about all that's happened with him these passed six months, which isn't much really, and wonders what kind of shape his Village is in during those times he was away and Syra took over when he "died", and what the future of himself, and his Village, will be stowed upon when he gets back, if he chooses to show who he actually is to others, in which, most likely, the only-other person he would show himself to would be Syra, as he trusts her more than anyone else, and maybe Shouten, Rin, if she's still alive/living in the Village. But, other than them, he won't show himself to anyone else, as he can't trust a lot of others, from what happened to him in the past, and it still haunts him even today. However, he knows that, from this day forward, he'll either be a part of the Village again, killed for being a Missing-Nin/faking his own death, and just leaving, shunned for what he did, outcasted from the Village entirely, or put into hard labor.
The thought of him being shunned seems like a definite for him; him being outcasted seems to follow next for some reason; him being killed also seems like a definite to him, being that he's technically a Missing-Nin from the Village, even though he hasn't done anything severe, other than what he did; and being accepted into the Village again and/or being put into hard labor also seem to cross his mind, but feels that Syra and/or Rin, if she's alive and/or in the Village, would understand why he did what he did, but he'll only really know when, and if, he finds out. Along the way, he keeps an eye out on his surroundings, making sure that he doesn't give away that he's a Shinobi from Kirigakure, and an Uchiha, and keeping his mind in thought as to what he's going to do once, and if, he reaches his former Village.

Tamotsu's weakened body had finally made it down to the coast as an ANBU agent appeared and looked at the Kage. Tamotsu went to raise his hand but the ninja bowed to him.
"There's a rumor going about sir. That Uchiha Katsuga is alive. I remember the days when the two of you were good friends and Kirigakure was at it's high time. Please my lord, do what you can to restore us to those days before the darkness consumes us." The ninja said as he disappeared.
Tamotsu looked where the ninja was and the closed his eyes. He took a whiff of the air and then proceeded to a familiar scent. He ran, despite his body's fading energy. The Overdrive almost killed him. As he slumped he could smell the scent stronger. And then, he could see a figure. A figure his eyes had longed to see for a long time....

As Katsuga continues towards Kirigakure no Sato, at a normal pace, knowing that it's going to take some time before he actually gets there, then he senses someone around him, a type of Chakra that he knows all too well, and another with him, and hears his named being called. Before he darts away, thinking that it might be an enemy after him, but stops in his tracks, recognizing the voice as one that he's not heard in quite some time, but one that knows all too well. Inuzuka, Tamotsu... He doesn't answer immediately when he calls for him, nor does he turn to look at him, as he's not too certain if it's a trick or not, nor does he want to activate his Sharingan Eyes, as he's not too certain if it is actually a friend or foe, so he takes it easy right now, speaking a low tone, but enough for the man, and the one with him, can still hear him.
You must have me confused with someone else, good sir. I'm not this "Uchiha Katsuga", nor do I know him, though I have heard of him. Why would you think that I am him, even though I'm but a mere civilian on my way back to Kirigakure no Sato, after performing a duty, good sir? Also, may I ask who you are?
Katsuga still doesn't turn around to look at him, but keeps his senses on high alert, making sure that neither one of them try to make a move towards him. Even though he doesn't have his Twin Kodachis anymore, Ranpu and Ankoku, that doesn't mean that he's entirely defenseless, as he still has the typical Kunai, Shurikens, Chakra Wire, and Jutsus in his arsenal, but doesn't wish to give himself away to the two men, at least not until they either attack him, or prove themselves to him as to not being an enemy to him. _________________ Shigane, Makoto

"You're still as naive as you once were." Tamotsu smiled as tears filled his eyes. "You have the same scent, how could I ever forget it." Tamotsu said as he let go of the man and then walked in front of him and looked him in the eyes. "And the same eyes." He smiled as he held out a scroll with Katsuga's name on it. "And because I still carry another on of your treasures you gave me." He said as he looked at the man with a slight smile. "I couldn't forget you if I tried. Because...." Hearing what he has to say, he knows that he's the real one, and knows that he can't get passed the Inuzuka's excellent sense of smell, as there's but only a few ways around it, so he takes a deep sigh, turns towards him, continuing to use the "Henge no Jutsu" to disguise himself, as he doesn't wish to show off his true appearance to his best friend, as he believes that he'll shame him in doing so. However, a warm smile comes across his face as he turns towards him, and looks at the scroll oddly, not knowing what it is, nor why his name's on it, and looks at Tamotsu with a confused look on his face.
No getting passed you, heh. But, I'm too ashamed to show my real self to you, Tamotsu-san. What is what scroll, and why is my name on it?
From that, Katsuga lowers his head some, then looks back up at him, still not taking off the "Henge no Jutsu", nor activating his Sharingan Eyes, nor reaching for any weapons, nor trying to perform any Handsigns for Jutsus, but still keeps an eye on both of them carefully, even though he trusts that he's who he says he is, he's still not entirely sure about it, and doesn't want to risk anything at this moment. _________________ Shigane, Makoto

Tamotsu smiled as he turned to him but not showing his real face. Knowing that he could dispel the henge at any time, Tamotsu sighed playfully and then looked at his friend with a smile on his face. "It was the promise we made to each other, remember? I will always back you up if you needed me and I will protect your legacy in Kiri if you weren't around." Tamotsu said as he poked his friend softly. A harder hit would have dispelled the illusion that he was trying to build. "Speaking of which, I have been. Katsuga watches Tamotsu carefully, though knowing that he means no harm to him, and wishes to acknowledge his own wish by not dispelling the Jutsu, and listens to him, nodding his head, remembering the scroll now, as it's been a very long time since they've even seen each other, so he couldn't quite remember it, then chuckles at him, lowering his guard some, but not all the way. As he speaks to him more, he looks at him more curiously now, especially after he says that he may need his help with something, and wonders what it could possibly be, but feels that he can't do much, especially if it's for Kiri, on that he's technically a Missing-Nin from the Village.
I see. What is it that you'd like me to help you with, Tamotsu-san? I'll help in any way that I can, but I don't know how much help I will be, especially if it's for Kirigakure, on that I'm technically a Missing-Nin from the Village, and I doubt that anyone from there will take help from one that just up and left the Village, and even staging his own death...
Katsuga takes a deep sigh as he talks about the past, feeling both sorrow and anger, from what he did, knowing that it was completely unforgiveable for him to do that, but he felt that he had no other choice, and waits to see what Tamotsu's going to do/say to him about it. _________________ Shigane, Makoto

Tamotsu's smile faded as he began to look at Katsuga. "Truth be told, Kirigakure's poor state, is the remnant of much fighting since your death. People who wanted power and tried to abuse Kiri's weakened state to do so. Currently, the Mizukage, a member of the Norimune clan, called Katsuo is leading Kiri into a deep depression. There's nothing but doom here and in time, Kiri will wither away. I don't want what happened to Oto to happen here. But I'm scared it will. So I came to demand his stepping down and ended up sacrificing a lot of my personal health to show how serious I was. But I'm scared that my plan will not work. It might even backfire." Katsuga listens to Tamotsu carefully, his eyes widening about hearing that his Village, though not his home originally, but his home none-the-less, and the one he once ruled over, is in such a poor state, and growls some at this, not liking it at all, but keeps his cool for the most part, listening to what else he has to say to him. Being that he was away from the Village for so long, he didn't know anything about what was going on in, and out, of his former Village, and doesn't like what he's hearing at all, then looks at him with a concerned look on his face when he tells him that he'll use his own life.
Tamotsu-san, I don't want you sacrificing your own life. I would be too sad, as I know you were when you found out that I was "dead", and I deeply apologize for that, my friend. As far as protecting the Village, I will do so, but...
Katsuga pauses for a couple of seconds, looking away from Tamotsu some, then looks back at him, taking a deep sigh before he does though, showing that there's something deep running through his mind right now.
I highly doubt that the Village will accept me once again, not just a the Mizukage, but just as a normal Shinobi of the Village, being that I left without cause, and faked my own death. However... I will return to help if need be, and hope that no one will scorn me for coming back, nor shun me either, but we'll just have to see. But, before I do...

"Katsuga...." Tamotsu softly as he went to hug his friend. He rest his head on Katsuga's chest and sighed. "People will accept you if you returned. If I did now, I'm sure others will. Think about it Katsuga, do you really want to see Kirigakure die? Do you really want the Spirt of Water to fade away into nothing?" Tamotsu said as he released his friend and then looked him in the eyes. "If not you and me together, then who? Who will ever be free of this vicious cycle of destruction. I need you by my side to complete your dream and mine. I want peace at any cost, including my life."
