Name: Kairai Sukioato [It roughly, I think, translates to "Puppet on a string" either that or "String on a puppet"..one of the two!"

Gender: Male
Height: 5'5
Weight: 125 lbs.
Appearance: He has straight, full black hair and bright blue eyes that shine like two azure jems that sit under a pair of perfectly formed eyebrows.
His eyelashes are rather girly, long and thin, but quite a thick black color, giving them a eyeliner-like look. His skin is smooth and a light, pale-ish cream color, like a shined porcelain, and his lips and full and peachy.
His hair comes down to almost cover his eyebrows, nearly touching his eyes.
To cover most of his appearance, he wears a large, thick and dark black colored robe-like outfit, which he wears on all but his face. The cap itself is not actually a part of the outfit, but more something Kairai found to add to his outfit to make it look just that much better.
Race: Caucasian
Hair: Natural blacky-brown color. It is wavey and wind-swept at the side, and has some sort of natural jel in it which causes it to look almost wet all the time. It is swept to the right and parted on the left side. [By natural jel, I mean something a herbalist made. Not natural on his being. ]
Eyes: Blue.
Body: Slim. It has no fat on it at all, and has muscular outlines to it. It has a natural paleness to it.

Personality: Kairai is very much to the-the-point and can come off as cynical. He doesn't enjoy being mean, and does not TRY to be mean, he just says things to get him in to extremely sticky situations.
Though, he can be very blunt in things he says, where as other's might try and help heal the wounds of somebody who had made a mistake, Kairai would reply that it was their fault in the first place. In this way, he has built a slightly bad reputation, but is very good at giving advice.
He can also be very sarcastic at the worst times. Where as others might be scared in a fight with a much stronger opponent, Kairai would use his wit to anger or otherwise humiliate the opponent into making mistakes that could turn the tide of the battle to his favor.
The last 'major' part of his personality is that he is quite strategic in that he never usually makes the first move in combat, and would usually wait for his opponent to attack him, or to otherwise advance in any way before deciding on what to do, and can be rather controlling if on a team.

Background: Kairai was not born into any specific grouping of shinobi, though his mother was a higher-ranking medical Kunoichi of some renown, and his father was a puppet master formerly of Sunagakure, though he left the village when he retired from Shinobi duties.
The two met within the Rice Country when they much younger, in their teen years. They were both on missions on the behalf of their respective kage's, and were actually assigned to assassinate one-another, as part of a 'great plan' and such.
They fell in love as soon as they first saw one-another, and both fled their respective camps for a short trist in the middle of a field in some not-so far off plains. His mother, names Aijou, found out she was pregnant through the usual means,every morning and through most of the days she felt ill, and her weight, which was usually between 100 and 110 pounds sky-rocketed to about 160 to 170 pounds.
A few months after the initial discovery, her child was born, she named him Sukioato, Kairai, after her lovers family name, and raised him with the help of a few of her friends, though the child did not know his father until the man retired on the day of his fifth birthday.
This is when the boys life took a sudden, and rather painful change. It was one of large gains and losses, and one that would all but haunt the boy for years to come. The boy was out walking with his father on said fateful day, and found himself in the middle of Otogakure's main street, where many of the usual horse-and-cart types hurried about. A teeth-knattering sound rang through the air as a horse bolted from it's master, taking it's assigned cart it, and heading through the street, the same exact street the boy was in.
A short distance away from the horse, the boy ran towards his favourite shop, a sweet shop on the opposite side of the street. He tripped on a over-lapping paving stone and fell forwards into the cold street, tears welling up his eyes for a small moment, before he remembered that he was no longer a baby, and should not cry over small things. Sadly, before the child could fully rise, the horses hooves found their footing. Ontop of the childs out-stretched arms, crushing most of the bones in the boys arms.
The childs screams found the ears of his father, who flew into the air in fear of his sons life, and grabbed the boys feet, tugging him away from the raging beast. He cluthed the boy tightly, his own eyes filled with bitter tears. The next thing the boy knew, he was waking inside of a bright white room, where he was surrounded by numerous figures, only one of whom he knew, his mother. Outside the window, he saw the pacing figure of his father, and felt a cold item holding hs arms together. His mother explained that he had been 'gifted' with a pair of sound-based tubes of metal that he would be able to use later in life, and that they helped hold the bones together in his arms.
The boy lived a truly ordinary life despite this difference. He found that he was quite inteligent for his age, and that he took after both his mother and father in terms of his father's pupperty mastery, and his mother's Ijutsu. His father taught him the basics on how to move, conceal and attack with his puppets in certain ways, and his mother allowed the youth to join her in certain medical procedures to give him a small experience in certain situations.
Kairai was allowed and accepted into the shinobi academy in Otogakure when he was six, a few months before his seventh birthday, and he was quickly taught most of the basic technique's and the like. He was quite the wiz in his academy days, and was allowed to graduate by the time he was ten or so.
He is now fourteen, and is a Genin. Though, he has not yet been accepted onto any sort of team. He has, however, been given the option of being a substitute for some teams, though has always declined these offers.
