IC:Slowly as The kage read the scroll, He whistled as a Anbu appeared."We got less then 20 minutes to learn this technique, Your gonna help me...."He looked at the anbu."now i need you to fire strong technique at me, Slowly as the anbu smiled at him."Alright ballian-dono."He said as forming hand seals, Slowly as Ballian focused his chakra to his body and hands and took a deep breath, concentrating fiercely."fire it...."ballian spoke as the anbu nodded and then said softly."Dragon fire Technique."as The fire breathed out and shot towards ballian, holding out his fan and then closed his eyes.
Waiting patiently and then opened them quickly and moved his hand for sand to block the jutsu as blocked the flames engulfed into the sand, the voice of the anbu came out."you alright, Ballian-dono?"Ballian smiled and shouted."i am alright."He smiled. Ballian Slowly looked at his fan."Not damaged...huh weird."He said softly as looked back up at the worried anbu."one more time when i say."the anbu nodded, Slowly ballian took a deep breath once again and Thought patiently and closed his eyes as listened to the sand moving and the wind blowing around."One....Two....Three...FIRE!"he said as the Anbu then started up with the seals quickly and Shouted as fired the fire out."Fire dragon technique!"slowly as released ballian grinned as jumped back and moved his hand and watched as the technique broke the through the jutsu without any problem."Shit!"he said.
Stopping the Fire, But it caught on fire of his robe and ripped off both of the sleeves."Alright thats good...were getting progress."Looking at the sleeves burning at a fast pace, Watching as it turned to ashes."what is it..."He rubbed his chin, thinking slowly as thought as sand blew through his hand and then looked down at the Arm pieces and smiled."So...that is how it is i see..."Smiling as thought through it all over again and knew that the power needs to flow through his whole body and involved alot of concentration towards the chakra.
ballian slowly looked at his Anbu wondering what his lord was doing."Can we hurry this up Ballian-dono?"he spoke as looked at him and ballian raised a finger at him for silence and then smiled."alright lets do this once again and make we can get it right and not fuck up..."He said and winked at him, Ballian put his hands together and Closed his eyes as the anbu started to perform the hand seals necessary for the fire dragon technique, as he finished the last seal, Ballian was ready for the anbu's technique."DRAGON FIRE TECHNIQUE!!!"the Anbu fired it at him at a powerful motion, The large flame came at him at a fast pace enough to damage the kazekage badly.
Ballian grinned as it came at him at a dangerously fast pace, Opened his eyes and looked at it head on, holding his fan out in the direction of the large beast of flames."Boom."He said as engulfed the large dragon flame into sand making the large beast disappear, into the sand."It didn't stop but i felt the pressure break through it...."Said to the anbu that was a good distance away, Giving a thumbs up and then closed his eyes and placed his hands back together. _________________

IC:Opening his eyes and looked at his anbu and nodded for him to send the technique in his direction, Slowly as removed his hands, Each finger aligned with each other perfectly as they separated each other, The anbu finished his hand seals as Then ballian was already read and Then stopped suddenly and then inhaled a large amount of air, combining it with chakra and pure pressure and firing out a large amount of fire as a dragon formed and flew at ballian at a rapid speed, Slowly ballian smiled as it came flying at, Moving his hand as removed out his fan and Pointed it at the flame, not stopping it as he felt it kept going and moved his free hand to form sand to perform a barrier.
Ballian scratched his head, Wondering what was going wrong, starring at his chakra flowing through his body, looking up at his anbu as the sand flowed down at a slow pace."So....That went bad again..."Spoke to him and laughed as they both did."We need to figure it out quickly."He spoke to him as the anbu looked at him and confused in a way before could figure it out the anbu raised his hand."Chakra...needs to flow harder and faster?"He said as Looked at the kazekage."I'm doing that, but there is something missing."He said as scratched his chin.
Ballian looked at the anbu again."one more try to see what i can get out."He smiled, clapping his hands together and lined his Bony fingers up together and Closed his eyes, concentrating very hard and listening to the wind blowing in the air, Slowly Felt the wind blow through his robe and The power Flowed faster and faster around his body and a smirk came on his face."Fire!"he said as the anbu made his hand seals, each seal never took long and then he shouted."FIRE DRAGON TECHNIQUE!!!"inhaling the air in the surrounding area and then Pushing out and pressing extremely harsh as the large flaming dragon appeared again going at ballian, He pushed his chakra out the Power flowed quickly as it formed ballian opened his eyes. _________________
