Name: Jouro Senbon - Sprinkling Needles

Requirements: An appropriate weapon
Description: This technique is performed without hand seals, but it requires a weapon filled with senbon needles to be used. The user will toss said weapon, usually an umbrella, upwards and release the senbon hidden inside using their chakra. This will create a dense shower of senbon, which the user can also direct using their chakra. This ninjutsu is very powerful not only because there is practically no escaping it, but also because each needle can pierce through strong armor.
Hecate grabbed her new umbrella, headed outside, and leapt over the railing that hung over the staircase to her apartment, and headed down for the desert. It seemed a good spot to practice jutsu being open, and fairly devoid of people due to the almost scorching weather that existed in, and outside of the village. As she approached the desert area, Hecate threw her Umbrella into the air, and held it using some of her chakra, and attempted to get the flow the object held. As she stood there focused, and concentrating on nothing but the feel of the object, she secretly wished for a little company.
As she focused on the Umbrella the thought of something to practice on came to mind. Though not important right now she needed to know the way a target would react to the needles, and needed to be able to know the pattern that would be most common. This speculation about the target of the technique flashed through her mind, and she jotted it down for future use, however at the present time Hecate continued to focus on the Umbrella gradually learning how to manipulate it in the air. Though she knew it was not that important the thought of being able to combine it with other jutsu became apparent, and she would rather learn how to combine it now rather than later.
Slowly Hecate began to gain the proper chakra veneration both to, and through the Umbrella, as she stood there focused. Though her patience began to wear a little thin, the thought of being able to combine the some of the techniques she knew into it made her stay the course even though the course was out in a hot desert. Hecate sighed, and relaxed her shoulders Why did I return to my realm in order to learn this technique, after all it would have been so much easier, and not as hot, but I suppose I just like being here, since it is after all my home.

Cervantes walked into the desert so that he may learn the Basic puppet Jutsu, he would have learned in the village but he gets nervous when people look at him and in the desert there would be no one in sight. he puts his puppet down and takes a couple of steps back. then he tries to make chakra strings but he realizes that it is harder than he had originally thought. he makes another attempt to try to make chakra strings but this time he only had little strings come out of his hand.
Hecate was about ready to just continue this in her realm, when she saw someone off in the distance. With a bit of a cautious attitude she made her way over to whoever they were. However he worries were soon reconciled when she that the bright red outfit, and immediately knew it who it was. With a look of relief she made her way over to him this time not cautiously but to merely ask what he was doing here. Hey! She shouted with a somewhat excited tone. What are you doing out her Cervantes!? Don't tell me you wanted to learn a jutsu with nobody around too~
As Cervantes was about to give it another go he heard a "Hey" in a defensive position he looked back and saw that it was Hecate and a smile hit his face. Cervantes thought , " Hey i didnt know you were here" then he said," wow i wasnt expecting to see you here, and yea i was training here so that i would be away from everyone, for some reason I cant help but get nervous when im around people. so do you want to train together i mean maybe i can help you with train with your jutsu and you can help me with my puppet jutsu?"
Hecate walked up to him as he spoke, and she nodded at his offer. Yea learning together is far less boring than just focusing on chakra control the whole time you know? She then noticed the puppet he had brought with him for practicing, and giggled at the thought that he was really serious about the puppet thing. I see you weren't kidding about puppets, however I can't really help you out there haven’t really loved anything but Genjutsu, well that and weapon techniques. With a slight shift in her stance she looked at Cervantes, and smiled. Hey this desert is pretty hot, and annoying isn't it? I know a place that is much more bearable to train in, and if you want I can take you there.
Cervantes was surprised that she new a place in the desert that was bearable, then he said "You know a different place to train that is more bearable? Well then i guess i will have to accept that offer, and hey maybe when i can control this puppet a little better i can help you train you Genjutsu on my puppet, i mean its better training because you actually have to try to hit a moving target. any ways, i am ready when you are ready, but uhhh, just one question how are we going to get there cause if you get tired i can carry you." then Cervantes picked up his puppet and waited for Hecate to take him to this place.
Hecate grinned at him when he mentioned carrying her. Oh no you don't need to carry me, in fact~ She walked up to him, and put her hand on his shoulder, and closed her eyes. We won't even have to move from this spot. With a small burst of light Hecate transported them to her dream realm, and reopened her eye's, and stretched out for a bit on her throne. Man that was a good uh... "nap" I suppose~ She got up, and looked at Cervantes who had appeared a few feet from her. Well Cervantes what do you think of my realm? Sure beats the heck out of a desert doesn't it~?
Cervantes felt a little nautious but other than that he was ok. Hecate asked him what he thought of her place? and he said, " well it sure beats training in the desert, oh and look at all the cute animals." Cervantes took out his puppet and said to Hecate "ok just let me try to control this puppet one more time." This time he focused even harder than he did before and the next thing you know stings come out of his hand and onto the puppet. he says, "Yes, Hecate you are going to have some difficulty trying to attack this bad boy." but before she could say anything Cervantes said," umm give me a second i know i can move him... wait hold on...," then with all of his will power he was finally able to make his puppet move."HAHA what do you think of me now, well i guess this will have to do for now untill i gain better control over this puppet. so are you ready to train on this beast of a puppet?"
