Located within the lowest and deepest parts of the mansion, are located a secrete room, only known to Oto shinobi. The room contains scrolls of jutsus, known only by Oto shinobi.

Name: Breaking Sound Wave
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Sound Ability. Sound Village
Description: The user builds up chakra within their vocal chords, and then let out a yell, powered by the chakra. The yell is capable of breaking glass, and even scratching off bark from trees, along as other things. Anyone within a 5 meter radius of the technique will lose their ability to hear for two post.

Name: Safe and Sound
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Handseals. Sound Village
Description: After preforming the needed handseals the user surrounds their body with a special chakra that allows them to within hold all of their sound waves. This technique makes the user completely silent, unable to be heard by anything. Though the technique makes a target invisible to the ears it still makes them visible to the eyes.

Description: The user gathers chakra in their vocal chords and then lets out a loud yell. The user concentrates and directs their sound waves in one general direction however. This technique can be used to break an opponent's handseals once preforming.

Name: Sound Blast
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Handseals. Sound Ability. Sound Village
Description: The user gathers a massive amount of chakra into their vocal chords. Once done the user yells toward one direction. The yell will appear as a blast of sound waves and can knock back enemies, throwing them off of their feet. This technique because sent toward a single direction concentrates more on the direction, rather than a spread. If someone is caught within the blast they will lose their hearing for three posts and gain a feeling of nausea for one. It will also cause extreme pain in the ears.

Name: Destructive Sound Waves
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Handseals. Sound Ability. Sound Village
Description: The user does a series of handseals for the technique. Once done they gather a large amount of chakra within their vocal chords and then lets out a wicked yell in one direction. Though the sound waves come at a single direction because of the power of this technique it can effect those around it. The technique stretches for 10 meters in a single direction and 5 meters everywhere else. If someone is hit directly by the full force of the sound waves they will suffer hear lose for five post, gain a feeling of nausea for three post and become unable to move for one. Their ears will also bleed, causing enormous pains. The distance for this is 5 meters away from the user and in the direction of the blast. Anyone not caught directly in the waves yet hear them will lose hearing for three rounds and feel nauseated for one. Once this technique is done the user cannot use voice techniques for two post. The user also loses the ability to hear for one post.

Name: Incapacitating Sound Blast
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Sound Ability. Sound Village. Must know Destructive Sound Waves.
Description: The user takes the same methods as the Destructive Sound Waves and using more chakra but less force can make the sound waves become chakra blades. Once directed the waves that touch the opponent will cut their skin. The technique is not enough to rip completely through skin, nor sever anything but can still cause many wounds and over a period of time cause the target to bleed to death from all the cuts. This technique can only be used three times a day for if used too many times the waves will cut the sides of their mouths, as well as their inner mouth.

Type: Genjutsu/Ninjutsu

Requirements:Sound Ability. Sound Village. Must learn from Zieg
Description: Using the vocals chords and charging them with chakra when the user yells the sound waves becomes visible to the naked eye and through the waves clones can appear within the waves. They will ripple and bounce just like regular sound waves. This technique is to throw opponents off to open for a more deadly attack.

Description: This is a simple ability that allows the user to use Sound techniques.

Name: Audio Comprehension
Type: Ninjutsu/Passive

Requirements: Sound Village. Must know at least three sound techniques. (Excluding Sound Ability)
Description: Once trained enough the ears can tell the difference between different sound waves. For example the sound of metal hitting a hard surface and the sound of wood hitting a hard surface. This ability allows a shinobi to do the same thing with most all sound waves. It also increases the distance in which they can hear things, up to 5 more meters than normal. It works well with small, faint sounds.

Description: This technique is a protective jutsu from the user's own sound techniques or the sound techniques of another. Keeping a small yet constant flow of chakra going into the ears, protecting and repelling sound it allows them to be immune to sound techniques that are B rank or below, including maybe even their own.

Name: Earth Shaking Sound
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Sound Village
Description: The user charges a massive amount of chakra into their vocal chords and then once ready lets out a loud yell, that can be held so long as the user has the ability to do so. When yelling the sound waves are so destructive it causes and earthquake up to 10 meters. So long as the user is able to yell the earth will continue to shake, knocking even the most balanced ninja off of their feet. This technique can be used to disrupt jutsu, or moving opponents. After this jutsu is done the user can not use sound techniques above C rank for five post.
