Name: Kokuun no Jutsu - Black Rain Technique

Description: After the user makes the required hand seals, they will start releasing chakra from their body. This chakra will rise in the form of black mist, forming black clouds some way above the user, which they can then control. After setting the clouds where they want, the user will have a black rain pour down from them. This rain is actually highly flammable oil. This technique requires something to set the oil on fire to be of any use.
"We should get ready...Hya." Hibashira spoke suddenly breaking the silence between the two. Hya knew what he meant. News of the attacks on the major villages had obviously reached them. This brought concern to Hiba. The two weren't the best of fighters. Hya had always wanted peace rather than war, most of the time he refused fighting. But these events were going to force them to have to train. At this stage they were weak, and if one of these terrorist were to appear, the two would have little to no defense. "I know... " The day felt weird to him. Something about the air...or maybe just the things around him made him feel uncomfortable. Probably because he was looking at the place where he was going to live. He was tired of moving and searching but he didn't feel like that was going to end, especially since all the attacks were happening now. Hya looked down at his feet as they walked. "Hiba... To be honest... I have been training. I just haven't been telling you." Hiba was a little shocked. "Seriously? When?" Hya nodded, ashamed that he didn't tell his best friend. He performed a few hand seals and spoke the name of his technique, "Kokuun no Jutsu." A black mist rose from all around Hya's body. The mist circled above, making a large cloud above the two. Hiba watched as Hya made the cloud move to an area front of them. Then a black rain of oil poured from the cloud. As it rained Hya explained the jutsu, "It's oil. I figured since you have a fire element, this will boost your attacks." The rain stopped and below sat a puddle of the oil. Hiba smiled, He was happy that Hya had been training.

Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will exhale a large mist cloud. This mist is transparent and only slightly hinders the vision of those caught inside, but that is not its purpose at all. This mist is actually highly flammable, a perfect trap for fire ninjutsu users.
Hya thought his friend would be mad, but actually Hiba was quite happy that Hya had been training. "Wow Hya I'm impressed. I wishi I could say I've been doing the same." Hya smiled, relieved that Hiba wasn't angery with him. "Have you been practicing anything else?" Hya nodded, "Yeah, its a technique pretty similar to the one I just did, except its a bit more discrete." "Show me then." "Well I haven't really got it down. I'm still learning." "Who cares? Just try it. And if you don't get it then just keep practicing til you get it." "Okay okay fine." Hya did the hand seals for the jutsu and put his hand up by his mouth. He then blew through his fingers to try and blow out a flammable mist. But instead, he ended up choking and cough due to the fact that he did not perform the technique correctly, "See?" He spoke still coughing, "I can never get the mist to actually come out of my mouth..." Hya said discouraged. Hiba looked at him, trying to figure out what the problem could be. "Maybe if you just blow out harder, then the mist would come out faster and wouldn't have time to build up and make you cough. "That's actually a pretty good idea..." Hya replied, amazed that he hadn't thought out that before. Again he did the hand seals and again he put his hand up to his mouth. He blew harder. Low and behold it worked. The mist expelled faster and correctly covering the area in front of them. "So all I have to do is hit that with a fire technique? And it will blow sky high?" Hiba asked when Hya finished his jutsu. "Yeah I guess." Hya chuckled. "Well then. I guess that means I better get training." Hiba said with a big smile.
