Name: Hakke Jinjutsu [8 Divination Healing Technique]
Type: Ijutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Hyuuga Bloodline; Shousen no Jutsu
Description: Combining Byukagun with Shoushen allows for Tsun to bring his healing powers to a new level. Instantly he can identify anomalies with-in the chakra system, by placing his finger unto his allied (or his own) Tenketsu he can repair them if damaged or transfer small amounts of healing chakra into his allies. By using Jinjutsu on one side of the Tenketsu Tsun can effectively heal a wound from both the inside, and the ouside, doubling the speed of Shousen. Using Jinjutsu merely creates a better connection and flow. alternatively that chakra can be used as a link to vital organs, and minor healing can be done with-out open surgery. In this way Tsun could fix a punctured lung, or drain blood from it. Permanent damage is unavoidable to the vitals, but if the healing is performed shortly after the wound serious long term damage can be diminished. While this wouldn't save someone from kidney, liver, or intestine failure it could let them live long enough to get a transplant by a more experienced surgeon.

Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Hyuuga Bloodline; Chakra Burst
Description: This allows the ninja to use Chakra burst to create seismic waves. These can be used in several ways to disrupt or attack using terrain. Projectile Doton element jutsu can be destroyed using slightly less chakra by sending seismic waves through them, the remaining pieces will do significantly less damage. However this technique wouldn't work quite as well against mud or sand as they aren't as solid, and a number of smaller rock attacks would be quite difficult to counter all at once. Alternatively this technique can be used to disrupt the ground surrounding the user, it might be in one direction or a circle depending on the terrain this can deal significant damage or simply shake the ground and knock enemies off their feat. This jutsu deals slightly less damage than Doton jutsu of the same rank, but uses significantly less chakra and requires no hand-seals.

Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Hyuuga Bloodline; Hakke Jishinha
Description: This allows the ninja to use Chakra burst to create seismic waves. These can be used in several ways to disrupt or attack using water. Projectile Suiton element jutsu can be dispersed using relatively low chakra by sending seismic waves through them, the remaining pieces will do significantly less damage. However this technique wouldn't work at all against ice and several projectile water blasts would be difficult to counter all at once. Alternatively this technique can be used to disrupt water surrounding the user, it might be in one direction or a circle tidal waves created by this jutsu move extremely fast and deal significant damage. This jutsu deals slightly less damage than Suiton jutsu of the same rank, but uses significantly less chakra and requires no hand-seals, however a water-body is a must since this is water manipulation and not creation.

Name: Hakke Ootsunami [8 Divination Grand Tidal Wave]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Hyuuga Bloodline; Hakke Tsunami, Shugo Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou
Description: Tsun creates a grand divination circle across the sea, while walking across the water he perform 128 Seismic waves, reaching down to the base of the sea and summoning Ootsunami a grand tidal wave backed by one quarter of the user's total chakra at A-rank;S-Rank standing upon the center Tsunami can ride Ootsunami by streading carefully across the steam at the top, using some chakra. This type of attack can be used once per battle, and requires a huge water body such as lake, however an ocean would work much beter.
To longer Ootsunami travels the taller it gets, backed by tidal waves traveling
Magnitude on Richter Scale A-Rank 12 S-Rank 15
Given a good distance this would be able to destroy an unprotected village. Enemies caught with-in Ootsunami are washed away, knocked down, above ground, or drowned. Ootsunami may leap and attack them falling from such a height would allow him to deal considerable damage going down on the enemy of his choosing.

---As an added note---

Keep in mind that Hakke Jishinha & Hakke Tsunami may counter the specifically noted jutsu of A rank or lower, they can not be used against melee or trap type jutsu. Additionally ninja of a higher rank using A ranked jutsu can't be countered.

Damn really? There so many changes to the new system is literally tore my character right appart, I couldn't even fill my A-ranked spots so I came up with these, the whole idea started because my character was named Tsunami originally, and I just build weaker powers as the requirement for the one I really wanted.

Please allow these... thats all I can really say. I just don't wanna spend another hour writting jutsu.

This can be scrapped, days later I haven't even gotten a word from an admin. I dropped Ijutsu and decided to fill additional jutsu slots with taijutsu styles. I'll just stop working on this topic and get the other one approved as my priority.
