Name: Sumitsuki no bachiatari (Black seal of the accursed)
Type: Kinjutsu

Requirements: Head admin or co admin approval. Must obtain from Zieg. Must be from Otogakure (unless given special permission)
Description: The technique is a jutsu invented by Itichi Zieg, made from his own hormones and blood. It is also infused with blood from a normal human. The seal can be put upon someone by only Zieg. Using special handseals if Zieg touches someone's body he can put the seal on someone. Once placed the seal with start to drain the body of all the victim's chakra. If the chakra isn't enough to satisfy the seal it will drain a person until they die. The process usually takes about a whole day. The victim will feel intense pain all over their body for 24 hours. If they cannot take it mentally then it will kill them. Once inflicted and done the seal will appear somewhere on the user's body. The seal is a black crescent moon. Once done the vitcim will then go on a blind rage for an hour, not being able to tell the difference in friend or foe. After the rage they will fall into a state of unconsciousness. There are stages of the seal that one can obtain by either putting their body through massive pain or willingly giving their chakra to the seal, which could kill them and only give them half capacity of the power.
Effects
Curse Seal: Level 0
The seal will be placed upon the body and constantly drain the user's chakra, though its not a rate fast enough to leave one weakened but it will need to be fed the chakra, in order to keep it stable. If not fed then the seal will kill the user. This stage gives no special bonuses or abilities.
Curse Seal: Level 1
The user must feed the seal a suitable amount of chakra. Once done the seal will activate. It would start to burn red and spread along the user's skin. It will make the user turn completely pitch black and their chakra will become visible, flowing around them like a smoke. Their chakra will turn to a dark purple color. Their eyes will become a white color. Their eye will disappear, leaving only the iris. The seal enhances physical performance by 25%. Their chakra will also increase by 25%, making jutsu feel more powerful than they are. In this state the seal will continue to chew at the user's chakra. If in this state for too long the seal will deactivate unwillingly, leaving the user weak and unable to preform jutsu of any kind. The seal however can be released at will, but will still leave the user drained by a certain amount for activation.

Curse Seal: Level 2
The user must feed the seal half of their chakra. If they however do not have the chakra to feed it with then they will die instantly. The seal will begin to cover the body once more. However unlike last time the body will not become completely black but simply make the skin a black tone. The user's hair will grow substantially and turn dark red. The seal also makes the user's hands become demonic. Making them grow claws and forcing wings out of their shoulder blades. The wings look like devil wings or bat wings. The user will also grow a tail, similar to a dinosaur's. The seal, instead of forcing chakra out of the body like last time, but rather eating the user's chakra will not have the same visual effect as the previous seal. The user's physical performance will increase by 55% and their chakra will increase dramatically, making most jutsu feel more powerful. It will also allow the user the ability to fly. The seal can not last very long and if the user doesn't willingly release it it will eat all of their chakra and kill them. Even when willingly releasing the seal the activation cost will leave them weak and most likely unconscious if they are not strong enough to take the seal.

Description: This is the Hyuudou clan's secrete technique. This is the basic knowledge and skill of using the bells, and wires. the wires can be emitted from the bells, and be controlled, as long as the user continue's to transfer chakra into the bells.

Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses all of their chakra into one part of their body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of the body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. An extremely powerful jutsu, it uses all of the ninja's chakra and stamina. Even though this jutsu can save the user from death, they will certainly not able to continue a battle in this condition.
Satsugaite no Jutsu [Killing Hands Technique]

Through concentrating their chakra in a manner opposing the Chiyute, instead of rebuilding and restoring another person's cells, this jutsu intends to destroy and unravel another person's cells.

Description: This is a one-of-a-kind ninjutsu technique where the ninja takes simple, black deck cards and embeds information on them with chakra. The information could be about anything from shinobi countries to shinobi themselves. Once the information is embedded in the card, it turns blank, only to become visible again when the ninja reveals it with their chakra.

Description: A more advanced version of Waia shouheki. In order for this technique to work fully the wires within the bells must already be emitted from the bells. the user gathers a large amount of chakra, and he or she spins in full rotation. With the wires following the user can create a chakra barrier to prevent damage from physical attacks, and some ninjutsu. This technique requiers a lot of chakra.

Description: A powerful technique, used and known by very few Hyuudou clan members. This technique uses the wires, and launches them into the air. The wires then fall, in a vertical line, slicing through whatever they land upon. Because of the usual thiness, and reflection of the wires when this technique occurs it appears as if its raining.

Description: This is a basic technique used by the Hyuudou clan. The user can use his or her wires, and wrap them around anytarget they wish, binding them. While this jutsu is in effect the user can't use any other techniques, for in order for the bind to be succesful the user must have very good chakra control, and concentraition.

Description: This technique allows the user to revive the dead. Then, the body is formed out of dust and dirt and rises out of the ground in front of the user inside a wooden coffin. This technique can also be used on multiple people at once. The revived person is not under the user's control unless certain things are done to erode away their emotions and memories.

Background:
Kiyo was a young boy, whom was abandoned from his very clan, for being a hateful, and vengful person. He was always obsessed with blood, and fighting, however he always appeared calm. As a child when he fought with his siblings, and trained under his clan his entire style of fighting was always to be used for defensive purposes, and the clan's purpose was to protect, however Kiyo had other ideas. He would often find small animals, and torture them, just before killing them painfully. One day his brother caught glimps of Kiyo harming, and slowly killing an animal. His brother told his father.
One day Kiyo was brought to a special elder, and he used a unknown, forbidden technique, with severely supressed Kiyo's mind, and anger. Kiyo was almost like a walking puppet after that, seeing as how all he knew was this weird obsession with blood, and now it was to be supressed. Several days after the happenings he was playing around with other genin of the clan. Kiyo was always very skilled, and always excelled past what was expected of him. His skills with his wires were impressive. So good even he couldn't handle them himself.
A jounin had walked by, and noticed Kiyo was walking home, covered in blood, laughing and smiling happily. The jounin followed the path of bloody footsteps that followed, and there laid four bloody genin shinobi, mostly chopped to pieces, or so it seemed. Kiyo was sentenced to death, but from the love of his family he was only banished from the clan, and the village. From there Kiyo had been a roaming ninja, doing all he could to survive.
He was roaming around the Otokage mansion, when one of Orochimaru's ninja had spotted him. He was brought to Orochimaru. For some reason Orochimaru found an interest in the young man. Orochimaru had the boy train with some of his best medical ninja. After a while of training personally Orochimaru noticed his full potential was sealed up inside of him. Orochimaru made Kiyo believe that blood was a good thing, and it was natural for humans to feel pleasure from killing those weaker than them. Soon Kiyo was free from his bound mind, aand he became a very dangerous medical nin, surpassing even those of Orochimaru's best.
Once Orochimaru was pronounced dead Kiyo had no idea what he should do. He had given his life to Orochimaru, and now that he was gone his life felt slightly empty. That soon changed as Otokage Zieg came to power. The two became aquantences, and soon Kiyo became one of Zieg's right hand medical ninjas. He even helped in attempting to produce a new curse seal technique. As of now Kiyo lives as a weapon for Zieg.
