Well, people have been posting in the jutsu even though it's closed, so I guess the same is for here too.
Bloodline: Okami(Wolf) bloodline
Clan name: Houkou(Roar of the Wolf)
Leader: Eric 'Hatake' Houkou
Number of clan members: Well, the clan itself is hidden off from the world, but I'll accept up to 10 people to come out of the shadows like Eric and be part of the clan.
Clan discription: Well, the clan is one not well known in Konoha because like true shinobi, they lived and worked in the shadows. They are one with the Okami, wolf spirits. They were good friends with the third and fourth Hokage, and when the Nine-Tailed fox attacked, the clan was seemingly wiped out fighting it. However, Eric's arrival as a child showed that the clan is still around, but more secretive than ever, since they never revealed themselves to their own clan member. The clan also dictates that the head of the clan will be the child who is born with gold eyes and white and black hair(Eric is not the only one, his ancestors looked like him as well). It was to symbolize that the child would see and be part of the good and evils of the world. The Houkou are like two sides of the same coin, some of them decided to follow other ninjas in light, while others wanted more power and defected to the dark.
Bloodline: The Okami bloodline is a spiritual bloodline. Each child born into this clan was given a wolf spirit guardian they would eventually be bound with. They can appear on their own rarely, only to help the one they are bound to in times of great danger, but most of the time they fuse their spirits with the person they are guarding by use of Chakra and meditation. Of the clan jutsu involve chakra being used in Taijutsu, and in exchange for their rational thought, clan members are given enchanced survival and animal instincts, and their natural abilites are increased by two or three what they originally were. The strongest wolf spirit is Fernir, and only the clan leader can summon and be bound with him.

Description: By going into a meditative state and using your chakra as a conduit, Your wolf spirit binds temporarily with your own spirit, granting the user more power and animal abilites in exchange for the ability to think rationally. This requires not too much chakra, but not using enough, will lead to a disaster of the spirit being in supressed by the wolfs. This has 3 stages. Right now only stage 1 and 2 are available. Stage one is limited trust and spirit bonding. When you bond with your wolf and trust it, stage 2 will give you another ability enhancer and increased senses.

description: Since your in a now animalistic stage , you can use chakra for various uses. Okami fury uses your chakra to extend your nail into almost blades. They are sharp and deadly, can extend or retract, and is a good all around move for taijutsu in the clan
Name: Wolf's howl

requirement: Must be in fusion first
description: Putting chakra into your voice box, you let out a loud howl, the chakra waves coming out of your voice will reach over a mile(usually less, max is the size of Konoha), seriously imparing enemy hearing, while you remain safe of the effect. Make sure teammates cover their ears when you use this.

requirement: Only the clan leader can use this.
description: The clan leader, Eric, can fuse with the legendary Houkou clan wolf spirit leader, Fernir. In exchange for all but a tiny bit of his chakra, Eric can bring the wolf out without using a summoning scroll or using a summoning jutsu. Fernir will then go on a rampage, destroying everything it knows is an enemy and defending those who he knows is an ally. Then after a short while, he will fuse with Eric, restoring his chakra and Eric will know all of Fernirs knowledge of fighting, and jutsu's, but only for a limited amount of time.

description: Even while in fusion mode, you keep some rational thought. With this technique, you give up all rational thought in exchange for power and speed. The user will go into a bloodbath rage, killing anything the user can get its hands on. You will not be able to feel pain, but you will have a good chance of being injured. You can not tell friend from foe, so this is a tech that should only be used AS A LAST RESORT.

Weapon technique
requirement: high speed and stamina, a blade of some kind, must train to get
description:This is one of the few weapon moves the Houkou clan made. They run in a complete circle around the enemy at super speed, confusing them. Then, when the enemy cannot tell where you are, the user will crouch, take out a blade like weapon, jump from their unknown position, suprising his prey, and go into a series of slashes from all directions in the circle you made, ending where you started. The blood that will come out of the enemy will fill the circle, representing a blood red full moon.

Effect/description: When this bond of trust has been reached, Fernir's and Eric's soul become one. No longer are they two souls in one body, but two bodies who share one soul. In this mode, two things could happen:
1. Cry of Fernir: Eric turns into Fernir. In this he gains all of Fernir's abilities as a spirit wolf, but he cannot use any jutsu whatsoever. He can, however, open psionic links so he can talk to others, and his speed, defense, and offense are higher than any wolf, since Fernir get's all of Eric's physical abilites as well. He can calmly think and he can one special technique

description: Effect/description: When this bond of trust has been reached, Fernir's and Eric's soul become one. No longer are they two souls in one body, but two bodies who share one soul. This is a rare and very difficult thing to master, since one rarely trusts a spirit with their whole life.
Eric turns into Fernir. In this he gains all of Fernir's abilities as a spirit wolf, but he cannot use any jutsu whatsoever. He can, however, open psionic links so he can talk to others, and his speed, defense, and offense are higher than any wolf, since Fernir get's all of Eric's physical abilites as well. He can calmly think and he can one special technique. When Eric masters this, he can change from Fernir back to himself, and once his chakra levels rise enough, if possible, he might be able to use this freely, but at the end of the day it would leave him dead tired.
In battle, since there is bound to be a lot of chakra to waste, Eric can only shift once. That means if he started out as a wolf, he can only go back to human and vice versa. Doing this will require a lot of chakra, even though Eric and Fernir's chakra pools are combined, this technique alone will use up most of it.
As time passes, I will make more jutsu's, but for now, I'm drained of thoughts for jutsu I can use. Well, what do you guys think?

I see. well I see nothing wrong with this bloodline, look well enough. Just make sure to make a profile for your wolf spirit.

type: Ninjutsu

requirements: Must be in fusion level 3
description: When you are in fusion level 3, be it wolf or human, with this, you are truly part of the spirit wolf pack the Houkou clan commands. This technique, at the cost of almost all of the users chakra, will allow you to call the from as many as one or the WHOLE spirit wolf pack and they will do their callers bidding. They have limitations, and depending on how many are called, but they can do different things. If you summon the whole pack, they can only attack or gather information in the human plane for about 30 mins.(5-10 posts) before going. If its one wolf, it can last at max for 10-20 posts and can do anything the user asks. anywhere from more than three wolves to most of the pact can last 12 posts, no more, no less. If the user is knocked out of fusion mode, this technique is cancelled immeaditly.
