Appearence/ Clothing / Armor: Hoshigaki Kisaki is tall for a fourteen year old, having inherited his father Hoshgaki Kisame’s height. His blue skinned body is lean and a corded with thick muscle, thanks to the training he has received by his Genin squad captain and his mother Inara. Kisaki's hair is a light navy blue, cut short and rebelliously spiky all over the crown of his head. It has a tendancy to poof out in an afro when subjected to drastic changes in temperature, giving him the appearance of an angry blue bird of some kind. He can usually be seen sporting a casual yet wicked expression on his face, as if he knows something that no one else does or is planning some elaborate joke at another’s expense. Blue gills zigzag from the tip of his high cheek bones to the bottom of his ear, sensitive to changes in temperature as well as to the touch. When under stress, or irritated by something or other, they will oftentimes visibly twitch as a sign that his patience is running thin.

Kisaki likes to look cool, and generally is obsessed with trying to strike a wild and rough demeanor in front of other people, especially those who are in his age group. Among fellow genin, and when in the presence of adults his cocky attitude and rough and tumble outlook has turned more than a few heads. Both Kouri and Kasaki wear the same outfit of shiny shoulder armour on each arm that glints and is polished regularly. A tight fitting black vest with a high collar exposes their slim necks, blue trim around the edges with a series of simple metal clasps in the fronts that secures it and leaves their mid sections and wash board stomachs and well defined abs. A loose fitting pair of long black pants secures them down to the ankles, with metal clasps on the hips that connect in order to keep them from slipping off. They can almost always be seen wearing their headbands which signify their allegiance to the Village Hidden in the Mist, as well as a pair of black fingerless gloves and a side pouch to carry their weapons on their left hips.

Bloodline: Hoshigaki Kisaki has no Kekkei genkai, but has none the less inherited his father's skin tone and facial features, as well as the elaborate gills that adorn both cheeks. These gills allow him to breathe under water, but other than that he was not born possessing any form of a kekkei genkai.

Personality: Kisaki is, in many respects, a hellion of the highest order. Like his twin, he enjoys greatly getting adults ruffled and making people around him either intensely amused in the most obscenely way possible or at the very least, playing as many clever pranks as he can think up. Kisaki can been described as the more sinister mastermind of the twinly duo that he and Koari perpetuate at all times, both hiding behind and taking comfort in the way they blend and seam perfectly with one another when other people are around them.

Kisaki bases much of his ideals and attitude as a ninja on the stories that he and Kouri have heard about their father, Hoshigaki Kisame. His main goal and dream is to surpass the father whom he has never met and drag his twin along for the ride, becoming one of the most powerful ninja that the Village Hidden in the Mist has ever seen. This dream supercedes all things in Kisaki's life, and has become one of the very corner stones of his and his twin's joint existence. Despite the melodramatic way he may carry himself at times, Kisaki is the more unflappable of the twins, and also the dominant of the two. By comparison, Kisaki's actions are always one level more aggressive, and mean than that of Kouri's own. Kisaki is by nature a person who can be a bit selfish at times, considering how things affect himself and Kouri first and foremost before considering how it will affect others around them.

When he and Kouri first graduated from the Academy and became Genin, Kisaki made it his top priority to appear as adaptable and unflappable as possible no matter what the circumstances when on missions, a by product of how the twins have been looked down on due to Kisame's betrayal of the entire village. At his core though, Kisaki is still a very playful person who loves to play pranks on others and to have fun no matter what the circumstances, especially when its at the expense of someone he doesnt like. Kisaki loves to have fun, and this is defined in everything he does. Despite his rough and tumble appearance, Kisaki’s one major weakness would have to be his deep affection for all things that have sugar in them, and can be bribed by these at times even though he likes to keep this intel on the downlow. He doesnt see becoming a powerful ninja as a morose thing that must be done in order to accomplish his goals, instead seeing it as a fun and challenging opportunity to thumb his nose at his wayward father and the rest of the village and finally have their complete attention and forces them to acknowledge them both as powerful, impressive ninja whom everyone admires and respects. A large part of this dream may or may not be influenced by his desire to get the attention of the opposite or even the same sex. Kisaki, of the two, is the more dominant of the twins, and slightly more stronger than his brother Kouri, a fact which secretly makes him smirk a little inside.

Kisaki has a psychological dependancy upon Kouri, one that expresses itself before too long if and when he is seperated from his twin for an extended period of time. Having never been away from him more than a few hours in their entire life, Kisaki will grow irritable and violent if he goes too long without being in close proximity to Kouri. The blood thirsty side of Kisaki's personality is exposed during times like these, and is apt to lash out at others around him. If kept more than a day from his twin, he is libel to suffer a psychotic break which would result in the near fatal results for those around him. Aside from that, though he tries to hide it, Kisaki is very attached to his mother Inara, whom he enjoys hanging out with and training under, and will lash out at anyone he believes is getting too close to her.

Kisaki's world can be defined easily in a simplistic and clear cut view point. There is his world with Kouri, and to a lesser extent his mother, and everything else outside his world.

- Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
This jutsu is used to fire a massive spiraling blast of water at an opponent. It is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
- Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique
Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of water in the form of a serpentine dragon and directs it towards a target. The water used to create the dragon must be present to perform the technique. This technique requires 44 hand seals to perform, more than five times that of almost every other jutsu shown in the series.
- Suirou no Jutsu ~ Water Prison Technique
A method of trapping an opponent, it involves the shinobi forming the necessary hand seals, which forms a spherical prison to form around the target. This allows for limited movement on the user’s part, because contact with the prison is required to keep it active.

Background: Hoshigaki Kisaki and Hoshigaki Kouri were the product of a one night stand between Hoshigaki Kisame and the ANBU Black Ops Jounin Idante Inara fourteen years ago in the Village Hidden in the Mist. The twins' parentage was hidden from them for years by Inara, who had been a regular sleeping partner of Kisame's but broke off the relationship as soon as she discovered that she was pregnant with his offspring. Inara never told Kisame that the twins were his, instead thinking it a safer choice to keep this fact hidden. Soon after Kisame betrayed and abandoned the Village Hidden in the Mist, Inara gave birth to undeniable truth that she had indeed been carrying his kids. From the color of they're skin to the way their hair always looked wind tossed and chaotic, Kisame's sons resembled him both in appearance and temperament. Kisaki was the first born son, followed minutes later by Kouri. From the very start, both Kisaki and Kouri could not be told apart by anyone. Inara herself would get them both confused, and as children had to resort to painting their toes different colors in order to tell which toddler was which.

Kisaki and Kouri were trouble from the start, delighting in causing mischeif because of the attention they would receive afterwards for it, good or bad. Those who knew Kisame in the Village Hidden in the Mist looked down on and scorned the spawn of one of Mist’s greatest traitors, and some even called for their immediate death at the time they were born, in which it became readily apparent who had fathered the two on Inara no matter what the circumstances. The only thing that saved the twins from death at the hands of the Mizukage was Inara’s direct influence, using what connections she had developed while climbing the ladder to become a Tokubetsu Jounin in order to keep her sons from falling prey to their father’s mistakes. There were severe conditions placed on them however, as Inara became suspect as well because of her association with Kisame. The twins were placed under twenty four hour survelliance until the age of ten, so that should their father sneak back into the village in order to see them, or Inara try to leave Mist as well in the middle of the night, they would be squarely in the hands of Mist’s ANBU.

The twins themselves did everything together, and instead of being depressed over their appearance, reveled in the fact that they’re blue skin and shark like teeth set them apart from the rest of the young ninja to be that were their age in the village. From an early age they enjoyed getting the attention of adults however they could, and earned for themselves the moniker of ‘ The Legendary Irritants ‘ from the various Sensei’s at the Ninja Academy. Whether it was putting a burning sack of dog poo on one of their rival class mates’ front door step or slipping a sleeping pill in their Sensei’s morning coffee so that they could get out earlier than normal, the antics of the Hoshigaki twins are infamous among their peers and the Chuunin who teach at the Academy. They’re short attention spans constantly got them into trouble with everyone, both their mother and their Sensei at the Academy. Despite this however, the Hoshigaki brothers were still quite popular among their fellow Academy goers, their devil may care attitude and infectious enthusiasm winning them more than a few rivals and admirers alike.

From an early age, both Kisaki and Kouri were taken under their rough and tumble mother’s less than gentle wing, training with her for hours after returning from the Academy, intent on both proving themselves as well as to attempt to irritate the wild woman into dropping her guard. While they have yet to beat her, both twins’ strength and speed are a bit above that of a normal genin because of this training, a fact that they both take tremendous pride in whenever they are put into a position to utilize the skills that they have worked for. The main goal of their lives always has been, and will remain, to gain the respect of the entire village and to attract the attention of their father, in the effort to both size him up against their own progress and to meet him for the first time.

RP Example (Just Because): Two blue skinned boys peeked hand in hand into the large study belong to Inara, The Lady in the Water. This is where their mother spent most of her days when she was not on a mission or hounding them for putting frogs in the neighborhood girls' under wear drawers, or rigging her recent boy friend's toilet to overflow on him the next time he used it when he wasnt at home. She sat there, her long silver hair pulled up in a bun with several strands falling down to grace her features, sitting at her desk and filling out her mission reports. She knew that they were there; Kisaki had a deep feeling in his gut that let him know, just like when she was watching them even though they didnt see her anywhere around them like on their first day at the Academy.

The boys leaned back out briefly, exchanging glances with one another. Nonverbal communication occurred between two pairs of blue black eyes, of the nature to where an unspoken agreement was reached without a word ever being said. Two heads full of baby fine blue hair poked back into the room and observed their busy mother, bent over her papers and frowning in studious concentration as she applied her personal seal in wax. Inara had told them many times how much she hated doing paperwork; often accompanied by a few colourful words that were the cause of the blue skinned boys no longer being able to play with their neighbor, Korai. Writing mission statements and filling out debriefing protocols for the rest of her squad and others, whatever that meant.

It was always prudent to wait until their mother, the fabled ' Lady in the Water ' of the Hidden Mist Village, was alone to ask her questions. Kisaki squeezed Kouri's hand, causing him to blink at him momentarily before giving an affirmative nod and stepping inside the study with him. Asking Inara questions, no matter how odd or stupid or sometimes downright uncomfortable and weird the may be was something the twins enjoyed doing. Inara was still trailing her brush down the scroll before her with elaborate, elegant flicks of her wrist and occasionally dropping it back into the ink stone.

Kisaki and Kouri had a moment of hesitation, a rare event for the troublesome twins as they marched up to their mother's desk, waiting patiently as they rocked back and forth on their heels. Ever since they'd been able to walk and talk they'd assaulted Inara with some of the most unimaginably off the wall questions that could be asked of a human being. Some of them ranging as far as ' Do dogs think like people do? ' to ' Momma, will you break that chair with your fatness if you sit in it? '. The beautiful woman said nothing, continuing her work without so much as a glance in their direction for the time being. Two sets of dark eyes were trained on her unflinchingly as the boys continued to fidget boredly, the gills that adorned their cheeks and winding down to the bottom of their ears wiggling a little to show their growing feelings of apathy. They hated waiting too long for anything.

Kisaki knew that they shouldnt be bothering their mother with such a stupid question; but he also knew that he question they had in mind for Inara wouldnt go away until they asked her about it. Once an idea got stuck into their identical little heads they always seemed to stay there despite how trivial or odd they may be, and he knew by experience that it wouldnt go away unless they asked her. And besides, it was always fun to try and get her to react to the things they did or said. The rustle of parchment signaled that the imposing woman was done with her task as pale blue eyes drifted up to settle on her two wayward boys. Kouri and Kisaki grinned at her in response, causing a delicate brow to raise suspiciously. "What did you boys do this time?" A quietly severe voice promising a painful retribution resounded in the room, gentle but covered in steel.

Kisaki had come to accept that everyone around was pretty much afraid of his mother, the fabled Lady in the Water. He and Kouri agreed on this point avidly after having suffered through several of her rather strict and none to gentle punishments involving cleaning the entire house of dust with their tooth brushes or simply being told to sit still for more than an hour. It was pure torture; Kisaki was sometimes sure that she was evil to the core. However scary she might be, Inara was still the only constant and protective presence in the twins' lives and world.

In a Village that despised the pair because of their wayward father's mistakes and because of his abandonment and betrayal of Mist, the harsh woman would never betray them or lie to them, or allow them to come to any real harm. Kisaki felt much safer when she was near them, or when he felt her watching he and Kouri, no matter what they were into at the moment. "We want to ask a question." The two brothers said at once, pearl white teeth that were sharper than they had any right to be flashing as they grinned bit shit eating grins. Inara shuddered a little and started massaging her temples already. She wouldnt have to ask them to continue; she knew they would anyway.

"Do women have boobs so they can carry water across a long way? Like camels in the desert?" Both boys asked in perfect unison, their eyes filled with curiosity. "We want some to in case we need to do water jutsu and theres no water nearby." Kouri informed the woman before them, who'se left eye was now twitching uncontrollably.

I've edited everything, added sixty pounds. And Airknight, if you read the new rule in 'Switching RPC's' you would know that I CAN have this character. Cause two of my RPC's are on Haitus, Vayne and Fayt (Due to circumstances with others on this forum). And no, I don't have enough inactive RPC's, and if I'm within rules, I will continue to make them.

EDIT: And hell, if you don't want to go by the rules...you know I'll just kill someone off, never mattered to me.

You can't use a three foot sword either. That would be slightly above average length for a katana, which is a chuunin ranked weapon. Wazikashi or lower only, unless you want to use one of those custom weapons.
