Tamotsu stood there looking at a grave with a scratched out name upon it as if he were in a deep trance that could only be broken by contact. The wind blew softly as his hair shifted in it's current. His eyes had a deep red glow as if he could not get rid of the darkness inside of him. He closed them to relax them and then opened his eyes and looked up. He saw no one but he knew he wasn't alone.
"Seiko..." He said softly.
"Sorry. It took a while to find you again, Tamotsu. I should have stopped you before going to Dragon Country." Seiko said as he jumped down from a tree limb behind Tamotsu and landed before him. "Let me put you to sleep." He said looking at his friend.
"Expanding the power of the Sharingan?" Tamotsu said as Seiko stood before him.
"Exactly." Seiko stared into his eyes.
"Then try harder." Tamotsu said as Seiko growled with his gaze fixed on him.

Description: The user looks into the eyes of another person, and with a slight push of chakra the user can force one to fall heavily asleep. Direct eye contact must be made for this technique to work. If the target is one rank above the user they technique will take a total of three post to work. If the target is of equal rank two post. Any rank below and the jutsu activates instantly.
Tamotsu kept his gaze fixed on the blond haired Sharingan-implanted young man before him. Seiko began to pour a bit more chakra into his eyes as Tamotsu's will seemed to become stronger. His chakra was rushing and he could read all of Tamotsu's motions as if second nature. He could almost see when Tamotsu's new breaths fed him the will to not succumb to the jutsu he was trying to perform.
"Why did you give me the Sharingan?" Seiko asked as Tamotsu kept his gaze fixed.
"Who else would I trust with it? Why not you?" Tamotsu replied.
"Liar. That's evasion." Seiko growled out as his stare became stronger.
Tamotsu looked on as Seiko put more chakra into the gaze and began to feel heavier as time went on. Then he fell to the ground on a knee as Seiko kept his gaze strong. "It's working. He's falling asleep." Seiko said as Tamotsu began to bob left and right with tire. The genjutsu was working and then Tamotsu was out like a light. Seiko looked on at the passed out Tamotsu and then walked over to him. He then squeezed his neck and Tamotsu poofed into smoke and Seiko sighed. "It was a clone. I was never gonna get anything from it." Seiko said as he covered the sharingan right eye with his headband and then looked at the grave he was looking at. "Gozu..." Seiko said as he reflected the events up until this point.
