Appearance: Torio is a tall glass of androgynous water. Slender, tall, and lacking in defining male facial features, Torio frequently is mistaken for a flat chested woman. Wielding a nobility within each calculated step, Torio is a pink haired samurai whose genetics have been breed for the ultimate killing machine. Appearing as though he is weak, Torio is not. He has no fat on his body and built purely out of muscle. Furthermore, his outfit consists of: a sleeveless white flak jacket with a high collar and underneath that a riveted chain mail and a black garment, white pants torn at the side with a green fabric wrapped around his waist, and he wears a steal arm gaurd that runs from his wrists just to his elbows.

Personality: Unlike most ninjas, Torio does not consider himself to be one. He believes himself to be the judge who is both just and morally correct. He is a self-proclaimed samurai, who despite having a linage who are devoted servants of its teaching was moved to a shinobi village for circumstances that are later revealed. In general, Torio is a laid back type of guy who is over the top in his own narcissism and eccentric tastes. During serious moments, he is a serious, focused, and a ruthless killer who sees death as his reward to man. Although, he treasures his own life, he is lawful in nature and tries to follow the rules to the letter. His goal is to become a hero and become famous. He is also a misogynist and apathetic to anyone who breaks the law.

Description: This Kenjutsu style has few specific movement patterns or exceptional techniques; however, it is a style that prides itself in it's extreme mastery of sword style weapon combat. Practitioners of this art are trained to use the Tenkado (Heaven Gate) stance and the Herukado (Hell Gate) stance, when in countering foes. The Tenkado stance is holding your sword tilted upward giving them leverage over their opponents offering greater chance of deep slashes and rapid secession of hits. The Herukago stance tilts the blade downward allowing the user to pry into their opponents core while also giving quick attacks to a users base. Rule of thumb, the Tenkado stance is used for quick battles that may cover long distance, while the Herukago stance is used for close quarter battles. In general, with each level in training of this kenjutsu style the user becomes more adapt to molding their chakra while increasing the speed and accuracy in their attacks.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.
Background:Torio was born to a prominent samurai who served under the Lord of Hitahashi Castle in the Neck Country. His father was well known for being the friend and the most loyal samurai to the Lord of Hitahashi. It was by this relationship that Torio’s father was regarded as the “Guardian of the Bridge”. Although, Torio knew him as dad and idolized him as the man Torio ought to be. His mother died upon having Torio, so his father was everything to him. Torio’s father loved his relatives in Kumogakure with the message: “Raise him to strong and don’t let him know what happened to me, it will devastate him. Tell him that I loved him and that I will always be watching him and one day we will be together again.” Torio’s father confronted his Lord and judged his Lord corrupt. He slew the Lord after pointing out the money laundering, bloody baths sanctioned by the Lord, and numerous other indecent acts done by the Lord. Torio’s father then killed himself afterward because he had shamed himself by feeling guilt and killing his lord. Yet, Torio’s father was placed in the books as a traitor and his name defiled.
Therefore, after being smuggled into Kumogakure, Torio met his cousins for the first time. Torio, who had no knowledge of his father, took up stay in the Kumogakure practicing the way of the Samurai. He never forgot his father constantly asking the question why his father hadn’t come for him. However, he was told that his father was traveling on a crusade across the ocean. No one knew when he would be back, but his love was always with him. Or so that was the story that was told to him, but he never gave up on the samurai way. His aunt Narue and his uncle Wakasa had four children and these children grew up studying the shinobi way. His aunt Narue forced Torio into the academy making him learn the ways of the shinobi. Angry with her, he never gave up practicing his samurai techniques, but he practiced only enough to the shinobi was to get him out of the acad. After becoming a genin, he returned to training his samurai techniques. Two years later when he was skilled he began working closely with Kumogakure in order to hone his skill in the samurai way and make a name for himself.
