Since Haldur is a Sannin now he's gonna have some jutsus of his own creation. Since he created these and hasn't yet shared them, they must all be inherited from Haldur.

Name: False Transformation
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Inherited (Haldur)
Description: This jutsu creates a layer of illusion anchored around the user that makes them appear like another person. This differs from the regular transformation jutsu in that it does not dissapear if the user is hit. However, should the user's concentration waver significantly, so too shall the illusion waver. Someone significantly more skilled in Genjutsu than the user can see through the illusion as though it was semi-transparent.
Training Time: 3 days

Name: Fade
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Inherited (Haldur)
Description: This jutsu, simply known as Fade, subtly makes the user less noticeable to anyone who views them. This jutsu makes the user just a part of the background. They won’t stand out against anything else. The viewer’s gaze just seems to slide right over the user without noticing them. This justu is especially effective if the user blends in with their environment, or if they are disguised according to their situation, such as normal clothes in a crowd of people. If the user is actively concentrating on this jutsu when someone has already noticed them, the target’s eyes will try to drift away, making it hard to maintain a steady gaze at them and almost impossible to use eye-based skills.
Training Time: 3 days

Name: Blur
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Inherited (Haldur)
Description: This jutsu blurs the user's movements and features, blurring up to six inches away. It also leaves a two foot trail behind whenever the user moves, making it harder to tell where they are. This is most effective when used while fighting an enemy at close range. It is great for obscuring attack and feints and confusing the opponent.
Training Time: 3 days

Name: Transporting Deluge
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Inherited (Haldur)
Description: This jutsu is used to travel long distances in a short period of time. A pillar of water erupts from below the user's feet, spraying water high into the air, similar to that caused by an underwater explosion. Once the water and mist clears, the user is nowhere to be found. At the destination, a similar eruption occurs, but this time when the user is revealed when the water falls back to the ground. This is not useful in combat, as it takes too long to move and reappear, and the roar of water easily gives away the user's location. This can transport the shinobi long distances, even across whole countries. The strain it puts on the user's body limit's its use to twice a day if the shinobi wants to remain fit for combat, or more if the user does not exert themself for the rest of the day. For every use above three it takes an extra day to recover from the exertion.
Training Time: 7 days

Name:Tsunami rider (Waterfall technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Inherited (Haldur)
Description: By using this jutsu the user is able to summon a gigantic wave of water which rushes straight at an opponent. The user rides in the wave towards the enemy at speed similar to that of the jutsu Hien [Flying Swallow] . If an opponent gets hit, they will be trapped inside and battered as the wave crashes and tumbles before expiring, while the shiobi who used the jutsu can add additional meele attacks from inside the wave. This jutsu can be used in a second way. If the user is high in the air when they use this jutsu, it creates a dense and wide downpour of water, like that of a waterfall. Anyone below will be trapped and battered, while the user rides the water down, often to deliver a final powerful blow. The power of this jutsu creates a crater underneath it.

Name: Shipwrecker
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Large supply of water, Inherited (Haldur)
Description: This jutsu creates gigantic arms made out of water, taller and thicker than a tree. They can be used in many ways for both attack and defense. These arms are immensly strong, able to lift ships (hence the name) or punch straight through one side of a hull and out the other, as well as tough enough to stop most frontal attacks.

Name: Water Blast
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Ability to use water jutsus without a source of water, Flyiung Water Bullets jutsu, Inherited (Haldur)
Description: This jutsu fires a single blast of water from the user's hand at very high speed, without a source of water. The projectile is a sphere one foot in diameter, which is small for a water jutsu, but the speed with which it travels makes it harder to dodge. The powerful blast causes the arm from which the ball is fired to recoil, and creates spray and mist emanating in a cone from where it was fired.
Training Time: 5

Name: Sword of Water
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Inherited (Haldur)
Description: This jutsu is used to create a strong sword made of water. In incorporates both form manipulation and nature manipulation to a small degree, strengthening it and increasing its cutting power greatly. THe sword is straight and sharpened on both sides, extending up to three feet long from hilt to tip with a round cross guard. The weight of this sword is much less than that of a regular steel sword, though it is jutst as effective for attacking and blocking.
Training Time: 7 days

Name: Flying Water Blade
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Sword of Water, Flying Water Bullets, Inherited (Haldur)
Description: To use this jutsu, the shinobi slashes with a Sword of Water, sending a crescent shaped blade of water flying at the target. The projectile is incredibly sharp, able to slice through steel armor and still create a deep cut.
Training Time: 4 days

Name: Ropes of Water
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Water weights jutsu, Inherited (Haldur)
Description: By using this jutsu the user can create inch thick cords of water, varying in strength with the user's skill in ninjutsu, from vine like and easy to cut to as tough as steel. These ropes must start at the user's location, but can extend to great lengths. The user can maipulate these water ropes at will, though the more ropes the user creates, the harder it is to control them all. They are useful for many different purposes and techniques.
Training Time: 4

Name: Weapon of Water
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Sword of Water, Ropes of Water
Description: This jutsu can be used to form nearly any type of weapon out of water, based on what the user learned with the previous two jutsus. The larger and more complicated the weapon, the more difficult it is to create and maintain. Almost any weapon imaginable can be created, as long as the shinobi has enough concentration and chakra.
Training Time: 5 days

Name: Flying water bullets
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank:C/B
Requirements: Existing source of water
Description: This jutsu uses a source of water and shoots it at an opponent in many small balls. This spray of water bullets is usually used to distract the enemy and put him/her on the defensive, but if enough chakra is used, they can be as strong as punches, bruising and battering the enemy. This requires relativly little water, which makes it useful, as the shinobi can use portable water sources. If the user fires a water bullet from the tip of a sword of water, it gains a sharp tip, similar to a kunai, making it a piercing projectile. This requires B ranked skill.
Training Time: 2 days (+2 days for B ranked)

Flying Water Blade should be A-ranked at least, if not kinjutsu as well. "able to slice through steel armor as though it was paper"? that is definitely A-ranked.

and though it's not necessary, you can think of a better name for a jutsu than "Well". perhaps Well of Eternity, since it's bottomless?

Haldur (the RPC) created these jutsu. He's not all that good at making up names. Thus, these names are simple, even though the jutsus are complicated.
I think it describes it adequately.

The Tsunami rider jutsu looks very very powerful. If the force of the aerial jutsu can make a crater, which displays it's strength, I think it might have to be S ranked. I don't really see a downside to the jutsu either, which is why I think it should be S ranked.

S ranked is reserved for really powerful jutsus. There are other A ranked jutsu that produce just as powerful effects. Cases in point:

Description: A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.

How would you define the classification of kinjutsu? They would have to be widely known to be classified, I believe, and so far only Haldur will know these jutsu. The decision to pass them on is up to him, not regulated by the kinjutsu classification.

Kinjutsu is for very powerful and dangerous jutsus, which all S-rank are. Also, you have to RP learning them, so you will need to get 5 points for each. It is a steep price to pay, but they ARE powerful. I think any other mod will agree that AT LEAST the two S-rank need to be Kinjutsu.
