If you have finished a mission there is no need to wait for a Moderator/Admin to approve the training points you get.  Simply reply to the mission topic you did with the link to the thread you RPed in. Then simply give yourself the training points.  If a mod/admin ever asks you where you got the points, simply redirect them to the mission topic.
