Long ago, before the 3rd Shinobi War, lived three siblings; a girl and two older brothers.  They were infamous for their crimes which mainly consisted of robbery and rarely murder.  They weren't so much feared, but rather looked down upon as petty criminals who deserved nothing but death.  Each sibling specialized in one area of fighting, making them a deadly team of ninja.  They were born Missing-Ninja and traveled the world cause little choas at which ever village they decided to stop at, though they never would attack a big city since they were obviously not that strong.  Ten years of this life went on, and they earned themselves the name: The Three or The Tenma.  Finally they sought out a major village such as Konohagakure or Kirigakure in an attempt to show everyone how powerful they really were.  They decided that Konoha would be too big of a target to start off at so they chose the smaller, but still well known, Kiri.

The Mizukage of the time heard rumors of The Tenma trying to play their petty tricks on Kiri and sought out the most powerful ninjas of the village.  He didn't just want to kill these three, he wanted to make sure they would suffer for their life of evil.  The Mizukage called upon seven ninja who were...different them most ninja of the village.  They were extremely mysterious and were rarely found, however this was a "special occasion" as they called it.  After the deal was made to "take care" of the The Tenma the seven ninja disappeared and did not return for weeks.  The Mizukage was furious, thinking he had been tricked, so he searched for more worth ninja.  Meanwhile The Tenma approached Kiri, ready to cause some damage.  

One the day of the arrival of The Tenma, the Mizukage had constructed a force of ten elite ninja (He wasn't lacking any forces, he just didn't believe he would need more).  The Tenma laughed and were also terribly annoyed.  They had been horribly underestimated and taken very lighty, and for that Kiri would not get off so easy.  Being the genjutsu specialist of the group, Akasha stood in rear and cast her jutsu on any enemy who got near them.  But she obviously couldn't keep them all under her spells, thankfully she had her brothers who were excellent at close combat fighting.  The Mizukage ordered the attack and his group charged at the The Tenma.  The Tenma had a simple plan, Kel`Thuzad would break up the enemies formation with big medium powered jutsu while Akasha and Anub`seran picked off enemies who ended up alone.  It didn't take long for them to defeat the Mizukage's force and they advanced without hesitation.  The Mizukage gritted his teeth, enraged.  He could have easily gone back and retrieved a much larger force to finish these enemies off, but instead decided to fight them himself.  The Mizukage had an extreme resistance for genjutsu so Akasha wouldn't be too much of a problem, he was also very fast so he was able to match the speed of Anub`seran, and his knowledge of powerful jutsus was greater than that of Kel`Thuzad.  They were equal in power and ability, and the battle ensued.

It was a long fight, lasting almost three hours.  The Tenma were out of breathe, but so was the Mizukage.  Neither would be able to continue much longer but both would have to push themselves just to be able to live.  Finally Akasha was able to catch the Mizukage off guard and capture him in a weak genjutsu (she only had enough chakra left for weaker jutsus).  He managed to shake it off but Anub`seran quickly took the opportunity and attacked with all that he had left.  The attack knocked the Mizukage on his back and pinned him.  He didn't have the energy to get up.  Kel`Thuzad, who at the time had the most energy, walked over to his opponent and stepped on his chest, signifying their victory.  He started to preform handseals, very slowly so the Mizukage could see that he was about to die.  One by one Kel`Thuzad did the handseal and became closer to killing the Mizukage.

The was a strong breeze all around them, and if it was spiraling around them.  Kel`Thuzad didn't notice and continued to prepare his jutsu.  By this time the Mizukage had passed out from extreme exhaustion.  It was Akasha too notice it first.  She was kneeling on the ground, panting hard from the fight, when she looked over and all around her at the wind.  After a few grunts and moans she picked herself up and looked around.  Confusion and fear filled her face as she spun around, looking at what had appeared around them.  A massive white circle with many symbols and firgures surrounded them.  She called out to Anub`seran who noticed it and called to Kel`Thuzad.  Kel`Thuzad took his eyes off his victim and when he looked back he was gone.  The Mizukage had been snatched by a single ninja and pulled out of the circle.  The seven ninja appeared and spread out throughout the outside of circle and placed their hands on the it and began to mumble some sort of incantation.  Instantly the circle started to glow a light blue and light sparkled all around them.  The Tenma tried to get out but were trapped within this circle.  The ninja holding the Mizukage smiled evilly and told them that they would return one day.  After his words left his mouth there was a blast of light and The Tenma's body began to dissipate.  The were being banished from the human world and they could nothing about it.  They watched each other as their bodies became nothing and floated away with the light.

After the job was done the seven ninja returned the Mizukage to the village and again, disappeared and were not heard of again.  The seven returned to were they came from, a cave on the outskirts of Kirigakure.  They gathered around a table and pulled out a contract labeled 'Tenma.'

The circle was called Banishment.  These types of circles were relatively new at the type and this particular one was designed to banish any living thing caught inside to the demon realm also known as Hell.  Unfortunately The Tenma suffered the fate of being banished to such a forsaken place.  However no one had ever done this to a human before, only other demons, so what would happen to them was not clear whatsoever.  The other seven ninja had devised a way to free The Tenma, but only for a short period of time.  That would be a summoning contract.  It would be difficult to conjure up such a thing to pull The Tenma out of the demon realm and even more difficult to moderate such a thing by means of a contract.  But some how, through years of research and experiments, the seven ninja were able to create The Tenma Contract.

News of this Contract spread very quickly throughout Kirigakure and finally reached the ears of the Mizukage, who had been training the entire time.  The Mizukage was not going to let something like this happen nor was he going to take these men so lightly like he did the other three.  He called upon his entire force of Anbu and recuited about 75 other jonin.  In total, the Mizukage had a force of about 125 ninja to stop these others.  To make a long story short, the seven ninja were caught and jailed (And later assassinated, many blamed the Mizukage) and the contract was locked away in a hidden temple protected by thousands of seals.

Years past and many forgot about the scroll.  The hype and desire to control such a powerful group died and people went out living their lives.  One day it was reported that a common thief had broken into the temple, somehow, and stolen the scroll.  At the time he honestly didn't know how powerful it really was, and just kept it as a stupid treasure.  He hid it amongst his other stolen goods, somewhere only he knew about; a cave up in the mountains.  The theif was caught outside of his cave without much trouble and was brought straight to the Mizukage.  He was intensely questioned about the whereabouts of the scroll.  The thief, who wasn't a fan of the Mizukage refused to tell him where his hideout was.  The Mizukage thought long and hard about his options.  In the meantime, the thief was silenced by the Anbu.  The Mizukage thought it best to leave the scroll where it lie.  Their were thousands of caves spread throughout the mountains.  The only way it could be found was accidentally, and even then who would still know what it was?
