Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.
Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking]

Requirements: None
Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.
Biransei no Jutsu [Poison Gas Technique]

Background:
Goh woke up at the bank of an unfamiliar river, having an amnesia. In face, he was unfamiliar with everything. Not being able to remember the memory of his life or the situation up until the point of his regaining consciousness. Finding only a wakizashi lying next to him on the ground, Goh finds a nearby wooden shack, only to have an arrow shoot past his head and lodge itself into the shack's wall. A letter was attached to the arrow which only stated his name and some minor information that didn't have much connection to him. Now Goh lives in that small shack, trying to find out more about his memory. He was addressed as Goh "The Crow".
Sample Post:
Goh was lying on the cold, wooden and almost rotten floor of his shack. Deep in slumber he was counting corpses of those he murdered. Nothing but the soft wind, the chirping of the birds could be heard around the shack. When suddenly, someone interrupted that silence. Goh reacted and stood up, looking wide into the bamboo forest. Just as he turned around, a shuriken flew right at his head. Goh pulled out his wakizashi and deflected the shuriken, making it stick into the ground. The sound in the forest stopped and Goh was sure the enemy was gone, thou he returned to his slumber.

UNAPPROVED
This is not complete air.
First, you only start with the three basic jutsus, as stated in the template. Second, you have to have at least Kinobori [Tree Climbing] and Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking] in the "want to learn" section, as those are the two required for Chuunin level. You also have to move the two C-rank you have to the "want to learn" section, and you may also add one more there.
"Strong in speed and Taijutsu" are two strengths, so add one more physical weakness or take off the taijutsu part, as it's kind of obvious as you chose it as your main style.
19 is a bit old for a genin, but i'll allow it, as it's still possible.
Just change those few things. And you can chaneg to earth element if you wanna be an evil subordinate, but that would mean you'd replace Powerful Fireball Technique with an Earth Element one.
