Description:made by ballian amimura,He slowly as he worked on it to make it perfect, it looked like a normal war fan (see picture for example:)its feathers are made of a crane which purified and turned into a fiercely strong metal, with chakra vines running through the feathers,the guard and shaft are Pure iron that is painted dark rich gold with a golden red Ruby in the middle.
the weapon is so stupid looking to the human eye they'd think its just to cool off the ballian when he wields it, but actually the weapon weighs about 15 pounds, if anyone tries to pick it up besides ballian himself, the weapons weight times by a maximum of 100-150 times.
the weigh of the weapon happens because, ballian added a device in case they tried to steal the thing from him it'd stop them and make it unable to move in there grasp,there is a certain way to grasp the handle of the war fan, and no one knows besides ballian himself how to grasp it without making it burn at a maximum weigh.
the ruby is filled with chakra multiplies its self to make it extremely heavy (this is for the 20-30)
(how to do it just grasp it lightly...but after that you can squeeze until you break the handle lol)
