Appearance: Sol's clothing is very uncommon. About a year after he started Holy Order, when it already had a fair number of officers, he decided that he should get himself a new and unique outfit. He now wears a black skin-tight undershirt with sleeves and long black leather gloves which seem to continue it. Over the shirt, he wears a dark blue coat of a very unique design. His pants stay true to the whole unique view. A piece of cloth in the middle of his coat has letters which read "RIOT". He also wears dark blue combat boots.

Hair: Black; spiky and very messy; wears a long ponytail

Incredibly strong - Sol's physical strength is unmatched. He is able to break through solid rock and metal with his bare hands.
Extremely fast - Sol's speed is far above the average for his rank, thanks to his long and intense training.
Has incredible stamina - Sol's stamina is unbelievable. Whether it is thanks to his natural prowess, harsh training or both, the fact that he is never tired remains.
Unpredictable - Sol's actions are hard to guess, as he may be enraged by the smallest thing, but can also calm down instantly.
Weaknesses:
Bad temper - Sol can be easily angered by the most insignificant things.
Very straightforward with everything he does - Sol does not feel the need to mask his actions, thoughts or intentions, which often gets him in trouble.
Can't use jutsus which require hand seals - Sol is unable to use the common ninjutsu or genjutsu available to all shinobi. The supposed reason is that he never received special training, but it might have something to do with his heritage.

Description: This taijutsu style utilizes chakra in many of its moves. This style was developed by a famous bounty hunter during his years of training. Fighting against it is rather hard, not because its very special, but because nobody could teach you defense against this style.
Butaiken is based on powerful, staggering attacks. Most of this style's techniques are used along with elemental chakra, to make the attacks more damaging and intimidating.

Requirements: Elemental Fist, Must Be Taught
Description: This ninjutsu isn't really a technique, more like a special feat. Through hard training, one is able to strengthen his chakra's main element augmentation. This would give him higher control over this element and partial protection from it as well.
This technique was developed to help defend oneself against ninjutsu, since taijutsu users are generally at a disadvantage against such attacks.

Description: This technique is basically an uppercut, performed along with a jump to make it more powerful. What makes it an actual jutsu is using elemental chakra. The user makes it swirl around his fist, increasing the pure strength of the strike at the same time. The intensity of the effect is based upon the amount of chakra used.
Fire: User's fist is covered in flames. Can burn the opponent.
Water: User's fist is covered in water. Has a higher chance of stunning the opponent.
Wind: User's fist is covered with a small gust. Can deliver small cuts to the opponent.
Earth: User's fist is covered by rock. Possesses the highest physical impact.
Lightning: User's fist is enhanced by electricity. Can shock the opponent.

Description: This is just a simple punch. What makes it an actual jutsu is using elemental chakra. The user makes it form around his fist, increasing the pure strength of the strike at the same time. A spear of the corresponding element also shoots forward a feet or two from the user's fist. The intensity and size of the spear is based upon the amount of chakra used.
Fire: User's fist is covered in flames. The flaming spear has a high burning ability.
Water: User's fist is covered in water. The water spear has a higher impact and stun ability.
Wind: User's fist is covered with a small gust. The wind spear has high cutting capabilities.
Earth: User's fist is covered by rock. The rock spear has the highest impact.
Lightning: User's fist is enhanced by electricity. The lightning spear has high penetration and shock capabilities.

Description: The user shoots small elemental projectiles off his fists. While this jutsu might not be quite as destructive as the Grand Fireball technique, it has more precision and the projectiles travel at a much higher speed. The intensity, size and range of the projectiles depend on the amount of chakra used.
Fire: A small fireball, can burn the opponent.
Water: A small ball of water, has high impact and stun chance.
Wind: A spheric gust, can cut the opponent and hampers his movements.
Earth: A large rock, has the highest impact.
Lightning: A small ball lightning, has a high shocking effect.

Requirements: Elemental Fist, Must Be Taught
Description: A rather hard to land, but devastating attack. Consist of a two punch combo, both used with elemental chakra. The first one is aimed at the opponent's mid-section: it is aimed to make him float up in the air a bit, and stun him as well: the power of this strike would leave anyone "breath taken" should it succeed. The second one is the actual finish move: it uses a large amount of chakra, but has a devastating effect.
Fire: When the second punch is executed, a wall of fire forms with it's center on the user's fist.
Water: User's fist is covered in a large amount of water, which "explodes" on impact.
Wind: User's fist is continued with a large wind gust, which can cut the opponent bursts upon impact.
Earth: User's fist is covered by a large rock. Extreme physical impact.
Lightning: User's fist is enhanced by electricity. A lightning bolt discharges at the opponent upon impact.

Requirements: Elemental Fist, Must Be Taught
Description: A charge-type attack, which might count as a finishing move. The user is enveloped by a sphere of elemental chakra, which absorbs chakra of the same element, with a highly concentrated ball on his fist (either one). The sphere acts as an offense and defense at the same time. The technique is best used when jumping off a vertical surface, and should be triggered in mid-air, if used for offense.
Fire: Flame sphere prevents the opponent from attacking in close combat; a fiery explosion occurs when the attack hits.
Water: Water sphere offers good protection against projectiles; a large stream of water discharges when the attack hits.
Wind: Wind sphere offers low protection against projectiles, as it redirects them, which is not always useful; the sphere's borders can cut things which get in their way, and when the attack hits, a large mass of air bursts.
Earth: The user equally spreads chakra into the rock dome, which offers great protection, but the only possible offense is to try and crush your opponent.
Lightning: The lightning sphere, while providing best protection from close combat attacks, makes the user more vulnerable to projectiles, since it charges them with electricity (unless it's wooden arrows, which are burnt); when the attack hits, a large lightning discharges at the opponent, effectively paralyzing them.

Requirements: Elemental Fist, Must Be Taught
Description: This technique uses a principle similar to Elemental Shadow, but is focused on the inside rather than the outside. While triggered, this jutsu boosts the user's strength and speed, and also increases the power of the ninjutsu of their primary element. While not applying any extra chakra drain on the user, this technique comes at a price: for every six seconds of use, the user will be dizzied for one second once it's released. The technique can be held for a maximum of one minute.

Description: This is a power that Sol keeps secret from everyone. In order to access it, he needs to remove The Limiter (his headband). Upon use of this technique, his appearance will change greatly: he will be covered by weird armor with wings (like the picture, but dark blue instead of red). This power greatly increases his strength, speed, senses and ninjutsu potency. It also allows him to use Elemental Shadow with all his elemental releases. However, in addition to draining his energy at a high rate, it also blunts his sense of rationality.
Background: Sol was born in the Stone Country, a land where food is scarce and crime rates sky-high. He lived in a rather peaceful town with his parents and two sisters, and they were pretty happy with what they had. However, his whole life has gone to hell when he was thirteen years old. A band of ninja destroyed his home village. Only a few survivors were left, Sol among them. He didn't know whether those ninja were renegades, or what village did they come from. But his hatred for any kind of ninja remained forever.
Having become an orphan, he had to fight to survive. Sol's life became a living hell: he fought, he trained, and he fought again. During his training, he uncovered his unique (as he thought) ability to control fire. He spent many years developing his own fighting style and his special feats.
Sol became a bounty hunter at the age of fifteen. By that time, he already had a few encounters with ninjas from different villages. He slew them mercilessly. His actions drew the attention of the authorities of the shinobi world to him, and he was marked as a "missing-nin" by most. This only fueled his rage.
However, in the last year, Sol's view on the world changed dramatically. He realized that killing all ninjas, even if he could ever achieve such a goal, would make this world fall into chaos. Now, he wanders the lands, looking for a new goal in his life.
Sol spent many years looking for his family, for different reasons. He wanted to salvage what was possible and get his revenge on one person. However, things turned out differently from what he thought was the best case scenario. Thanks to a man he could probably never trust, his family was reunited.
Having somewhat achieved his primary goals, Sol went back to his past ones. He gave the shinobi villages a chance to prove themselves to be an asset to this world, and they failed the test. He was now determined, more than ever, to end their existence. Having obtained vast experience during his years of travel, he now knew he could never hope to overthrow even one village with his own strength. He started acting smart about it, and formed an organization, which soon grew to be a very formidable force. _________________

Couple things: you start with ALL basics if you're starting over Chuunin, like with rank ups and whatnot, I'm not even gonna comment on Str/Weak, and I suggest you use Wind Element for non-seal jutsus. Technically the rule says you start with the basic three, which implies that you MUST know handsigns. That is the rule in the template. There's no revolvers. None at all. Try a crossbow, or blowgun. Definitely need more strengths and weaknesses, and don't mention hand signs in it. Sorry if the last part is repetition.
Now that I think about it, why is your character starting at jounin rank? Second RPC's start at genin.
