Refund Policy:
NRC is dedicated to keeping it's customers happy and returning! To ensure this we have a refund policy for unsatisfied customers. For any purchases with a USD amount of 0.01$-5.00$ you must request a refund for your item within 7 days from the date of purchase.. For any purchases with a USD amount of 5.01$-25.00$ you must request a refund for your item within 14 days from the date of purchase.. For any purchases with a USD amount larger than $25.00 you have 30 days to request a refund from the date of purchase. Note, you will only be refunded for your purchase for one, or multiple, of the following reasons:
- Your character is unapproved or denied after buying an item for that character.
- Naruto RP Center has been unavailable for an excess of 3 days, due to any internal error by the fault of NRC. (Any issues with your personal computer, not caused by NRC, do not apply)
