Name: Forbidden Technique: Eye Transmutation

Description: This ability allows the user to create Doujutsu by changing the DNA sequence in their eyes with chakra. The user of this ability can alter the look of thier eyes at will. This technique was lost long ago and has now recently been found. It is said that the one who could truly master these techniques could bring peace to the most evil soul and evil to the most peaceful soul.
Name: Terronagan
Requirements: 2 point kin training
Description:The eye grow pure black with white sparkles. (Looks like tv static). The eye can causes whoever the user looks at to begin to feel as if everything was hopeless. It works by disrupting charkra in the opponents brain and effecting a certain part of the mind. The certain part is the one of happiness/sadness. The longer the user looks at the opponent, the stronger the effect. This is a very dangerous eye technique and must be used with care.

Name: Flowing Dream Eye
Requirements: 2 point kinjutsu
Description: The eye looks like a dark blue and light blue kaliedoscope. What it does is that if the opponent looks into your eyes or eye, they will begin to see themself on a beach with the tide going in and out. In reality, they had fallen asleep. The downside of this is that if the user attacks the opponent while they are asleep fom this jutsu, their eyes will have a allergic reaction and cause them to lose thier sight. They can gain their sight back after a 4 kin point train. The sleep last for 5 turns
Name: Rejuanuakugan
Requirements: 2 point kin training
Description: The Rejuanakugan looks like a red and blue eye with a tomoe ring along with black cross hairs. It can slow down and sometimes rewind events in the users mind. The picture can be zoomed in on and will become clearer.It also acts as a sort of link showing eye. Any Ninjutsu,Genjutsu, or Projectile will show a unique link that leads back to the user/thrower.
I see the techniques themselves as balanced, but the idea of doing that is kinda OP in and of itself, good idea, but could be too easly abused. Oi, Pik-man, when your Trainee manager isn't here, I'll be your supervisor. It was long decided that SAs would not do the following....
1) Disrutpt A Bloodline or SA
2) Alter A Bloodline or SA
3) Allow use of a Bloodline or SA
4) Manipulate SA or Bloodline
This obviously violates that decision. I'll let You guys humor the idea a but longer but know that I have already said no. _________________ Kai Inuzuka
