Description: This taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin. This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air.

Description: This jutsu uses a source of water and shoots it at an opponent in many small balls. This spray of water bullets is usually used to distract the enemy and put him/her on the defensive, but if enough chakra is used, they can be as strong as punches, bruising and battering the enemy. This requires relativly little water, which makes it useful, as the shinobi can use portable water sources.

Description: A special jutsu only activated when Keitaro has let go of all the belts on his right arm. His body takes on a glow of the element strongest around him. The radius of detection is 3 meters at first but can extend as Keitaro continue to rank and grow. 3 Meters for Genin, 6 for Chuunin, 10 for Jounin.

Background:
Keitaro, which means blessed, was born of Ozanaru Hiato and a woman solely known as Mabui. What is known of his tyounger years is that Keitaro's mother was apart of a band of shinobi known as the Shining Fist Court. A court of men and woman who protected a then lesser lord of the Claw Country. Because of her profound skills as a fighter, she was regarded as one of the generals of the group. Her story was one of valor until she bore a child. The child was born when a shooting star past the sky and a lunarl eclipse happened at the same moment.
Keitaro grew up the only child Mabui would bear because her then lover, Hiato, left her with him in the Water Country before passing away. Mabui gave up her lifr of fighting for the infant Keitaro who grew up with his father's looks. His hair took the black coloring not akin to the red of his clan. Keitaro learned from a young age how to extend his fists into that of a great fighter like his mother at a young age. But because his body was not conditioned well, he suffered alot of injuries. Though they seemed hampering, Keitaro continued to fight on until he gained entry into the Academy.
In the Academy, Keitaro quickly rose as a Taijitsu specialist student as he was able to out pace many of the other students. However, he found himself quickly taking stances like his mother and defended those less fortunate. Keitaro wasn't very popular for his beliefs and protection of others, but when it came down to handling a fight against would-be bullies, he more then stood his ground. He gained respect from the local kids and finally earned his mother's heart and personality. Though from time to time, like most children, he strayed from the path of good and did several small bad deeds, mainly destroying someone's carts of food.
Keitaro finally graduated from the Academy at the age of 13, having to stop early one because of several injuries he had sustained during his own personal training. He was placed in a team, but the team soon fell apart because of his reluctancy to harm people he deemed worthy of mercy. Because of this he has remained off a team for a long time. It wasn't until one day he had turned 15 when he and and a small demon called Firon Kurei met and the two fought. At the end of the battle, the demon took residence in Keitaro's arm and the two forged a pact. From that day forward, the two would strive to be different from all Kiri-nin.
Because of the demon, Keitaro has difficulty sleeping. He was given a set of earrings called "Sleeper's Earrings" by a priest which would allow him and the demon to sleep peacefully. One night, in his slumber without the earrings, the demon Firon would not rest and Hiato visited in his dreams using the demonic aura. He told Keitaro about a sister that he had long forgotten about telling him. Keitaro no longer wishing to be the only one of his kind sought out his "sister". He would seek out his family and break old binds if necessary. This time, Keitaro would find a place where he belonged...
Or he will kill to make one.
