Name of Organization: Fairy Tail
Village: Any Village/Missing Nin
Requirements: Must be invited by Guild Master or Grand Master
Appearance: Outfit: The only form of appearance needed to prove or be acknowledged as a Fairy Tail member, your determination of shear power of will and relying to help allies in mist of combat and have the symbol somewhere tattooed on you're body.
Females must have it placed on their butt cheek. (Minato's rule.. that doesn't really apply)

Description & Goals:
The goals of the Fairy Tail Organization is to bring peace upon the world and make sure that any who do not deserve punishment are helped in unwelcoming care from safety. One of the bigger goals for the Fairy Tail members is to destroy and remove those tyrants who control countries and such that are aiming to destroy several pieces of beautiful homes of the peaceful and kind.
Ranks:
The ranks in the guild are assorted by the power of a member and how physically willed they are for combat and abilities they combine together to prove what they are wanting to show among the guild. There is a total of four ranks
Guild Master: The Guild Master has a very laidback approach to leading Fairy Tail, and encourages its members to do what they think is right. He does not necessarily mind that Fairy Tail is being renowned for its property damage or any damage, only issuing negligible punishments when it happens. He regards the members of Fairy Tail as his children and he takes any kind of threat towards the guild as an act of war against them.
Grand Master: The Grand Masters of the guild are chosen by the Guild Master for their intelligence, their wits and their power. Grand Masters help the Guild Master achieve goals of the Guild and fulfill hard missions that they get from the Guild Master. The Grand Masters consider themselves the eldest children of their parent the Guild Master. As such they follow his commandments with undying loyalty and justice that follows with it. There is a limit to the amount of Grand Masters, as there can be only 4 Grand Masters at any given time. Each has exact authority as the other and can overturn a rule made by a Grand Master. However can not directly cease the existence of the rule. Even with all the Grand Masters combined they can not over turn their father the Guild Master.
Guardian: Guardians are specific elite members, lower than Grand masters to watch over the guild, they try to help out with everything within the guild. Including internal affairs and relations between each member. They are a protector class for the guild and are the middle children of the Guild Master. They have undying Loyalty towards the cause of the guild and towards the protection of the Guild and the Guild Master ultimately. There can be as many Guardians as needed, and they only have direct rule over the Acolytes and can not command any Guardian what to do.
Acolytes: Acolytes are regular members within the guild, lowest members within the guild. They are baby cubs when it comes to anything. They are learners and try to learn from the elite members of the guild. They help whenever they are needed, however their loyalty is not really seen at this stage. Though once they join, they are the youngest children of the Guild Master. They somewhat believe in the causes of the guild and the goals of it, however are not ready to protect anyone.
Rules
Leaving the guild means to be UN-welcomed back to the guild (Organization) ever.
In the field it is always right to listen to the commanding officer, any rebellion will not be tolerated and be punished by some sort of punishment.
Attacking a guild (Organization) member intentionally attempting to kill them will result in punishing by death and given a possible chance to state why they should be allowed to live.
Any Rebellious Action towards the Parents of the Guild shall result in Expulsion from the Guild.
All High Ranking Officials must have Aliases due to there being a possibility of Leaks within the Guild itself.
Betraying anything that the guild stands for, or leaking information about the guild results in punishment of death.
Destroying anything not ordered by the Guild and the guild is blamed for it results in a punishment of some sort.
Not following any rules that are instated after wards results in Banishment.
