Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Background:
Not so long ago, there was a child born. His name was not to be uttered, as he had none. He lived with 8 other children, they were abused every day. On a slight occasion, his ''Father'', started abusing him. He did very weird things to him that he did not know of. As he got older, the abusing started to get worse, when he was only 10 years old, he was being abused on a daily basis. He could not take it anymore he had to kill him, there was no other option.
He sought up a plan to kill him, and his other siblings he was going to kill them all. He tried to kill his father but he could not. He ran away from home, left for dead. It had been some time since he left, and he was ready to die. He had no choice but to pick-pocket this wealthy man. The man caught him, and saw how hungry and poor he looked. He could not bear it, he took him in his house. Fed him and kept him happy, as a son. He thought that day, this was his true father. He taught him many things, some including medical procedures and jutsu's and scrolls given to him.

Oiye... ~_~ Allow me to explain. Kakashi's father, Sakumo, was known as Konoha's "White Fang" because of his skill, and mastery, of the "White Chakra". Basically, it's Chakra that can be seen by the naked eye, and it's pure white. This is from leafninja:
