Requirements:Two users possible to use [exploding wind]
Description: one of them activates Exploding wind and uses technique and keeping up the barrier, as the barrier stays up the 2nd user Forms the seals for exploding wind reversed. The wind current stops and stalls for a moment then two large Formed looking hurricanes Formed from the wind as it started up again.
The wind was extremely powerful 2x then the barrier, This technique can only be used Twice, Also it uses alot of chakra can Only a Sannin and higher can use this twice without being hurt extremely badly. The wind current can cut through anything if makes contact with it.
Once for Jounin:slight damage to the hands, can cut off the enemys hands, The Power causes more stress and damage to a jounin, Then a Sannin or kage.
twice for kage/sannin:Damages almost the whole body. Requirements:great strength and good amount of chakra
Description:the user slams a body part with chakra covering it into the ground (Foot,leg,Arm,elbow)creating a wind tunnel current around them which is very hard to get out of...and the user is also trapped inside of it,the chakra creates a wind type needles and fly up stabbing the enemy and user with piercing wind Needles from the ground of chakra.
this is basically a jutsu which is made for Fuji and i (my summon) _________________
