Name: HadouRyu Ken (Surging Dragon Fist)
type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu
requirements: Good amount of Stamina, speed, strength, and Chakra,
some sort of elemental affiliation.
Rank: A(Kinjutsu)
description: This jutsu has the user put a lot of his chakra into his/her arm, primarily his/her fist, while the rest is used to protect the user from dangerous side effects. The user uses their element in the chakra to create their own unique Dragon Head that would be shown on their fist, where most of the chakra is. From there, the user rushes at the enemy with a lot of speed, and go in for an uppercut. Depending on the Element, the results will be different should it hit.
Fire: Enemy has a good chance of being burned badly, and does good damage to the enemy
Water: The pressure can crush the enemy, and will likely knock them out. More defensive then offensive, since the wall of water can be used to defend various parts of the body.
Wind: More or less the same as water. Its more supportive since using wind will increase the users speed until the hit has gone through or missed
Lightning: This element does the most damage. Not only will it shock the enemy with a lot of electricity, the dragon will continue out of the uppercut, bite the enemy(the chakra will surge and implode), and then let them fall to the ground hard. Most offensive version
Earth: Best defensive with an excellent offensive. To use earth the best, the user should have their fist touch the ground, and have the earth cover their arm, covering it as well as making a stone fist ready to crush the enemy. Will slow user down.
This attack will tire the user out, and puts him in a bad situation should it miss. It is recommended the user have a soldier pill with them if they use thus move. It will be hard to dodge, but its not impossible. You can do this with both arms if the user desires, just cut the chakra you use for one arm in half. If used properly, even the feet can be used. You can also chain it with other techniques as well.
Origin: Eric accidently discovered the technique. He was trying to learn the chidori on his own with no help, and instead of all the chakra going out of his hand, it was in his fist. His target, a tree, got blasted by electricity when he hit it, signinfying that this technique can be used to kill. He discovered how to use this into a powerful move.

Ezekiel was a bit tired having to do all that he had to do every single day. Without having a real appreciative sign from any one of these people that he did help. As it so happened that today he was just leisurely walking around and felt the need to rest he sat down next to a small tree. He felt a bit odd and a bit usually wierd than normal, he looked into the pale sky looking towards all the clouds that roamed up in the sky. Free to do what they felt like, free to go where ever it seemed they wished. They were truly something. In that instant he wanted to be like that a cloud, something that he could probably not achieve like this but this was him afterall. As he did something hit him on the head, and it slowly fell down as it did Ezekiel took his hand and brushed it over his head. It seemed that a jutsu was underneath him or so it seemed. It was quite weird that he found something like this and did not even expect it. Smiling he looked at the scroll. It seemed bigger than his scroll for learning the jutsu summoning, it was quite wierd for him to do this but there was no other way he had to learn it as quickly as possible but be cautious of what he was doing at the same time, at least with something falling off trees. He opened it a tiny bit and it read something called Hadouryuken. He smiled that was quite the name, it made him think of some other jutsu he had in his arsenal called Hadouken maybe it had something to do it with or related to it Ezekiel said as he smiled. Well all in all he would definitely learn this jutsu to the best of his ability he thought as he opened the scroll a bit more towards the first step, as he did he realized that he was a bit soaked and wet so he took off his cloths and put them on one side, after that he opened it to the first step of part one. The first part of step one was chakra concentration and augamentation towards the whole of the body. Thinking back on it it seemed that he had done this so many times but at different points in his life, it seemed that he would learn it as quickly as he could and this was the only way he thought smiling.As a matter of fact he did. Continuing down wards the second step from the first was to concentrate chakra to the middle of the body and then release it rapidly, although it would take a lot of time, that was one of the major setbacks for him. Although it was no time for whining. He continued to get up. He walked over by the creek, and slowly took in three deep breaths for good luck, he started to mold chakra. It was slower because of the requirement for the jutsu. It seemed to need alot,he tried to mold the chakra perfectly to create a rythmic system in his body to allow the use of this jutsu. It would be quite hard as he was expeirencing it right now but it would be worse to do it later than now. Smiling for the most part sweat dropped from him, he began to look a bit weak but inside his chakra was molding, it was molding almost perfectly. Then suddenly he just dropped, as if he were asleep and he ran out of stamina. The concentration level was higher than expected to him, he did not imgine it would be this strong for something as a simple matter like this.Minato woke up a bit tired and groggy, he did not even know where he was, opening his eyes and taking out the gunk he looked around. It seemed that he was in a forest and he had been doing something, looking at the sky then he remembered why he was here in the first place. It seemed that it was quite a bit he did yesterday looking at his left arm, it seemed that there was a tatoo of some kind, a panther, as he remembered he was training for a jutsu called Black Panther, which was quite funny at the time. He thought he could do it easily he shrugged and went to the creek and slowly washed his face, it seemed that he was a bit tired than normal due to his condition yesterday afternoon. He thought he could master it in one day, but he was wrong, he could not master it because it was to much for him. And the end result was him fainting over, because the concentration needed and the chakra amount needed were so high and on top of that he put more chakra just to be sure that he got it, this time he would make no mistakes and learn it as quickly as possible. Smiling he got up and wiped his face clean with his under garmet. Looking a tad bit decomposed he still had to continue, this was going to be long and tiresome but there was no other way. He looked at the scroll again, opening it only to the second part, to actually create a rythmic system in his body to allow the use of the jutsu by placing it in the middle of his body by compressing and molding. But it was going to be harder than it looked, or so he thought at first. He recoperated and gathered his thoughts once more, he was going to finish what he started today, and today was the day he would make no mistakes. Leaning towards the tree he stopped and stood up, he focused his chakra by first molding it properly slowly it was doing it but it would take a much bigger stress effect if he actually did it while moving and compressing it. The reason why he did not get it last time was because of the concentration level was so high. He sighed for a bit then he started to mold again this time rigourously and quickly he needed to achieve it, smiling the chakra was molding perfectly and under the right conditions he wanted them in, perfect for him and only him smiling. He knew that this was the only way he would learn try try and try some more until you get it correct and done. He was almost done with molding chakra from the legs and everywhere else. Moving the chakra was going to be the hardest part concentration needed and the amount to supress everything he had and then releasing it like a huge fury would definitely do the job. It seemed that it was getting a bit out of hand for the most part as he started to move first from the lowest corners of his body that he could reach he was sweating already, it seemed that he had not gotten over the amount of pure concentration needed to do the jutsu. It was going to be a bit harder than he thought but at least today he would not faint in the slightest bit. For now at least, he said thinking about the other things that he might ahve to do, but slowly it came together and he was getting there, slowly putting it together compressing and molding anything that was not properly molded. As he did it was all coming together and it seemed to take less amount of strain by the minute he was using it. It was finally showing off its true colors as he thought it definitely would. Smiling only a little to be taken aback by the slightest concentration level increase. He was getting there, and molding process and compressing was complete. Now quickly looking back towards the rest of the scroll it said that there were three more things it had to do. But he started as usual with the first one. It seemed that the jutsu was meant to release so quickly that it would turn into a ball looking shape. This would be hard because he had never done this sort of amount before. Focusing all his chakra towards his hands. He thought about how to do the the best and the best way not to lose so much chakra. He went over many plans but it seemed that there was only one answer to this conundrum. Although if he thought about it there was a best way from all of the possible way he was currently thinking. It seemed that if had trained with concentration level at it's peak it should work. More or less he said smiling and started to continue one again. Bringing chakra to the hands was quite difficult for a person that had not done it before, because it took precise chakra control and cordination. As he stood up once more he took his garmet and wiped his face off on it. He threw it down and continued, focusing his chakra and doing the steps before he continued to do it until it had a meaningful thinking. As the chakra gathered and part one and two of step one were being completed Ezekiel simply sighed. Focusing his chakra towards his hands, was something a bit hard for him but he had to complete it. Smiling the chakra was coming towards his arms, although the concentration level was a bit higher than normal he was pulling it off. Slowly the chakra was molding properly and coming together. He did that fairly quickly, but as he did the chakra did not mold properly and went back to whence it came giving a slight mix up in the plan. Ezekiel sighed and looked at the creek that was next to him he went over there and washed his face with the water. The cool air felt delightful on his face, yet he had no idea how to counter that process, maybe by going a bit slower then before. Ezekiel stopped and did some push ups to maybe relieve the stress that it caused. Slowly it started going towards his slowly it reached, it was gaining momentum as it grew faster and faster it came closer and closer towards his fists it seemed that it was going to get through, smiling Ezekiel knew he almost had it doing it a bit faster than usual it's speed increased, it might have been due to the fact that he had done this a few times before. Smiling he continued to gather it towards his arms and then to his fists. It slowly went towards his fists and he had achieved the first part of the second step. He washed again this was definitely going to be much harder than he even anticipated, it was not as if he could do it so easily, he looked at the scroll once again, there was another step, after forming that do an upper cut like a surging fist. Maybe that is where the name comes Ezekiel thought smiling. He looked at the second part of the second step once more, then he slowly got up. Once again he had to deal with the odds of not finishing this jutsu but there were other ways around it as he smiled even more. seemingly he started to do the first step, which turned out to be quite easy after doing the second step part one. As he did that it seemed more quicker than before, the molding and the chakra concentration. It was as if he almost did not break a sweat on the first step, the second step however was a different story and required his full attention or else it would not suffice to be enough concentration level. As he did that he was breaking sweats and his hair was getting in front of his eyes, but it was not that hard to do the last step or so it seemed. Slowly smiling he used Hodou Ryu ken it seemed that he had achieved and was done. Smiling he sat down. and rested.
