Name: Zui Quan [Drunken Fist]

Description: This an ancient style derived from the "The Eight Drunken Immortals". Using one's disadvantage while being completely wasted to an advantage. Zui Quan incorporates the swaying and slipping while walking into completely effiecient ways to dodge attacks. The style improves three areas considerably: agility, endurance, and power. In complete disregard for the body's damage or pain, dulled down by the effects of alcohol the user can strech to new limits with-out worry about pain. The downside is that in the next morning wounds and pain will take a considerable toll, and the stamina is greatly lowered often users will puke if they move too much for too long.

Name: Waruyoi no Jutsu [Drunken Sickness]
Type: Taijutsu + Genjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Zui Quan
Description: When a Zui Quan user has complete run out of stamina, he will vomit and pass out. By incorporating one's health and chakra Waruyoi is used. The technique is devastating, more powerful then any other genjutsu technique of the same rank or lower. Normally one can not use there own physical health in combination with chakra, this attack becomes an exception as the contents of the user's stomach are literally ejected as a gaseous cloud of puke enhanced by genjutsu. The shear smell of which is enough to make a grown man vomit, anyone caught with-in the cloud with-out a gas mask will pass out. Afterwards the user becomes completely bed-ridden and ununable to fight for 24 hours.

Name: Suiho no Jutsu [Drunken Stagger]
Type: Taijutsu + Genjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Zui Quan
Description: This technique creates a drunken illusion of the user. He appears as if anyone watching him was drunk. Several images, rather displacements can be seen around him. Spread apart even further while he moves. This technique severly drains chakra but makes attacks nearly unpredictable, even less so then they already were. While hitting the user with area attacks such as katon no jutsu is not different, taijutsu are moves that require great accuracy are harder to hit due to displacement. 33% of all attacks of this variety will hit.

Name: Yopparau no Jutsu [Getting Drunk]
Type: Taijutsu + Genjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Zui Quan
Description: This technique literally inflicts the effects of alcohol via genjutsu. The longer the user and the victim remain in contact for the more wasted the victim will become. Each punch is like a bottle of sake. Any victim who does not known Zui Quan will lose their efficiency in combat, become less accurate, and eventually pass out. The technique attacks the body's senses in the same way alcohol does, until the victim is completely unable to control their movements. A tolerance to alcohol has no effect on this jutsu because it is not actually made of alcohol.

drunken stagger seems overpowered. being able to "legally" avoid 4 out of 5 attacks that you shouldn't be able to normally is bad enough, but you know how things work - though statistically you get heads and tails the same the same amount of times, in reality you can get either one 100 times in a row, and that's 50% chance. this is 80%. too easy to god-mod

Now heres my question, exactly how can you use genjutsu and ninjutsu, if you could screw up and end up killing yourself instead of your enemy?

Um, technically, all these Techniques need Suiken Ryou(Drunked Fist Style) in-order to be used.

Zeke mentioned Suiken Ryou no jutsu, I'd like a link to this jutsu. Basically that can replace Zui Quan. Please if the jutsu does exist just delete Zui Quan and put Suiken Ryou for a requirement instead.

Bali mentioned that I'm a pothead... well at least I'm not a pedophile

Sench made a good point, except 50% is weak considering an area effect jutsu (like katon) would still hit 100% of the time, so I reduced it to 33%. Reiatsu was a mistake, I fixed it.

Also I changed Waruyoi no Jutsu [Drunken Sickness] to a genjutsu but the effect is pretty much the same. It makes people pass out or puke, just no fire.

Actually, it isn't a Jutsu. Like I said, it's a fighting style, Fighting styles that are used in the manga do not have to be listed but they must be trained for.

For example, my character knows Gouken Ryou(Iron Fist style) however, the style hasn't been listed yet but, he knows it. I have to do a Character Edit real soon.

Also, unlessy our character is powerful in both Taijutsu, and Genjutsu, I don't think such a move as Drunken Sickness can be learned.
