Clan Description:
The people of this bloodline were in a battle for the freedom of human kind. Through battle against dragons, they earned the Ability to control and rule dragons. However, this ability was lost after the war was won. Suddenly this ability reappeared through the wars of the world occurring yet again. It has come through to various people, it lied dormant within them their whole life. This sudden appearance of the Dragon Lord bloodline has created yet even more descendants of who “deserve” to rule dragons.
Mainly since it was a bloodline back near the time that dragons existed with humans, little is known about their powers, however, asking mythological experts could tell you their story, about how they are the cause of an extinction of a race of people who ruled over the rest before the Shinobi came to rule over. With the power of dragons at their side, they overthrew the rulers. The story goes as such:
“As if they were gods, Winglies ruled over all living creatures, and used them as slaves. The enslaved suffered a terrible domination and injustice. Their anger turned to a flame of fury; then, a gust of wind blew throughout the lands, spreading the flame to a blazing fire. The wind was Emperor Diaz. Seven incarnations Dragons served the emperor. Their bravery inspired people to take up arms. Thus began the Dragon Campaign. It was a harsh war. Both people and Winglies suffered countless injuries and fatalities. After a long period of suffering, it was the humans who acquired the future. The age
of humans had begun.”
Ever since the end of that war, the Dragon Lord bloodline had been lost. Some signs of the bloodline are reappearing, however, and the Dragon Lords may begin being reborn. Still not even the people of this clan have a clue of the history unless they believe the creepy myth.
Clan Traits/Characteristics:
Generally, they vary in appearance, the only noticeable feature are what seem to be tattoo designs that show what element they are. It usually appears when training, to D-Rank around when they can transform to their Dragoon Forms. They also tend to focus on a single type of weapon.
They can transform into beings called Dragoons, which is nowadays refered to as a Dragon Lord. They obtain rather large armor that is the color of the dragon they control, and then they have wings... usually of the blue or green color no matter the element although rare cases can have a different color like white or purple.
They also have slighter ease with learniing jutsus of the element of their dragon. It is natural to them so they can learn whatever jutsus of their element in less time. It is an odd phenomina that happens only when the Dragon Lord gains their mark.
Clan Personality:
Personality varies, although a lot of cases prove that most people’s personalities seem to fit their element. Fire elements tend to be hot headed or easily angry. Earth elements tend to be very stubborn. Personalities like that. Some few cases a Dragon Lord can have a personality that seems completely different from their element although that is extrememly rare.
When a person gains their mark, they become more like that element against their will. not like the evil side but the side you'd most expect. Like a person who is all crazy and free willed may become more calm and serene with the mark of Wind. For some reason though, the people of an element cannot stand their weakness.
Bloodline Description:
The people of this bloodline have the ability to merge their souls with that of a dragon and transform to gain powers like that of the dragon. Most people who have earned the right to rule dragons have fought with the previous owner. Bu the most powerful ones actually “deserve” to rule Dragons in which case they obtain a Dragon Spirit when they find a place to relate the spirit’s element to. Like wind to a forest, or water to the ocean.
There are eight elements: Fire, Water, Lightning, Earth, Wind, Dark, Light, and Void. The corresponding Dragon Spirits are as followed. Fire is weaker than water, but stronger than wind, water is weak to electric, electric to earth, and earth to wind. Light and ark are strong and weak against eachother. Void has no weaknesses and is stronger than all of them.

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: The user bonds with the spirit of the dragon of their element and in a strange sequence, they get large armor and wings. A gem where their sternum is. The gem is decoratory. There are 5 levels of a dragoon. For each level, one must be able to learn a kinjutsu of the Rank, and Kinjutsu train it for points equal to the level. Does not count for Level 1. All Dragoon form jutsus are to be seperately trained, and may only be ranks up to the level of the user's form. So if a person trains the jutsu and they are at level 5 it can be S-Ranked and trained as such
1= D-Rank (One Jutsu); Strength +15% Weapon Skill +20% Can maintain form for 2 user posts.
2= C-Rank(Two Jutsu); Strength +30% Weapon Skill +40% Can maintain form for 4 user Posts
3= B-Rank(Three Jutsu); Strength +60% Weapon Skill +60% Can maintain form for 6 user posts.
4= A-Rank(Four Jutsu); Strength +120% Weapon Skill +80% Can maintain form for 8 user posts
5= S-Rank (Obtain Dragon); Strength +240% Weapon Skill +100% Can maintain form for 10 posts.

A mark appears during the obtainment of the D-Rank. It can be anywhere on the body, and usually represents the element of the marked. It shows that the person with it "deserve to rule dragons. Of course elemental marks allow the ability to obtain jutsu earlier in training (Meaning -2 Posts to learn the jutsus of your dragon element)

Description: Kody basically pumps his wings and blasts of wind blades slash the enemy. It also pushes away the enemy about 20 feet

Description: Kody slashes his claws and it kicks up winds. A small tornado then surrounds the enemy and slashes from most sides.

Type: Wind Dragoon Justu (Ninjutsu)

Requirements: Wind Dragoon Level 3 (Kody Ralamar Only)
Description: Blasts a burst of wind at the enemy group and makes it almost impossible to breathe out, it can cause damage to the lungs and make the enemy weaker for a while.

Description: Kody summons a tornado of slashing blades that lift the opponent high up while slashing them, then it forms into a wind sphere that slashes the enemy all around, and then the sphere drops and compresses to the ground and flows away, leaving the enemy shredded up and damaged pretty badly.

Description: Electricity surges around the user or an ally standing right next to them. If they are hit by any kind of physical blow the enemy takes 20% of the damage and the person under the jutsu takes 80% This jutsu can be dispelled if Lightning's weakness Earth is used against the person against the jutsu, also ninjutsu and genjutsu are not blocked by this jutsu and their attack still does 100% dmg
2nd Jutsu-
Name: Adrenaline Boost
Rank: C
Description: Electricity goes through your heart making it pump faster as you are now able to react to attacks better. You now run 10% faster and attack and dodge 7% faster. If you spend too much time in this jutsu your heart will accelerate too fast and you may have a seizure or even die.
3rd Jutsu-
Name: Lighting Hunter
Rank: B
Description: The user places their hands on the ground and a current of electricity is inclined to follow its target and once it touches its target it will send a large shock of electricty through the targets body and then go back to the ground where it will travel downward until it dies out. The lightning is very easy to see even if it is underground as the sparks are able to make it above ground and it is relativly slow, similar to Shadow Possesion jutsu And like all Lightning jutsu if you use Earth jutsu against it it will be cancelled.

Mi Kage Bunshin no Jutsu

Requirements: Dragon Lords Bloodline Shadow Dragon Control
Description: This is a personification of the Darkness Dragon. The Shadow Dragon is supposedly the Lord of Serpents. Its body has multiple forms, so its unbound and can take the shape of what it sees fit. Thus the sword is created with its own body. Supposedly the body of the dragon is what makes up this sword. Since the dragon isn't bound to one form or control, so is the sword. Since the darkness element doesn't exist, it takes the 5 that do and makes them it's own.
Rank D: It appears as a plan double sided blade. It is made solid when held, but if thrown it will dissolve into nothing, and remake its appearance the next day with the wielder. Grants the +20% weapon skill into jutsu, thus giving it some qualities of Darkness. Absorbs small amount of chakra constantly from user.(Makes jutsu slight tinged of black.)
Rank C: It has the increased sharpness to it and adds +40% weapon skill and gives jutsu a more tinged darkness. Absorbs less chakra from user, as it now sees the barer more fitting.
Rank B: The dragon has absorbed enough chakra from its barer to unleash its true form. The sword is capable of turning into a whip. +60% to abilities and now jutsu will have a combination of darkness and the element. Absorbing a little chakra to transform back and forth. It becomes even sharper, able to cut through a tree.
Lightning: Dark Red (emits light)
Fire: Dark Blue (emits light)
Wind: Becomes slightly visible
Earth: Emits an aura
Water: Color of Blood
Rank A: +80% to abilities. Now little is left of what was once the elements color. Gains the Kage no Jutsu attribute if skill acquired with an extension of 5 feet. This is the thought of why Bunshin is in its name.
Rank S: +100% to abilities. Nothing is left to the original elements color. All colors above are darker but still have tinge of above. It is at it's sharpest, able to cut through anything. Gains another 5 feet with the Kage no Jutsu ability and can split to pop up in several spots. This is where the Bunshin in its name has real merit.(Sasuke's Kusanagi Sword the Chokuto, or maybe an Odachi)(as sharp as Kusanagi)
Notes:
Do not have to be in Dragoon Form
Every rank up must be trained with the transformation rank up.
Every rank up increases size of blade by .5-1 foot (will say on rank up)
Every rank equals 5 feet Max for the whip.
Increased damage can only be done in Shadow, otherwise it regains it's original color and strength. (If a jutsu has to go through light, it can become weakened, slowly going back to its original strength. IDK....um every 2.5 feet is 10%)
Basically the chakra it absorbs is placed back into jutsu skills.
Can manipulate effects of jutsu when darkness is added to them.
Can channel Elemental chakra into weapon.

Description: The Dragon of Darkness flew into the sky and swallowed the sun. And the earth was cast into darkness. This jutsu causes the sun and moon to be blackened, casting the world in endless shadow. This allows all jutsu of darkness quality to be used to their fullest abilities. This move ends if a jutsu of greater strength removes it, or after the rising of the sun. When the moon rises, it is cast in Dark Red with reduced light.
Note: This skill has no offensive or defensive abilities, just makes it like night.
Kage no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A-S
Requirements: Dragon Lords Bloodline Shadow Dragon Control, Darkness or Shadows
Description: Similar to the Suika no Jutsu - Hydration Technique. This ability allows the shinobi to completely turn their body into shadow or smoke, although it normally appears as common human body. This allows them to avoid taking damage from most kinds of attacks by having the weapons/jutsu pass through their body. When they avoid taking damage through this technique, they lose an amount of chakra based on the size and damage potential of the attack. This technique takes extra damage from Light based attacks (Light based Moves, Fire, Lightning). This move also allows them to combine with shadows or darkness, being able to move from one place to another silently and at a faster pace then running.
A Rank: Requires pretty dark places to use. Can only be used in a single shadow. (can extend if shadows connected) Can be seen as slightly darker then the shadow they are in depending on darkness.
S Rank: Requires less darkened places and can be done at faster speeds. Can use shadows separated by 5 feet of light. If it is a really light shadow, can be seen as darker shade, but the darker the shadow is the harder it is to see them.
Kage Hentai

Requirments: Dragon Lords Bloodline Shadow Dragon Control, Darkness or Shadows
Description: The Darkness Dragon is capable of manipulating its size, shape and the shadows around it. When in the transformed state, the form of the user can be manipulated in a few ways from wings to body shape. Form must be practiced before full control or abilities are given. Also acquire an ability to create shadow based monsters or puppets. This requires practice in Ninjutsu, Tiajutsu, Genjutsu, and Puppet Mastery. Limits based on character fighting styles and rank +1 unless stated.
Rank D: Minor changes in appearance. Wings are normal size for flight.
Rank C: Wings can be changed into tentacles or hands. Shadows are able to be pulled to the body from the area to enlarge shadows. Can cause opponent to see false enemies through genjutsu. Minor trauma can be caused with genjutsu. Could also cause enemies to think they are wrapped in darkness.
Rank B: Wings can be replaced with 4 tentacles. If Kage no Jutsu is known tentacles can travel through space. Tentacles are as long as whip +2. Hands can be created where Kage Hebi can be created. Elements/Jutsu can now pass through tentacles or hands. Shadow Genjutsu are stronger. If any genjutsu shadow based are known their rank can be +1 rank. Body can become serpent like.
Rank A: Body can become that of a serpent using shadows. Hands and tentacles can be created now in combination with a max of 8 appendages. Shadow Genjutsu are at +2 Rank now. Requires large amount of shadows to use or a dark space. Minion can be created and controlled through puppetry by already made puppets with Darkness embodies to create new realistic looks and affect some skills. Shadow puppets are able to go into light for short periods of time. The larger the changes the more darkness needed.
Rank S: Genjutsu Shadow Based can be considered S Kinjutsu class. Body can become that of a Giant Serpent. Appendages or elements can be created from the shadows instead of just the body. Light can separate the shadows but full control is capable now anyhow. Elements can be sent to the Darkness within the location of the user as long as light doesn't separate the hold. Now puppets aren't needed to create and control shadow creatures. The shadow puppets are able to enter light and survive.
Note:
Transformation is required.
The greater the quality of manipulation, the greater the need for darkness/shadows. (Think water)

That is because, the jutsu varies with the person.I can't make a person use a corny move because I say so. It isn't me, so I say when they get an element they can make their own Jutsus for their elements. If they die, those jutsus are deleted and the next person up can make new ones. So like, they get four custom Clan Jutsus for their element.
