OOC: to start i am going to be learning this
Name: Tenkuu Yuusei (Air dominance)

Requirements: Dominant wind clan
Description: a very simple technique were the user controls the air around them, by regulating its speed and direction. As the shinobi grows more experienced, they can accelerate it more and control it more. They eventually use it to impede a enemys progress, or even as a blunt weapon.

IC: I walk back from the village to where i was before Charoo come to me."i have to learn my clans jutsu"i said feeling the breeze starting to pick up. I begin to move my hands around in a fighting stance that kinda looked like a panther style of kung fu. With each move i make moving my foot behind the other moving my hand around and around with every turn i make focusing my chakra into the air around me. I move my hand to the right trying to move the air quicker and faster then what the small breeze was allowing me to do. With no luck i decide to make the chakra flow out a little more then when i tried the first time.

This time sending my chakra out i dont move only focusing the chakra to move the air like Gaara does with his sand. i focus the chakra with only a few thoughts in mind wo move the air around me to quicken it to almost hurricane force winds before relaseing my chakra. The winds start to move around me before the fix themselfs back into the breeze that is was before my chakra dispersed. I gathered my chakra as i begin to send it out from my body only to attemp to do it again like what i saw with the sand of the mizunaka kazekage.

i send out my chakra again into the air around me moving it around me faster and faster starting to be like a tornado when i lost focus on my chakra. i send my chakra out againinto tair feeling the breeze pick up with my focusing chakra into the air itself. the breeze picks up getting stronger and stronger when i start to move it around me now with a slight tornado around me.i begin to focus my chakra around into a spear form to throw it when my chakra dispersed again."i'm getting there"i said feeling the winds move at command with only a thought.

i focus even harder now knowing that the winds are beginning to let me move them. i send out my chakra into the winds around me. they begin to pick up again but this time even faster. so i decided to move the air around at different locations within a 10ft radius only to see the winds move where ever i sent my chakra. i moved my chakra around me to start moving the winds again when my chakra dispersed bring everything back to its order." I almost have this mastered. it would be even easier to learn if i could only find the leader of the clan"i said to myself ready to begin again.

I raised some of my chakra and began to let it flow into the winds around him. The winds formto his body moving around like a tornado this time so clear that anyone could see it. I move my chakra to the right sending out a huge wall of wind when i drop my hand it drops aswell"I figured out how this works"i said thinking of a spear when the wind forms a spear only to then be thrown on to a near by tree releasing a HUGE gust of wind that nearly breaks a few of the branches off when i dispearse my chakra"I've got it" i said feeling the winds closer to me even more then that i have before.
