Demonic Eye Trick

Requierments: The Riyukous bloodline. Stage three. Must make eye contact with the target.
Type:Genjutsu
Description: The user can make an opponent slip out of consciousness for up to three seconds. By just making eyesight and using chakra to effect the brain the user's eye can temporarly stop the electrons being sent from the brain to the body, making a roadblock so to speak. By doing this the body will shut down temporarly, forcing an opponent to lose consciousness from one to three seconds. To the target it won't seem like they slipped out of consciousness at all. The seconds that pass will seem completely nonexistent to them.
