Nikko's sleepy snot bubble grew smaller as he inhaled and grew larger as he exhaled, his snoring echoed throughout the whole house. Megumi was in her own room and bed, completely dressed in her shinobi attire. She stared up at the ceiling, deep in thought. How she could train her little brother to be the best he can be. She can see the potential in him as a genjutsu specialist, but she had to time and plan his training right, so he wouldn't lose the chakra control to stupid unnecessary techniques, while at the same time training his chakra control to the fullest with little techniques that are important for combat. She sat up, and decided what the next step to his training should be. She filled Her backpack with necessities and marched to Nikko's room.
She walked right up to him, and popped his sleepy snot bubble, "Mom! I said CHOCOLATE ice cream, CHOCOLATE!!" He woke up in a fit. Megumi had to shake him to wake him up, "Nikko! wake up!!" she shouted.
His eyes were only half-opened, "Oh Megumi. What are you doing awake so early??"
"Come on, we're starting your next training session," she stated.
Now completely awake Nikko jumped out of bed, "Well what are we waiting for???" completely ignoring the fact it was 5:30 in the morning.
Outside was a cool temperature, perfect for training. It was slightly chilly, but Nikko preferred it that way. They continued on their way walking through the streets of Konoha. Some villagers were preparing to open the stores, Nikko occasionally seen an old lady outside sweeping, the village had a very calm and peaceful aura about it at this time.

Although it seemed peaceful, Nikko couldn't shake the feeling of what had just recently happened, with the council going crazy leaving the Hokage alone, in a very, very powerful position. Nikko told Megumi all about it as they walked to their training ground.

Wide eyed, Megumi shook her head in disbelief, "No...What has happened to the brotherhood, the sisterhood of Konoha?" Nikko was walking with his hands behind his head and he shrugged, "Iono... The villagers began to riot because of what the council did, and they dont seem to trust the Hokage without them. If it wasn't for my super strength," he posed with celebratory background music, "and my super quick thinking," he posed 'the thinker', "It coulda been WAY worse."

Megumi looked at him not knowing to believe him or call him on a bluff, "Oh ya? And what was that?" she asked, almost sternly.
"It's just a technique I kinda practiced when I got out of academy, I never really got it before, but since you gave me that tree-climbing lesson, it got way easier. Watch I'll show you when we get there."

Megumi walked forward, "Alright." It took them about ten minutes to walk to the tree, and now that they arrived Megumi was eager to witness the technique Nikko was talking about,"So let's see it."

"Right! Ughmmmmm" Nikko was looking around desperately for an animal to use it on. Megumi looked dumbfounded, "What are you doing?"

"Looking for an animal...or something...." he replied.

"Woah woah, why cant you use this technique on me?" she asked, and something clicked in Nikko's head. Standing face to face, about 5 meters apart, Nikko shouted at her, "You better be ready sis, cuz I dont think you'll be able to wake up after this!"

Intrigued, Megumi stood completely still and watched Nikko perform the handseals carefully, "Hmm..."

"Nehan Shouja no Jutsu!" he shouted and bright large feathers began floating down the whole area. Megumi felt her eyelids get heavy, slowly she fought a mental battle to keep them open, her sight on Nikko slowly drifting away and feeling herself fall into a nap, groggy, she put her hands up in the tiger handseals, "Kai!" and she felt life return in her once more.

"Hey I almost had you!" Nikko shouted pointing at her.

Megumi laughed, "Hahahahahaha! Not even close! You need to try way harder if you wanted to get someone at my level. But good job, you pretty much got it. Just need a little practice, thats all. He's already pretty proficient, he just needs that little push to perfect it. Oh I know!" I have an idea," she put her hands together and blurred a set of handseals,"Doton: Doryuu Taiga - Earth Flow River!" she stomped her foot, and mud began to ooze out from beneath it.

Nikko looked at it, disappointment radiating off his face, "What's that supposed to do?"
"THINK FAST!" With another stomp, it was flowing mud at an extreme speed, a river. Excited, Nikko stuck his hands together and backflipped on the tree. In seconds he finished his hand seals, and feathers began to form again, stronger, brighter, bigger, lighter. He felt a succession as he stared at Megumi's back.

"There ya go, she thought as she yawned, she stretched, and to allow Nikko the satisfaction, she fell backwards in a peaceful dream.

"Hey Megumi!!" Nikko jumped down and crouched by his sister, "Hey Megumi...wake up...." her sleepy snot bubble grew big and small still beautiful even in her sleep.

OOC: Learned Name: Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique

Description: After the user forms the necessary hand seals, large white feathers will start falling in the surrounding area. This technique makes the victim fall asleep within a few seconds and can be used on many targets at once. Interestingly, one can resist the effects of this technique without any special skills, simply by forcing themselves to stay awake for the several seconds while the genjutsu is taking effect, though it is very hard and requires them to be rested. The slumber is not exactly natural and can only be interrupted the same way as you would dispel a genjutsu within ten minutes after the target falls asleep, but after that, they can be woken up normally.

Requirements: Specialized style, must not have "True Genius", 5-point training
Description: All people are born with different. They have different looks, different intelligence and different skills. However, in every generation, there are always a few people who stand out. Not only are they more skilled than the average person, everything seems to come naturally to them. Of course, the world of shinobi is no different in this way: there are average people, failures and geniuses. Those not especially talented, however, have to work hard every day to hope to match people who are gifted by nature. Focusing on one skill, with enough hard work, they can surpass even the greatest geniuses in that area.
This ability removes the secondary style someone may have in exchange for greater mastery of their specialized skill. People with bloodline do not have a secondary style, and instead lose the privilege of learning bloodline jutsu as if their skill in that field was one step higher. In return, their skills in their focus ability grows considerably: 10% strength, speed, agility and stamina for taijutsu; 30% chakra pool, 15% hand seal speed and 5% chakra control for ninjutsu; 10% chakra pool and hand seal speed and 25% chakra control for genjutsu; 5% chakra pool and hand seal speed and 50% chakra control for ijutsu; 5% chakra pool and 20% chakra control for puppetry; 10% chakra pool and 20% hand seal speed and chakra control for fuuinjutsu.

IC: About ten minutes have passed. Fed up, Nikko popped Megumi's snot bubble, and she lifted herself in a yawn, "That was a good nap..." she said stretching, and turning her head to look directly at Nikko's grin, "So this is the technique you used on the villagers?" Nikko nodded grinning wider than ever, "Come here you!!"

She nuggied him so fast, "Ow ow ow ow ow ow" Nikko jumped away, "What's that for?!"

"For doing a good job while I was gone," she said.

"Whatever...its not like I had a choice. So...what's next?"

"Good question..." she thought, "This was a surprise. Lemme think," was her only answer.

Nikko looked at her blankly, "Well, why you think Ima go train. Yahoo!" He ran at the tree holding a handseal. His concentration come easy. He ran up the tree and ran diagonally up it, running circles all the way up to the top to once again wonder at the view over Konoha. He stared in amazement and distraught as he saw the once-Hokage monument. He looked down into the branches, and dropped, grabbing a branch on the way down. He swang his way back towards the tree trunk, and when he got enough momentum, he attached himself. Looking directly towards the ground, he sped up, faster and faster, his adrenaline pumping. His footsteps sounded incredibly fast as the sandals echoed throughout the hill. Megumi looked back at him, as he was coming in closer proximity to the ground. Nikko did a slight jump, and when he landed back on the tree, he pushed more chakra into his feet, and they dug into it. When he made it to a complete stop, he was staring at the ground beneath him, face to face, inches away. He put his hands down, and rolled off.

Megumi couldn't decide what the next best step would be, so she decided more basic training would be best for now.

"Oh okay. So your Mr. Big Shot now right?" she said, slowly getting up as if she was a victim of old age. Slightly taken back Nikko shouted back, "So? Whatchu gunna do about it?"

Megumi reached into her pouch and spun a kunai on her finger, "Lets have a sparring session," she caught the kunai.

"You're on!" Nikko reached into his own pouch, "And dont go easy!"

"I wont! You'll be lucky if you get one hit on me"

They were at a stand off, each awaiting each other to make the first move. A gust of wind between them started the session, "Oh ya?" Nikko pulled out two shuriken and tossed them. Standing battle ready, she blocked both of them easy, and she saw Nikko running at her full speed following up after the shuriken. He jumped into the air, and used it as added momentum to his kick. Megumi simply took a step sideways to the left to avoid the kick. Nikko landed and sent another swift kick aimed at her face. She blocked it with her forearm, grabbed it with her other arm, and tossed him flying towards the tree. With the rush of adrenaline, he performed the kata while in the air. As soon as his back hit the tree, there was a poof of smoke and a wooden plank was left in his place. There was silence.

Nikko hid himself in a bush, and began another set of handseals, and there were two Nikkos. Nikko one stayed in the bushes and signaled Nikko two towards the tree. Nikko two nodded stayed hidden, and ran up the tree swiftly. Megumi listened closely. The Nikko who was in the bush came out and showed himself. Megumi began running at him, but halfway, she saw another Nikko who seemed to have jumped off the tree and is putting all the speed of the fall into one very powerful blow.

"Are you crazy?" She quickly jumped back and out of the way, watching as Nikko fell to his demise. When Nikko two landed, nothing happened, there was no injury, no sound, no crater, no nothing. And then it hit her, it was a fake. As Nikko two ran towards her, he had his fist drawn back. Nikko two swung, and his fist went through her, "Just as I thought" But before she could find where the other Nikko went off to, there was just one feather that quietly drifted down behind her, and she felt herself get groggy, the same feeling she had felt before. Her eyelids became heavy, she felt herslef wanting to fall asleep, but she raised up her hand, "Kai!" she shouted, "I didn't see any feathers this time!"

She heard the wizzing of shuriken coming from beside her, and she quickly stepped out of the way, turning to the direction they came from, but before she could do anything, she felt something slightly pierce her back, "The shuriken?" Her celestial order vest allowed her only a scratch, and ahead of her she could see the hint of invisible wire. She ran over there, pushed aside the bushes, but Nikko wasn't there. The string were tied to two shuriken, and the shuriken were held down by kunai stabbed in the middle of them on the ground, "Megumi!! What happened?! I thought I couldn't land a hit on you?!" Nikko was shouting from on top of a tree branch. Megumi turned around, "Gotcha!" she saw him pull two strings, and the two kunai were pulled towards her. She crouched with her arms out, the kunai missing her by inches, "What?! I had you!"

"So this is how he likes to fight...he tried an attack head on, but as soon as he figured out that wouldn't work...tricks and genjutsu huh...he's pretty smart too," she thought, pulling the shuriken out of her vest, "You never had me...I know how to train him now. I'm gunna point him in the right direction."

"Good session Nikko," she said. He jumped off the tree, "See...I told you I could land a hit on you!"

"Ughhh no. No you didn't. I got a little scratch, thats not a hit," she replied in a semi-serious matter, "When you connect with your punch or kick, thats considered a hit."

Nikko did an 'anime fall', "That was definately a hit!! One of my attacks connected!"

"No? That was a scratch," She retaliated, "Let's head in. Today was the best training session yet," she said recurring Nikko's fighting style in her head, "but we'll cut this training session short today, because tomorrow Im gunna push you to your limits. You should get as much rest as you can."

"Whatever...I dont need breaks..." they began marching off back to their house.
