Name: Dark Vision Jutsu

Description: This jutsu is simple in theory and practice. It allows the user to see in dark conditions as if it were fairly well lit. They can only see in grey scale so anything that relates to bright colours or flashes will not be registered. This skill does not cost a large amount of chakra but it is a constant strain. It can not last more than an ten minutes lest they be at risk of actual vision damage.
