Name: Crystal blaze
Description: A simple appearing katana, it is as long as a normal one, and weights the same, the only difference being the small crystal on the end of the blade that was forged from a red chiropteran, that was a master of the fire element. As such the crystal that is made from his blood still contains some power of fire within it, and allows the user to use up to any (Non kin) fire type ninjutsu from the blade. The jutsu can only be shot out from the tip of the blade or possessed around it, possessing the blade drains chakra equal to 1/4 of the jutsus rank each turn it is activated, the jutsu can be seen around the blade in the form of a flowing fire stream around it which is directly attached to the blade 9It does not increase the range of the sword). When shooting the fire jutsu the user only has to make hand signs if at least half of a full body swing is not taken in the process.

explian that in detail to me cause it sounds like a way to just use jutsus and use only 1/4 of the chakra. _________________

I think the sense of " You must have that jutsu", should be put in there somewhere. Either that or Fire Element, whatever. After that I'll approve this. _________________
alriight sorry, yeah I mean't they have to have fire element, and with possessing of the blade fire just goes around it, and such so say you take a Fireball jutsu, and put it over the blade, now it is around it, and the blade now has a fire effect equal to that jutsu's rank. And it costs chakra to maintain.
