Description:
There are many types of boomerangs, and there just so happens to be a four pronged boomerang that loops twice before returning to its owner. Using the ideals of this technique on the four bladed Fuuma shuriken, one can throw it in such a way that it will form two complete circles before returning to the user.

Name:Water Release: Water Skin Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: None
Description:
The user coats themselves with a thin layer of water. This water is then compressed with chakra and then made to flow at a high pressure. Thrown objects will deflect off of the water, and melee attacks will meet resistance from the water. Can protect against low level fire jutsu, but you probably don’t want to have this jutsu on when someone uses a lightning technique.

Name: Water Release: Grand Water Ball Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements:
Description: The user forms a ball of water in their hand by condensing moisture in the air with their chakra. They then hurl it at a target. If the ball hits something, or the user forms a half seal, then the ball will sprout vicious spikes of water in all directions within a 15 feet radius. A moment afterwards and the water will splash harmlessly to the ground.

Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: A large body of water.
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water into a massive ball that hovers over the battle field. Once it is formed, the ball will then pour highly pressurized water falls near enemies, causing massive destruction.

Name: Water Release: Reflective Pond Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Water Release: Water Skin Technique
Description: This jutsu is following the same principles of coating oneself with water as the Water skin technique, however is not nearly as effective at defense. This technique instead uses crystal clear water to reflect whatever is behind and in front of the user, thus granting them camouflage.

Name: Kazuma [One Truth]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Fuuma Shuriken, boomerang Arc
Description:
The user spins two fuuma shuriken, one in each of their hands. They then use the massive shuriken to perform a three hit combo before finishing by tossing both shuriken at an enemy and having them return to the user afterwards.

You wouldn't be able to use the S rank kinjutsu with your character; Best to make it S rank.

It doesn't really work like that. What you're trying to do, from what I'm seeing, is make another version of the "Meisaigakure no Jutsu (Art of Hidden Camoflauge)", but they actually use their own Chakra in order to hide themselves. Just using water isn't going to work, unless your in, or on top of, water already.

Chakra infused water using water's reflective properties surely would be able to do what I'm suggesting. This isn't JUST water, or are you suggesting that all jutsu follow the laws of physics despite being a creation of fiction?
