Appearence: Grey skin, small grey wings. Slim but firm looking frame. He wears close fitting pants and a blue and white kimono that he keeps partialy open. Tail that splits at the end and look like he could grab things with it. Wakizashi's sheath is on his right side, seeing he's left handed.

Bloodline Limit

Water Molding - Churitsu can control water to a small degree. This allows them to cause people to slip or they can shoot out streams of it (enough to cause kunai like damage). Stronger shinobi can block things with water and hit them with waves. This water has to be present.

Requirements: A long, prehensile tail.
Description: This makes it possible to use the already flexible nekojin tail (that can aready pick up small objects) as an offense weapon. At first this is accomplished by using chakra to improve it's strength, but slowly yet surely the less chakra is used. This allows the tail to become naturally strong. The tail can blungeon with as much force as striking someone with your forearm. You can also grapple one of your opponents limbs with your tail, it's as strong as an single arm.

Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.

Kinobori [Tree Climbing]
Rank: C (Basic)
Requirements: Learned From A Sensei
Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.

Kiri Shunshin no Jutsu [Mist Instantaneous Body Skill]

Requirements: None
Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a cloud of mist and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use.

Name: Yureru Nami [Swaying Waves]
Type: Taijutsu

Requirements: Bloodline strongly attuned to water and some kind of natural water control.
Description: This style increases the users water control and teaches them counter style techniques. It's movements mimic waves, receding like the tide and crashing upon the enemy like waves. It's evasive techniques are designed to keep one close to the enemy and take advantage of the small opening created by them missing. This is then normally followed up by a blow to a decently vital spot or to knock the opponent down (and possibly away in any direction). It motions are wide sweeping blows and quick throws.

Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: A ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the user completely in mist. Once used, there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu for both the user and their enemy. This is a perfect situation for someone who trains in the art of silent killing.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: This Ninjutsu technique uses water as its base for creating the clones. Each clone is one tenth as powerful as the ninja using it and has a limited range it can move away from its creator. Like the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique], this clone can attack as if it were the ninja themselves. One hit will destroy it.

Requirements: A bloodline or bijuu strongly connected to the particular element choosen.
Description: The user pulls one element together into a solid weapon. The particular name depends on the element choosen, normally the release name of the element and "buki" or the name of the weapon type. The element is in all ways the weapon it's created from, but damage dealt may be effected by it's type. There's also a shadow release of this which can be used by Naras and those with like bloodlines.

Requirements: A bloodline or bijuu strongly connected to the particular element choosen, Element Form Weapon
Description: This increases the shinobi's connection to their weapon, allowing for two effects. Firstly, they may absorb the weapon into themselves saving the chakra it takes to make it and also making it perminate. Secondly the weapon receives two special effects. These effects are basic and either have something to do with the owners bloodline or the element's general nature (Wind blows aways, unquechable fire burns, dust blinds, etc.)

Kyoumeisen [Vibrating Sound Drill]
Rank: C
Requirements: Sound Creating Weapon
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses sound waves above one hundred and fifty megahertz to disorient an opponent by attacking their inner ear, causing violent dizziness and sometimes nausea. In some cases, damage to the eardrum can occur, creating a long-lasting advantage in battle. The attacking ninja takes a swing at their opponent intending to be dodged. Once the sound weapon is directed towards the opponent, it is tapped, producing sound waves that the ninja then manipulates with chakra, guiding it to the inner ear of their opponent.

Zankuha [Decapitating Air Wave]

Requirements: Implanted Air Pressure Device
Description: A jutsu which allows the user to freely control supersonic sound waves and air pressure with a device implanted into one or both of their arms. These blasts are powerful enough to destroy stone. If the tubes needed to release the waves are clogged, they will explode.

Zankukyokuha [Extreme Decapitating Air Waves]
Rank: C
Requirements: Zankuha [Decapitating Air Wave], Implanted Air Pressure Device
Description: A more powerful version of the Zankuha, the user creates a massive gust of cutting wind capable of totaling the surrounding area, wiping out anything in the way.

Name: One Strike, Two Cuts

Requirements: Iaijutsu Fighting Style
Description: This improves the lethalness of the iaijutsu quick draw. It trains the shinobi to be able to flick his wrist in a quick motion, without twisting it too much. When the shinobi is using the quick draw they make a second cut when bringing their weapon back into the sheath. This is quicker then what a normal human eye can detect, even with eye techniques it will appeared blurred. This can be used with a normal swing as well, as long as the blade is returned to it's original position (this is when the second cut occurs after all) and you're Jounin or higher.

Suiton: Bakusui Shoha [Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave]

Requirements: None
Description: The user can literally create water out of nothing, covering a vast area of ground. This is a great set-up for a person specializing in Suiton jutsus.

Background: He grow up in the forest of his people with his father and older brother. His dad and brother work on katanas in privately owned shop. People like buying their goods, even though they aren't the cold, calculated Horitsu that are known for there masterwork weapons. Chouso has always kept to himself, training with katana or his practice sword when no ones is watching. He's a bit antisocial, so rather than going to the respective schools for his to styles he enlisted the help of an elite student from each one. He practiced against the student until he surpassed them and then went on to a higher ranking student. He prides himself in his swordplay and seeks to be one of the greatest swordsmen alive, eventually.

No. BTW, I don't see flying as part of the bloodline limit. I already accepted it and if you want to add more you'll have to go to template changes. Your ethinicity is just Hi No Kuni. He's a bit on the heavy side, so slim obviously can't be his body type. Otherwise this seems fine.

I'm bad at weight hows this? BTW it was originally levitate but wings where added when Sench said something. It should be flight but it still says levitate and is in the Specific Info on different families sections.

I thought Ethnicity was where you where born?

If flying gets out of hand we could make them wings that can't work until you get the required jutsu to strengthen them.

It is where you are born. Your character was born in Fire Country. Lower your weight, especially if you intend on any kind of flying. For your characters size, you would need about 15 ft wing span. Probably more. It'll be fine as long as it costs a lot of stamina, since you are constantly flapping.
