Appearence:- He wears a beige colored cloak, so wwhen ever he enters Sunagakure or the Widn Country, it would seem as if he was a mere mirage. Secretly, Tetsuya lost his arm in a drastic battle and had to replace it with a Puppet's arm.

Strengths: Great at Long Range combat. Throwing Accuracy is Extremely Accurate and Precise. Huge Chakra Pool and has a Great Control over it. Extremely Fast in Running. Very Cunning.
Weaknesses: Weak against GenJutsu, Not a very Good Physical fighter. Horrible Close Range combat if it's not with a Puppet. Upper Body strength is weak. Cannot perform GenJutsu. Has hard time controlling subordinate Puppet Walkers while he controls his main puppet walkers.

Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppet Technique]

Description: A Ninjutsu technique where a puppet master controls a karasu, or puppet, with threads of chakra from their fingertips. The karasu can be manipulated to look like someone else or the puppet master themselves, allowing them to wear down and mislead their opponent until an opening presents itself. Also, the karasu and its master share a bond of some kind, as the karasu can relay information to the ninja controlling it. It can stand substitute for somebody and collect information and then allow the controlling ninja to listen to or view it later on.

Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppet Technique] / Appropriate Puppet
Description: A technique used by puppet masters, this shield is created when chakra is emitted in the form of a disk from panels which are released from the puppet's arms. This chakra shield can protect the user from several hazardous attacks but, however, enough clotting force can clog up the puppet's arm joints and, additionally, render the arms useless.
Biransei no Jutsu [Poison Gas Technique]

Requirements: Sand
Description: Creates an identical copy of the user, except in sand form. When it is attacked, it does not disappear like other regular clone techniques. Instead, it can transform parts of itself back into sand in order to snag and attack the opponent. This makes it one of the strongest and most advanced types of clones. Only after it is damaged enough to the point of destruction, it takes on the form and appearance of regular sand.
Kaze no Yaiba [Wind Blade]

Description: A ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a whirlwind blade around their arm with chakra. The blade slices through almost anything and cannot be easily blocked, as it is said that "nothing can stop a blade of wind."

Background: Tetsuya is the cousin of Chimiri, Jikota. They are both from the Honorary family known as the Chimiri Family. As Kids, Tetsuya and Jikota would always compete against each other for their grandfathers affection. This "competition" grew into a rivalry.
Tetsuya is unlike his father, grandfather, his cousin and his uncle(Jikota's Dad). Unlike the other members of his family, Tetsuya decided to practice the Arts of NinJutsu and not TaiJutsu. Ever since the age of 8, he had always been a talented Puppeteer. However, his thrist for Knowledge made him search deeper and deeper into the History, Design and Forbidden skills of Puppets.
It has been 3 years since he has seen his village. He didn't leave his village just because he wanted to, however, he left the village to pursue forbidden Skills, or KinJutsu. As he discovered more and more about Kugutsu no Jutsu and it's ties to Sunagakure, he comes across a secret document about an ancient Clan of Puppet Masters. They were kicked out of the village for pursuing experiments in hopes of trying to make puppets alive and animate themselves.
As he read more and more, he began to perform experiments of his own. Suddenly, several ninja around the village began to disappear. He eventually surpass the Clans efforts, however, after almost being discovered, he had no choice but to flee the village. And now, after 3 years, he has come across a new organization, known as Silent Reality!
Tetsuya eventually quit his job working for Silent Reality. His reason: It was quiet, and I like that, but a little too quiet. So, after quitting that organization, he joined a secret organization with his cousin Jikota. It is unknown as of what the organization does as of now, though is it to be assured that they are up to something big.
