Appearance: When not in camouflage Shinji is a green Chameleon, For a large summon Shinji remain extremely agile, with very little fat built up. His legs have a muscular build up so he can run quickly. Shinji's back like all Chameleon's is far above his head. His only attire is his red vest with his own family crest on the back and the Kiri head protector around his front left leg (under the knee) with a red band. His double side Axe strapped to his back, white cloth around the handle for grip. The Axe is large enough that with proper force could cut through an entire tree in one swing. 3 fins cover his head like hair, the center larger then the sided ones.

Description: With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear so that they can approach their opponent unnoticed. Once near the desired target, a tree will grow at the target's feet and branches from an illusory tree will bind them from behind so that they are unable to even move or use hand seals. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then reappear from above the tree and quickly kill the opponent, preferably with a kunai.

Mokuton: Jukai Koutan [Wood Release: Forest Genesis]

Description: A Mokudon (wood element) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses their chakra to create the sapling of a great tree, and then continues to use their chakra to feed the root of the sapling. It grows, twists, and winds through solid obstacles, and wraps around the ninja's enemy, trapping them in its branches.
Background: Being a chameleon summon is not as it cool at it sounds. By nature chameleons are gentle creatures who hide themselves from the rest an otherwise dog eat dog world. Their only prey are mostly small insects and worms. Shinji is in fact only a medium sized Chameleon summon, and compared to some others still in his youth, but the chameleon boss isn't decided by strength or brute force but rather mastery of genjutsu and ninjutsu. Therefore like ninja, powerful chameleon summons do not just grow to be strong. They must constantly train and practice while the ways of shinobi.
The Chameleon summoning scroll is a famed artifact of Kiri, only a few select Jounin and Chunin are permitted to make their mark in blood. However the scroll has been untouched for many years, and perhaps now with the loss of Mizukage only known about by a select few. It has been 36 years since Shinji has been summoned, but none the less he trains constantly and spreads his knowledge of genjutsu and taijutsu to other Chameleon.
Sample Post: Shinji carried along as he sometimes did through the forest, quickly moving across the ground, climbing trees then moving to the next one he scouted his home. This part of the forest was usually empty, it was almost as if there was an undrawn border for the Chameleon Boss and his followers. Today something had entered this border. By cover of camouflage and strategic movement Shinji hunted the forest, then before him his own eyes he saw this Intruder.
This enemy of sorts seemed not to notice Shinji. He smiled, knowing full well that this kind of adversary was no match for himself, even if he chose not to hide. No need to give away an advantage like that. Slowly stingy stepped forward, moving closer and closer to the intruder till finally it was right it front of him. Shinji released his camouflage and opened his mouth releasing his tongue like a roaring thunderbolt, smashing into his prey. For a moment it might consider struggling, but there would be no chance, almost as fast as Shinji's tongue shot out it went back in. Swallowing the large insect.

I looked a wiki for a bit about chameleons. Rather then making the chameleon boss a massive creature who crushes ninja were just size. Shinji (and all other chameleon summon) are genjutsu and ninjutsu users, that really have no taijutsu strength.

No, it's supposed to have it's own profile, it's not only a summon, it's the boss.

No, the summon knows completely different jutsu (as seen with the Frog Boss and Naruto. The Frog Boss has that water bullet, naruto doesn't. Naruto has rasengan, the frog boss doesn't)
The 360 is just a trait regular chameleons have, I don't know if you've ever seen one, but they are on opposite sides of the head and poke out a little, allowing them to move in all directions. Also, their eyes can move independantly of each other, it's not a trick, it's real life.
You don't have to make a contract, as long as you rp that you signed a scroll for it.
