Whoa! Hold on! Don't you need the slots to buy have those? Or, does that automatically give you extra slots? If not, then you can't have them on that a Jounin can only have up to 15 Slots normally.

Nah you don't need the slots for this because they are simply "Auto-learn Jutsu Slots" I just used that wording because that's the way it's explained when spending FC
