Tamotsu has sent an eagle to Kaeor to call his presence to his location. It was a serene location where he could relax and train alone for the time being. However, for the time being, this would be the location for his first ceremony. It would be here he would solidify his bond of brotherhood with Kaeor. He had been sitting on the ground, meditating with Jaken asleep on the ground beside him. The wind was blowing softly and it made him calm and collected. He sighed happily for the first time in a long time and he felt the sun beam on his skin as if being kissed by it. He welcomed the warmth with open arms since he had been alone for quite some time since leaving Konoha.
"I wonder... where he is." Tamotsu said softly. _________________

As Kaeor stood on a cliff that was above the stone village he gazed at the village. Endless amounts of thoughts entered his head as he took in the new village that he suppose to "protect". The village was streaming with activity as lights were on in different districts on the east and west side of the village. His arms were kept snugged in his kimono as a crow sat perched on his shoulder. The crow gave a small caw as it fluttered its wings momentarily. Kaeor knew what it was trying to say as he looked up now to see a eagle flying in circles in the air. He turned on his heels already knowing what was needed of him

As Kaeor continued walking the man who had offered him this position came into view. Along beside him was a tamed beast that Kaeor had saw for the first time with Tamotsu.

Tamotsu had known that Kaeor was there for sometime and he opened his eyes as he looked at the destroyed bridge between Iwagakure and Kusagakure. He sighed a moment and then motioned his hand to the spot beside him. "Come, sit with me for a bit and let me explain to you something about me before I tell you why I called you here. I know, I'm not some old wise man, I'm just a friend who wants to talk to his friend about something. it's been on my mind for a while and it was brought to my attention before. So, if you will amuse me a bit." Tamotsu didn't turn his head around to look at him. The wolf remained asleep. _________________

Kaeor looked at the kage as he rested with his companion. As he stood with his arms inside of his kimono he only wondered what could have caused the bridge to become destroyed, clearly probably some war between the villages. He didn't let his mind rest on that fact as Tamotsu begin to speak towards him and making a motioning sign. He took several quiet steps beside the kage as his left eye remained closed and his right continued looking at the bridge.
"I would rather stand..." he answered truthfully. In his mind he would think that Tamotsu had used the term 'friend' loosely. "I won't assume I'm anything like you. As I can tell where our abilities lie. And in truth, I'm afraid of you. Not because you can kill me, because we already know me and you could go at it for a very long time and still not be done fighting. I'm afraid because, I'm that last of my kind, and see you exceeding me. I see you, in a time not to far, picking up where I began. I have resolved to my loneliness now. I understand that what I've left behind was my line in the sand. And now I have Iwa. And to move on, I need to pick my successor now. And I pick you. So, be it if you kill me, or you allow me to rule for however long my life continues, you are next in line. You are my Sannin now. And I will trust you with my life, even if it means you kill me with that trust. I will run Iwa the way my father raised me. With a compassion to help grow and an iron fist to keep order."
Tamotsu stood up from his spot and handed Kaeor a scroll. "You can go home now." He never once looked at him. _________________

Kaeor seemed to not be paying any attention to what Tamotsu said at the moment as a image of a gruesome battle was depicted in his mind as the bridge was severely bombed and blood was everywhere. Though behind that image he was listening as he outstretched his arms from the warmth of his kimono and gripped the scroll. He watched as the kage rose to his full height still not as tall as Kaeor.
Kaeor took the scroll without looking at it as he folded it inside of his robe. He made a small nod with his head as he turned to walk away but stopped for a moment.
"At the moment there is no need for my to attempt any type of assassination upon your head. We need to focus on strengthening this village and you will need all the help that you can get." Kaeor then continued walking as he left Tamotsu's presence. That was clearly his way of saying that Tamotsu had his allegiance and that he would aid him.
