You must have 200 posts for your bloodline application to be checked. Only a clan with 3 or more members will be approved.
You must also have at least one active RPC; in case the character doesn't have a bloodline, he/she may join the one you are posting. However, it must make sense IC.
Bloodline Name: The name of the bloodline
Clan Name: The name of the clan (RPCs belonging to this clan will have it as a last name)
Leader: the name of the leader of this clan, and a link to their profile, if it's a RPC
Village: which shinobi village does this clan belong to, if any
Clan Description: The description of the clan and its history
Clan Traits/Characteristics: Any common appearance traits clan members possess
Clan Personality: any common personality traits clan members possess
Bloodline Description: general description of the bloodline
Bloodline Limits: special abilities granted by the bloodline
Clan Jutsus: jutsus that can only be used by clan members
Number of Members Allowed:
Initial Members: The first three people who are joining the bloodline. Can be changed later on to have all the members.

Dog carcass in alley this morning, tire tread on burst stomach. This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll look down and whisper "No." They had a choice, all of them. Instead they followed the droppings of lechers and communists and didn't realize that the trail led over a precipice until it was too late. Don't tell me they didn't have a choice. Now the whole world stands on the brink, staring down into bloodly Hell, all those liberals and intellectuals and smooth-talkers... and all of a sudden nobody can't think of anything to say.

Bloodline/Clan Template has been updated.....from now on use that.
For bloodlines posted before th update, there is no need to change it....your fine.
