Ichigo is able to stay in Bankai longer because his Spiritual Pressure is compressed and therefore doesn't exude as much as say Hitsugaya and Byakuya.

Uh.... I don't understand Bleach... It doesn't seem like it moves any... With the lack of meaningful text and interesting panels... It just seems like it flickers between attack, finish, and new person to fight, attack, and finish with no transitions between.

Maybe its just me, but for the last 5 chapters... there's just been a lot of movement, death, and fighting... Not a lot of story telling...

The story has been told in the beginning.... it's all been set up like all action stories. Much like Naruto which sets story up for like 40 chapters and wastes like 20 for one fight.

Bleach doesn't lack imagination, what it lacks is people reading deeply into the lore of the land. It requires you to understand their world and how it operates which might be difficult at times since the lore of the land is consistently changing.

But if I took what you said about bleach and applied it to Naruto it would be the same. Naruto has been a lot of fighting with semantics added in. Things the reader already knew. Where as Bleach lets you fill in the blanks by keeping you guessing.
