Description: An attack which on its own does pretty much nothing yet can inflict great damage when in combination with other jutsus. This jutsu is an aerial set-up, meaning the enemy has to be in the air for it to fully function. Once in the air, the shinobi positions himself just below the opponent while in the air. Thus, the ninja becomes their opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent unable to escape from a follow-up attack.

Description: Gate number six of the eight gates. Another gate that is located along the spine. When opened, this gate removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources, giving the user even more power and stamina.
background: Born a normal child, Anoki Ito lived a normal life up until a bully battle at age 10. He was being beat the snot out of. The Hokage was examining the fight.
The only way out of a painful downfall was to fight dirty. He jumped onto the opponent's head jumped off and kicked him. He formed a seal and used a 1,000 years of death. The Hokage was suprized at how low Anoki would go for victory. Anoki became a ninja at age 11 and is 14 now. He learned to use ninja weapons at age 13. He is skilled at a kunai and kicks butt with taijutsu.
He is learning more and more about weapons and fire jutsu. Slowly honing his skills in taijutsu, he seeks to become stronger to beat his semi- rival, Breeze. He is now training in tonfa sticks, and is expected to be an expert very quickly. He is in the process of learning to control chakra. He trains himself to the bone to be the best ninja there is.
He is currently sensei-less and self trained. He occasionally trains with other genin and can't do missions because of not having teammates or a sensei. He has discovored that his tattoo is cursed with a lesser fire demon spirit and it glows when embarrased or angry. He is wanting to learn a Biransei no jutsu(Poison Gas technique), but is mastering chakra control first to make it flawless.
He has his eyes on Breeze because of him losing due to overuse of chakra. He has seen the death of Ryu in Ryu's suicide just barely escaping death. He has his eyes on perfecting ninjutsu. He is currently training with Jikota in chakra control. With his goals at stake he is a great ninja when it comes to it.
Sample post: Anoki Ito was training in the forest by attacking a tree with a flurry of kicks. He was already good enough to shatter a boulder in one kick, but nobody wanted him as a friend,so he was taking out his stress. He was also trying to build up his chakra.
Suddenly, three genin desided to gang up on him behind their sensei's back. They all used a clone jutsu to create two clones each. Anoki Ito had tons more stress to take out, so he poped his knuckles and got into a Taiquando battle stance.
He lifted his hand and opened it, then brought it back into position. The clones started to attack. Anoki twirled and used a fireball jutsu. The clones dissapeared. The real ones, though, seemed unharmed. Anoki then lifted his hands and brought them down in a cross. The genin turned and saw flaming flower petals hurtling right at them. They quickly used a replacment jutsu and retreated. The logs they used went up in flames. Anoki chuckled and went back to Konaha.
Extras: Anoki's tattoo is a lesser fire demon seal. It glows when ancy, angry, sad, or embarrased. If it continues to glow for about 10 seconds his hands ignite for powerful taijutsu. To avoid this he quickly hides it from light which is its power source. After a few seconds of cover it stops glowing.It also helps him with fire jutsu usage.
So there is why the "tattoo" is for jutsu related purposes.
