Description: A Hyoton (Ice element) jutsu where the user creates a large tiger out of nearby ice. Due to being so cold, it can freeze nearby water around it while attacking its target. It resembles an ice version of Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu, and its hand seals are tiger, bird, boar, then followed by dog.

Description: The recipient will feel like they are tied with numerous wires, restricting their movement. Requirements: Hyouton Bloodline
Description: Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. Haku himself then places himself inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, Haku can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, Haku can then almost instanteously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, his target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this he can then unleash numerous needles into his opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will quickly use up Haku's chakra.

Description: A ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a whirlwind blade around their arm with chakra. The blade slices through almost anything and cannot be easily blocked, as it is said that "nothing can stop a blade of wind."

Description: Very similar to Kekkai Hojin it is an array of explosive tags places around a bound area. In this case the user activates the trap through hand seals where anything or anyone caught in the trap can be seriously injured or even killed.

Description: This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any offensive attacks. Only a very powerful shinobi can create this wall without an outside source of water.

Description: Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. Unlike every other hand seal, the user is able to create the technique by forming hand seals on only one hand. To create the needles, Haku forms the needed hand seal and then kicks water into the air with his foot. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand needles. These needles then come raining down on his target.
Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique]

Description: A Ninjutsu technique that controls the density of water, creating a heavy area of water that become a bubble-like prison that is inescapable so long as the user maintains their concentration.

Background:
Driven out of his homeland of the Village Hidden in the Snow, Otogakure was more than happy to obtain his family, particularly his dad, who was a great warrior, but refused to slaughter innocent civilians, leading his outcasting to Oto. His father knew that his clans talents would be of use to Oto, and decided to join their cause. In Snow, his father had fought in many battles against Konoha and Suna. Though they were a very small village back in the great war, they had supported Otogakure, but didn't have the man-power to send but one ninja. Now, as Aisu took reign over their small, but growing clan, they had allied themselves with the Hirokimi clan of Otogakure (go figure). He took the genin and chuunin exams in the Snow village, and Oto acknowledged this with enthusiasm as they immediately gave him the rank of Jounin of Oto. It was said that he was on an equal fighting ground as Tegatus Hirokimi, though he thought that was an overstatement of his talents. Always blunt and sometimes bland, he nevertheless honors his promises.
As a kid and growing up in Snow, he had always been made fun of because of his skill with the flute, until he learned jutsu's with it. Now he was respected and honored, despite the flute. Living in Oto was the greatest time in his whole life, and he wouldn't trade it for the world. He loved playing games, especially with the kids of the village, and they looked up to him with their grins and laughter. Being useful made his clan feel good, and they did their best to maintain their expectations.
